I would apreciate a lot if someone could explain or give me a link for a way to safely root my G928F Galaxy S6 Edge+ LDU version, I want to clean the bloatware and see if I can go further and install a custom rom, but I can't find information on how to do it on a LDU version.
Here's the info of my current rom:
Android 5.1.1
G928FXXU1AOH4
I believe the problem is that LDU rom has some files removed from it, because LDU don't have radio (antenna) and if you install the full rom with odin the phone bricks.

I've rooted my s6 edge+ but lost soft keys
I've managed to root my s6 edge+ by following the tutorial below, but I've lost both soft keys (folder and back) so I'm looking for a way to solve this problem now. The phone works well except for those two keys.

I've found the way to root and install a custom ROM to my G928F Galaxy S6 Edge+ LDU version, be sure your phone is G928F version, please don't blame me if it doesn't work on your phone.
-First follow this tutorial:

Be sure to do a backup after installing the custom recovery, (save the backup to your pc to free your phone's memory), you'll end up rooted but without soft keys, so then you need to do the next step.
-Then install this ROM with Recovery (choose the option: wipe / clean to install a new ROM):

Choose the Debloated ROM.

Please could someone help me I have a Galaxy S6 which is an LDU that I would like to root so that it stops wiping every hour or so. I am completey clueless and I really need to get it done but, I don't know where to begin. The model is G920X

I have Samsung galaxy A5, SM-A500H. Running Android 5.0.2, downloaded from here. I want to root it.
The only root available right now AFAIK, is CF-Auto-Root, as described here for example. But this root breaks everything, all the apps stop running when you reboot the phone and you have reinstall the firmware, it doesn't work.
Is there another way to root my device?

the method you suggest, is great, i always wanted to know how that's done but can't do it, since it will require me to reflash the phone and reinstall the rom

I got Samsung galaxy s7 edge sm-g935f, I would like to install Rome like king Rome, I've done some advanced tutorial but everything going wrong, I think I don't do something right, please could anyone tell me how to install it step by step for beginners, and how much I have to wait till the phone boot up coz last time I waited 5 mins and the phone keep boot up and go off again, won't boot properly like used too. Do you already have a custom recovery?
What have you tried?
And what custom rom do you want (i recommend cyanogenmod rom)
Is required to root for this?
I got samsung galaxy s7 edge SM-G935f Global, universal 8890, exynos. I installed custom recovery and I don't think is for the international version, I think I got international version, basically i installed the custom recovery with ordin and I rooted it as well, buy uploading 2 files and it was rooted fine. I liked some roms like kingrom and other one I thinking superman rom, but in the both situations the phone won't boot fully, just stuck and keeping booting and turned off again, and booting. But didn't boot fully, and get the welcome screen. And is getting hot as well, now I did back up and I don't want the original rom, any help plz what should I do.

First i want to apologize for my bad english.
I have some problems with my device and want to reset all to default and update my s6edge+ to the last version.
I got my phone in the first days and do the first possible root with the arter97 kernel.
This is my device now:
Android 5.1.1
G928F version
3.10.90-arter97 kernel.
I want a stock kernel, the newest android for this device (which is it? didnt see the tree in the forest) and just simple root but all other original.
How i have to go now? please help me...
I want the clean way, no problem if i loose something but if i can avoid this, it would be nice. (whats the best way today to save my data?)

The wipe is up to you. I always wipe before putting anything new on just to be safe.
I think putting the firmware on with odin does wipe anyway, but not 100% sure.
As for the kernel, I haven't used that one. I use either skyhigh or audax kernels.
Hi. I just bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ (Sm-G928G). I'm from Mexico, so the phone came with a lot of bloatware from "Telcel"... I tried to install the "Universal Debloater Mod" and I get boot loop . Then I restored the original software with Smart Switch.
My question is... Can I flash some official firmware from another country? I mean, other international firmware from sammobile, such as G928GUBU3CQF2. (Android 7.0) I'll put a screenshot of my software info., so you can check if its a compatible ROM . I'll appreciate your help.

I found root to be as clunky on U firmware as it was on the P firmware that came loaded on my phone.
