Mx4 Pro and Pro 5 headphones sound quality in google Play Music - Meizu MX

Owner, hello! I know sound in headphones is great if you are using stock music app on mx4 pro (hi-fi on) and pro 5. But what quality you get if you are going to use Play music app? Is there equalizer in settings of Play Music?
Thanks.

[Q] Best music player on the Google play store?

I have been using poweramp for over a year now and I've recently noticed that the pitch is lower on poweramp than on other applications such as the youtube app or the google play music player. Has anyone got any substitutes for poweramp?
Try Google music player.

Spotify and Google Play Music

This isn't a Note 5 question. It is more an app wondering I have.
I have subscription to both service but the music quality is better on spotify. Does Spotify stream songs at at higher quality than Google play music does?

If you are using cellular then Google Play Music defaults to a lower quality stream than Spotify's "Automatic" setting. You can change the default streaming quality in the settings panel in each app.

What's Music Player and/or EQ are you using?

Pretty much the regulars like Shuttle+ and Phonograph. I also just use the stock EQ since I don't have crazy good earplugs or headphones, so why bother? I'm also not an audiophile, so yeah. PowerAMP is the solution if you want full control of the audio though.
- PowerAMP/PlayerPRO = If you want full control.
- Shuttle/Phonograph = If you care about design
- Spotify/Google Play Music/Apple Music = If you stream your music
I am just using the htc music app.

Samsung music stock here, first time using it since I got this phone and I been enjoying it so far since I don't intend to root or mod anything audio wise atm.

What is a good app for pie to play my local music? I don't care for play music at all. Retro is decent. Shuttle bugs me now, got way to used to Samsung music.

Yeah man and it has themes too.
I use Pulsar Music Player
Pulsar Music Player is great, simply, fast, stable, cutomizable and easy to use. And the free version comes without ads.
Black player
Rocket player is the best imho. I also use some Walkman player but it requires a few extra steps.

I use the Sony Music app: Music-v9.4.1.A.1.1_build_19407873

I just use Google Play Music. I plays my music, if I have any locally on my phone. Mostly I just use the PC PLAY Music app to upload my existing digital music to Google PLAY Music storage. You can have up to 15,000 songs stored for free on your PLAY music, then just stream them to your phone for free.
I am using PowerAmp pro. It's very nice.
Poweramp Full + Skin for Poweramp Suru (light & dark theme) + QuickLyric
The most complete, powerful and customizable player & widget for local collection.
Not the most "just install and go" but once handled, still unrivaled.

Wow, I'm surprised PowerAmp Pro hasn't been the most suggested music app so far. Their beta is f'n awesome so and they push regular updates for it. I love it.

I couldn't agree more.
There is no such thing as "PowerAmp Pro"
It's Poweramp (free) then Poweramp Full Version Unlocker (paid) from Max MP.
I clarify this just to avoid any misleading: there's a different app called "PowerAudio Pro" which has almost the same icon.
Poweramp Full ftw!
I subscribed to beta (v3) after roaduardo's post, and at first glance there are some browsing/cosmetic improvements for sure, so you don't miss any additional skin. Thanks mate

Does this require root access? If not, can you provide the link as I tried the latest apk from Apkmirror and it is crashing. Thanks!!
I've been using Phonograph for the last couple of years and it's good for me
