I'm having a weird audio issue with my phone.
When I listen to music on my headphones, tried with four different ones, all of them work without a problem.
But when i plug them into the AUX cable of my speakers (again tried multiple speakers and cables) no sound is coming through. Not with Poweramp, SoundCloud or system sounds.
Even though I can listen to music on my laptop with the same cables without a problem
Are you on CM12 by any chance as this was a bug in early builds. If not then that is strange. Mine works fine on my aux on stock rom.

Exactly. That is based on CM12 by squid... And squids 20151012 cm12 that I'm on has this aux bug he fixed it in later builds... You need a newer custom rom or an update to CR droid.

Just tried my Motorola bluetooth headphones and music or video sound breaks up constantly. Same worked fins in prior rom. Anyone else have or haven't had this problem?

I've 2.3.4 on mine and bluetooth works flawlessly, as usual. I use Nokia BH503
I use Jabra Cruiser and it works great.

The only issue with Bluetooth that I have is that it does not auto connect to paired devices. In 2.2 it did that.
I am actually having a similar issue. After 2.3.4 the official OTA update, my phone will not pair or connect to my computer... Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Which headset model are you using?...
Use Player Pro and Moto S9-HD headset...........works great on 2.3.4 for both music and calls.

Using jawbone era here... Pairing was fine, but I'm having reliability issues as well... It works fine about 75% of the time... But in one or two out of five calls it just doesn't connect, i have to restart the headset, restart the phone, then it works again... That is annoying.

Yes, I have the same problem. I use to pair with my car stereo player JVC AVX 33 and I use stock froyo (Brazil retail).
same here, wish it would connect to my car's bluetooth without me manually doing it every single time.
dell bt200 att4.5.91
work perfectly
Works with Sennheiser MM400s but definitely flakier than 2.2 (and esp compared to Nexus).
Every ~3 hours or so it will just cut out for no reason and I have to turn BT off/on
Also the occasional 'crackle' happens more often
After the update Im looking to get a new pair of bluetooth headphones. I was using the Motorola S9-HD headphones on 2.2 and the works pretty well, although I had the occasional skip. Now they skip like freakin crazy. I can not have the phone in my pants pocket, jacket pocket or even in my hand or the audio skips and skips. Im kinda of looking at those Nokia BH503's but not sure if Im going to like the non-in ear type. I have to think about this.

Same here, won't autoconnect with my car's Bluetooth (bluelogic) did it fine on froyo. I've searched all over the internet and couldn't find a fix. It serms that other drvices with GB (htc, lg) are affected also, so it's not an Atrix only issue. I guess only Google can fix it.

I assume that replacing the gb bluetooth libs with those of the 2.2 is gonna mess things up?

Hey guys, long time Android user with some BT issues I'm hoping you guys can help with.
I recently upgraded from the razr maxx to the sg4 (verizon) and I'm having trouble with music skipping through BT. The skipping occurs in two seperate vehicles.
Vehicle 1 is my wife's 2013 Sonata
Vehicle 2 is an older vehicle with an old jvc head unit.
I had zero music streaming problems with these vehicles when I used my razr maxx.
Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas how to tackle it?
I forgot to mention that my sg4 is 100% stock 5 day old unit.

Yep... same day I bought it, it requested a system update. I'm on 4.2.2.
I have the same problem. Music may play ok for a bit then start skipping so much that it is unbearable. This is with a BMW 5 series. I have updated radio software with no change. Other phones work fine in this car. I have 2 s4 and both have exact same issue. I have tried every rom and kernel combo possible with no change. This is the only thing that bothers me with this phone as streaming music in my vehicle is a must. Im subscribing with the hope this will get resolved.

mine works fine - with both a Clarion cz702a head unit and a bluetooth receiver on my Yamaha iPod dock.

I should note that for me. I have a Sony nav system in another car and it works fine. Just in the BMW I have a problem.

Well that's disheartening, I would assume your receiver is BT 2.1 then. ..
I was hoping that buying a new receiver might resolve the issue

I'll try it and report back..
I've had on and off issues with bluetooth audio streaming in my car since owning my Nexus 4. Android 4.2.2 was pretty much borked full stop, only AOKP really ran consistently okay.
Samsung 4.2.2 seemed to work fine, as did the GE 4.3 ROM, but I'm struggling again with AOSP 4.3 ROMs. CM 10.2 was awful pre-official nightly, it's now at least playable but I get constant pops/skips.
I'm on 10.2-20131122, CWM recovery, and whatever kernel came with this version. I have tried other builds. I tried a few 10.1 builds also all with the same issue. I have wired headphones with mic that worked fine on stock and works on my girlfriend's HTC one running CM 10.2. The button still works to skip songs and activate Google now, but when it comes time to talk it doesn't pick up anything through the mic. Any ideas? TIA
So nobody else is experiencing this?

I love my phone and I appreciate the devs who make roms for it, but these Bluetooth issues are KILLING me. I have three android wear watches and it's so frustrating that they constantly stop working because of Bluetooth issues and my headphones do the same. Help!
