i have the international version of zuk z1 with rooted 12.1 - YOG4PAS38J cyanogen version..
it seem that my device is not compatible with EA Real Racing 3 game.
Is it the same for other OS version ?!?
Does some of you experienced the same problem?
i think it's very strange, z1 has the necessary hardware to run it !!!
Maybe is a device id fault ?!?

instructions:
take the PC or open the browser of your mobile phone,
go to play.google.com
and look for the game that you need, select and copy the URL (in this case plants vs zombies 2)
now its url will thus: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ea.game.pvz2_row
what interests us is the string that is located after id =
we copy the string in this case: com.ea.game.pvz2_row
we go on apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/
and insert the above string.

com.ea.game.pvz2_na&hl=en it does not work because it is the: & stands for a conjunction of other setting in this case hl=en and refers to the translation of the page, in this case English.

I changed almost watches in the WatcWidget apk.
Includes Hungarian, Italian, Russian languages too.
You can install the zip files as the ROM file.
Copy this apk file in the Total Commander to "\system\app directory ( need 7.4 version ADB plugin ) :fingers-crossed:
If not recognized the windows your watch, first enable the USB debug : go Settings >About and tap 5x on the "Model number" ,and install the ADB Driver for SmartQ Zwatch
My results are :cyclops::
- Update.zip works with some ROMS only (not from 3.3 version) I don't know why, tried it many times. Use it your RISK only.
- You can copy the apk file into the ROM with TotalCom. just the ROM is if rooted !!! There are rooted ROM-s here and 4PDA forum here (use chrome and automatic translater , need registration )
- You can copy the watcwidget.apk into the ROM before you want to install it (rooted and unrooted )
I changed the varied background watch face. The longer subtitles fit already, as the "thunderstorms"

Maybe need the root if you want to replace the WatchWidget.apk file, one more need switch on the "USB debugging".
There are some rooted ROM already (Maja's DJ ROM on the XDA, and more on the Russian forum (4PDA) )

Thanks, I tried with update.zip file, but the watch started on recovery mode and don't change nothing.

Which version ROM do you use? (I'm sure it works from 3.0 to 3.5 version ) and not need root .
Sometimes after update doesn't start normaly the watch. I think try again.

So after this conversation i understand that i have to reinstall a new version of rom included the watch faces.and i cant put/replace/paste i a directory, a file with the watch faces.am i right?

Look first post, added links adb driver for the watch and need switch ON the USB debugging in the watch

It's very simple.
Use totalcommander and a picture editor( photoshop ,photofiltre studio , etc)
Not decompile the "WatchWidget.apk" , just open it in totalcommander and copied from the
"\WatchWidget.apk\res\drawable-mdpi\ " directory the png files to an empty directory. If modified those copy into back the apk (overwrite).
Important: set the value in the TC configuration >Zip packer >Internal Zip compression >other =0 !
If compression bigger than zero, then the apk file will not work!!! : :crying:

Nokia X2 Tools Program allows Nokia X2 owners to install Google Play Store + Google services and also to gain Root-access. The process is very simple, you just need to connect the smartphone to PC and to run .exe file. Then press 1 to install drivers, and after that press 2 to get Google Play. If you want to get Root-access - press 4.
Before all actions make sure, that you are in developer mode and USB debugging is turned on. To activate the developer mode go to Settings - About phone, and tap 5 times to "Software version", then go to Settings - Developer options - USB debugging.

It isn't really about Russia v USA but at least with websites in English I can judge whether a source is reputable or not. I can't find any information on Allnokia.ru so think it's safer to follow the instructions in the other thread for getting Google Play on the X2.

I got the same thing, it seems to be just stuck at boot because some required service isn't starting properly.
You can still connect to your device with adb and go to /system/app and delete Vending.apk (and perhaps also GoogleCalendarSyncAdapter.apk GoogleLoginService.apk and GoogleServicesFramework.apk ) files and your device will boot, albeit without google services.
Your other option is to reflash.
I can confirm that this tools can root the 2.1 update safely[emoji106]

He goes by the name n2outlaw, so probably best to be aware of that when asked technical questions. He has a website where he is planning to get you to pay for him installing it to your box. Which is basically the aforementioned ROM with a different launcher and preinstalled apps probably. It's kind of sad that anyone would do this without even referring to the original source.
It's funny you say that because when I started asking him technical question he tried to direct me to his website to buy a shield from him LOL! But it's cool I figured everything out on my own and using Zulu 99's ROM with square home 2 launcher.
If anyone is interested I saved the configuration and you can upload the back up of the setup and you can just import the backup to square home launcher 2, it's best to get the paid version to take full advantage of it!!

Once the file is downloded just extract it to a folder on your box and then copy the that folder to the Square Home 2 launceher backups (I actually backed it up into a folder called AndroidTV and copied that folder into that directory. Open up SQ2 Launcher and get to the backup menu, once you do that if you did everything right the back up should have self populated and just click /double click on it depending on how you have your mouse setup and it will pause and respring!
NOW PLEASE KEEP IN MIND.......You may not have the same apps that I have but you can change it .....OR you can install an ALTERNATIVE APPTOID....source and it will download the application for you..... you can be the judge!!!
A video is coming within the NEXT day I promise on how to modify the boxes.....to get the full expereinece I suggest the paid version of the launcher (I am in no way affiliated with the app developer)

No you don't need to flash it, just download the zip and extract the files into a folder and name it what you like and copy that folder into the SqaureLauncher2 backup folder. Open the launcher and open the backup option and click to install that backup

This is the work of the ORIGINAL ROM developer which is @zulu99 please refer to post #15 @lavero.burgos which I truly thank for setting the record straight and I have ammended my OP.
Please people do not confuse others. The firmware/ROM at videomap.it/forum IS NOT Nvidroid OS.

Hello everyone, I installed the LineagesOS 18.1 rom and I am not satisfied. 1.The microphone/speaker doesn't work like before or the sound is just different I've already tried that with mixerpath .XML update but an echo can be heard.2.Some apps don't work, Google maps doesn't work either and other navigation system apps don't work either .3.the camera doesn't work either. Except for these big problems I think the rom is good but I need one without these problems or preferably no other problems for this reason I ask is there a rom from the list where everything works? Yes, there are many models of the S5, you will have to figure out your device's code name and download the right one. As for flashing, this should work. Flash recovery in Odin, and flash ROM through Lineage OS recovery. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Yes, there are many models of the S5, you will have to figure out your device's code name and download the right one. As for flashing, this should work. Flash recovery in Odin, and flash ROM through Lineage OS recovery. Let me know if you have any other questions!

OK Great all works fine !
I put the Image in Download then i run Odin>Twrp>Install >select image>after reboot all Apps,pictures,contacts,setings is available I don't loose nothing only the main Front I have to put the apps there ;-)

Only one thing I had also bevor the Navigation Google Maps take some long time any solution ? I think it has to do with Google services not being installed

I would install MicroG, an open-source alternative to Google Play Services. Look here for info on how to install it.

microG is already installed but when you start google maps and enter the destination, the best route is loaded for 5 minutes :-( maybe I should see this as a cigarette break

Alright, I don't know of a solution because I don't use Google apps currently. Instead, I use Organic Maps, which is open-source. It actually works nearly as well as Google Maps, although there is no traffic detection.
