Hey guys,
first of all: thank you for your help and sorry for my english, I´m not a native speaker So let´s go on to my problem
Few days ago my SM-910F, which wasn´t rooted before or had any custom software, shut down and turned in a bootloop. Just the Samsung logo, blackscreen, Samsung logo and so on.
So I tried to flash my system with a stock rom (maybe a false one?) and it still didn´t work. Instead of give it to the service I had the stupid idea to flash a custom rom on the phone, i thought it will work or I can wipe it or something. But i don´t even get access to the recovery :/
The phone needs a long time to get in the download mode. Also it needs a long time when I try to boot it in recovery. And when I try there is either a blue writing with "Recovery booting" or "recovery is not seandroid enforcing" when I try another recovery but after that writing it´s blackscreen again and restart in a bootloop.
I tried different stock roms with odin but neither works
No I think I have a bricked phone which is without warranty, am I right? Or has anyone a last idea?
Best regards!
I don't think that you bricked your device, i think that a full flash via odin with a PIT file will fix it but make yourself sure that you have the correct one. Also you can try to recover your phone via Kies.

But I can´t connect my Phone with Kies. The only thing I can do is to get in the Download Modus and connect it to Odin, but all roms I trieds didn´t work. Or is it possible to connect the Phone with Kies in Download Modus?
Edit:
Now I did a hard reset with Kies in the Download Mode. When I start the phone now I have the same Problem: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Logo appears and in the left corner above is written in blue "Recovery booting", then it shut down and boots from beginning. I think thats it for my phone -.-

Guys,
I was using the Cyanogenmod 11 for about 2 weeks and I always got the "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" message and the phone always booted up fine 90% of the times. Today I got the message saying that there was a new version of the firmware and I clicked ok for the phone to restart and begin the update process.
After that, I was stuck in the "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" message no matter what I did.
I entered the recovery mode and wiped the cache partition to see if that solved the problem. After this, I'm not able to access the recovery mode anymore and the phone is stuck on the samsung logo.
So I put it in download mode, opened Odin (It recognized the phone just fine) and flashed the original firmware in order to unbrick the phone. Got a PASS on Odin and I was still stuck on bootloop with no recovery mode.
Tried flash it again with the pit file (thought it would fix the partition) and the problem stills perssists.
I tried to run the Cyanogenmod installer and it doesn't recognize the phone anymore, saying the model is not compatible. Odin still recognizes the phone as always when I put it in download mode.
Any ideas?
Have I lost the phone ?
Thanks in advance for the help.
Best Regards

Hi,
When you run the stock firmware through odin , you must wipe the cache an data before and after the flash.
Did you do that?

Hi,
Are you sure you are trying to access it correctly?
Try holding the power button + volume up.
When the blue writing comes up , let go of all the buttons , and tap volume down.
If that still does not work , install the stock firmware again , and see if you can then get back to recovery mode.

Already did that, still no sucess. It enters the download mode normally but when I try to enter the recovery mode the blue text appears and then the screen goes black and the phone tries to boot and gets stuck on the samsung logo. (And yes I already tried holding the buttons until something else appears on the screen and nothing happens. )
And yes I'm trying to acess it correctly.
Thansks!

Hi,
Then , you should try flashing a non-knox firmware .
Unfortunately ,I do not know AT&T firmwares.
Perhaps someone HERE can help.
I have the same issue on verizon, and searching for a solution. If you guys got any further in solving i would appreciate sharing the methods here

Well based on the limited info you gave I'm going to assume you flashed a rom. Likely a bad download.
If so download a different rom or re download the rom and flash again. Make sure you're doing a full wipe. Also be sure you're on the latest stable recovery.
Worst case if all of the above fails, odin the stock rom and start over and you'll be fine
running DECEPTICON rom (coming soon)

When you see "RECOVERY IS NOT SEANANDROID" as the phone
tries to boot or boots it's perfectly normal after the phone is rooted.
Here is a fix which works 90% of the time for most people with the same
issue you are experiencing with your phone.
Power down the phone, then power it backup while holding the
phone's power/volumeUp/home buttons down all at the same time
until you see tiny blue text appear on top of your screen, as soon as
you see that let go of all buttons.
The phone will boot into Recovery mode.
Once you are in recovery mode do a "factory data reset" or factory reset
which ever way the option is displayed.
After that the phone reboots itself and it should fully boot making the phone
ready to use.
Good luck!

Take the battery out for a minute or so, then reboot into recovery. If no go, reflash your recovery (make sure you're using the right one obviously.
RECOVERY IS NOT SEANANDROID ENFORCING is normal when you have a custom recovery installed. It's just telling you that the official samsung signature isn't there. There's many threads regarding bootlooping around, a quick read probably would have sorted you :good:
PS: For the record, if you're getting physically sick about it, maybe you should read up a bit more before messing around with your very expensive device. I might sound awful but it's the truth.
Fixed It
The problem was i flashed the wrong recovery and my phone would not load or even go into download mode. I found somewhere online that if i held the download mode buttons before i put the battery in it would work and it did which allowed me to re flash my recovery.
Hey guys.
I have been doing a lot of researches before creating this new thread.
Here is my problem with a Samsung Galaxy s3 I9300T (Australia - Vodafone build). I was given the phone, since it was stuck in a boot loop after a software update issue with Kies (I think from memory 4.2 or something).
The phone boots up, displays the Vodafone logo, and is stuck on the Samsung logo. The phone doesn't restart but stays idle there.
It is impossible to reach the download mode with the use of the 3 buttons, but a USB JIB I bought on ebay does the trick.
Odin recognizes the phone, I can flash a stock Kernel from Samsmobile or root/install the CWM.
BUT, there is no way (so far?) to reach the recovery mode.
I tried to flash a new boot loader, tried to check any physical issue with the buttons, but nothing seems wrong.
I have been looking for tools such a android toolbox/toolkit etc, in the hope one would be able to wipe/flash the nand or even unbrick or whatsoever, from a download mode and not ADB, since I there no fast boot available.
I am ready to try anything, since there's nothing to loose here.
I'm running windows 7 from Parallel desktop.
Thanks mates.

