Fast Charge Not Working With 2.0 Fast Charger Power Banks - Galaxy S6 Edge+ Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have the below Power Banks and have been unable to establish a Fast Charge on my Edge Plus. I originally bought the Power Banks for my regular S6 Edge and they both worked with no problem.
I even tried using my USB cord that came with the phone and also bought these USB cords to no luck

Galaxy s4 wall charger's cable cut.

So its been a while since my s4 i9500 wall charger's cable been cut. Although the phone does get charged up. It isnt charging up quickly as it used to before the wire was cut. Sometimes the phone doesnt even charge even thought the battery icon shows that it is charging.
Now, I have been thinking of replacing the charger. But do i have to buy the charger or should i just replace the cables? I have a lot of micro usb cables . Can i use them with the adapter to charge up my phone?
You can use quite literally any micro-usb 2.0 cable and any usb charger to charge it; however, to achieve the maxium charging speed (1900mah) you will need a high quality shielded micro-usb cable (like the stock Samsung cable) and a 2A (or higher) usb charger (like the stock Samsung charger or an iPad charger).

Charging and Battery issues

Hello XDA!.
I'm new here, but oh well.
My Galaxy S5, Is having charging issues, comes and goes.
Using the Ampere app I'm measuring the charging speed.
Charging with stock AC Charger - 450mA - USB Charging, It won't charge at full speed 1.8 - 2.0A.
Charging with an Aukey Superspeed charger - 1.8A, Charges fine but sometimes stuck at 450mA USB Speed.
Charging with Anker Powercore 20400mAh . 450mA, USB Speed?.
I've switched between three different batteries, all of them does this, sometimes the phone simply tells me that the battery is dead, and it won't charge. ( Note: Phone won't charge but turns on with cable in).
What can I do?, buy a new phone?
Thanks.

Main Supply Charger

Can you get the Lenovo Yoga Book in the car with a USB adapter charging charger ?
You can also use a USB charger for the Lenovo Yoga Book except the original one ?
It works with pretty much any USB charger, but it will charge very slowly. I've got a quick charge 3 compliant charger and while it's a tiny bit faster than a regular 2 amp charger it's still slower than the original.

So what charging method is faster?

I have both a QC car charger and a USB C to USB C charger as well.
I know USB C gives 5v/3A and QC gives variable charging from 9v/1.67A and down (QC 2.0)
Anyone run tests?
the phone lockscreen gives you an estimate on how fast your phone will charge to 100% when it is plugged or on a wireless charger. Less time, faster charger.
If I use my S7 cable with the USB-C adapter, it charges 3 times faster than the adaptive wall charger.

My N6P no longer chargers with USB-C chargers. Only with micro-usb to usb-c adapter.

Any Nexus 6P owners help me out?
For some reason yesterday the phone started to refuse to charge rapidly with suitable chargers.
I tried my original Google supplied power plug and lead, and another spare USB-C charger and another usb-c to usb-c lead (RAVPOWER brand), a Ravpower usb-c power pack (again, with another usb-c to usb-c cable), and my car charger (all previously are able to provide enough power for rapid charging.)
In all the above cases the phone refused to charge at all, with only the car charger charging the phone at slow speed (no rapidly charging message on lock screen).
Luckily I was able to use an old micro usb charger at lower output with a micro > usb-c adapter which at least enabled the phone to charge at a slower rate.
I did a factory reset this morning and the issue is still there.
Is this a common issue, if so any way to fix it?
This phone has already had one battery replaced due to the issue with it shutting down after 30%.
I've defluffed the usb port on the phone with a wooden tooth pick that got rid of some fluff, but the issue still remains.
Thanks