I tried 2 different firmware from SAMSmobile, after flashing in Odin, nothing changes. The phone reboots (if the case is ticked) and stays stuck on the samsung logo, after the vodafone splash screen.

How can I perform what you call a "full system reinstall comprehensive of PIT image"?
I have stock firmware, but no PIT file or CSC or whatsoever.
what do you mean by losing EFS? (encryption ??)
Any help is much appreciated.

efs is a system partition wich contains your phone's hardware serial numbers, such as imei, wi-fi mac ecc... losing this means you can't connect to phone network until you restore it(i'm not sure you lose it)
i found this guide here on the forum to restore from brick's or similiar, i think you can try this if normal flashing don't work:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/help/solved-pit-bricked-dead-problem-gt-t2535367
When you flash full firmware from Samsung (.tar.md5), it includes things such as bootloader, tz, modem, system, cache, preload and the recovery. Just make sure to download it from site such as sammobile, and you can check yourself if your .tar.md5 you're about to flash includes these things using i.e. 7zip.
Untick "auto reboot" option and flash it. After it's done, it won't auto reboot but Odin will change text to "RESET!", this is a signal for you that it's finished.
Hold on Vol-Up+Home+Power for about 7 seconds, until you see Samsung Galaxy S3 logo. It MUST enter stock recovery you've just flashed, unless your hardware is broken. From there you can select Wipe data / factory reset.
Good luck.

Yes this is what I did.
But after "RESET" doing it, holding the buttons won't let me reach the recovery.
Is there a way to access it ? like for instance a USB JIG allowed me to access the DOWNLOAD mode; whereas holding the buttons never let me.

I still do not understand that NO software is able to address the phone, like the recovery mode does.
We can flash from a computer, how come not to wipe from a computer.
assuming that someone has no screen or broken buttons, i'm sure there's a way to access wipe and/or access the recovery to flash a stock rom.
Thanks

Hey, yes I tried the link, but again I cannot access the recovery to flash the .zip file.
When I hold the buttons as soon as the logo "galaxy s III GTI9300" appears, the screen goes black and the logo comes back again.
If I release one button, the vodafone splash screen appears, and the boot is stuck on the samsung logo.
I assume, the buttons are working because of what I just explained.
But again, I cannot access the recovery.
Last week, for some reason, after flashing I has a "setup wizard" from appeared, and crashed. that was the only time. I could see the lights under the touch buttons coming on. After the crash, I tried to reinstall and couldn't do it.
I am still sure there should be a way to wipe the nand completely or install from the SD card via the download mode.
Any help is welcome

I get same thing(galaxy s3 logo, black screen then normal boot when try accessing recovery) some time ago after installing philz reco, i flashed another recovery and now runs well, it sounds so strange that you still cant get at least stock recovery after a repartition and a full system reinstall... Maybe something get broke in the hardware...
I bought an a Samsung galaxy S5, SM-G900F.
When I turned it on at first, it got over the Samsung animation, but after that only BLACK SCREEN and blinking blue LED was what i got.
So, i did a factory reset in the original recovery. This not helped my phone.
I tried to reflash the firmware with ODIN, but nothing. I tried to downgrade with ODIN but nothing at all, the phone went worse.
I tried to make it stocky again with Smart Switch, but after that, nothing changed again.
I can flash everything in DOWNLOAD MODE, but after that my phone does nothing.
Flashing a PIT file along with a firmware did not help.
WHEN, i flash TWRP recovery, i can enter it approx once in a hour. But after that, only the blue text ,,recovery booting. . " and my phone reboots,.
I also tried this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...ft-bricked-t3311882/post65245516#post65245516 but it didnt help
In the current state with stock recovery again, i cant enter it. The phone now does not get over ,,Samsung Galaxy S5" text.
Does anyone could say something about it . . ? please
So this happened right after you bought it? Why didn't you first try to contact the guy that sold you the phone with a problem
id get a fresh tarball from sammobile.com/firmwares and flash it 3 times, yes 3 times. Delete the android folder from internal storage from TWRP before doing this tho.
I was trying to recover my phone's lost photo data with a program when the phone sudddenly bricked
I tried different ways to turn it on but it goes like this every time
I can't get into download mode or anything
recovery booting...
recovery is not set seandroid enforcing
set warrananty bit : recover
then it just turns off my phone and powers off but it can still read my usb device but doesn't do anything
How do i fix this without going to factory settings?
charge battery first .
I read this as you have wiped part of the os .
Solution flash new stock firmware via Odin .
