Hello, please help..
Sometimes my note 3 screen get black for a second while using the phone..n then its get back to normal..this happens again n again once its started.
Sometimes black screen appears 4 - 5 times in 2 - 3 minutes. Please help i dont know the reason why this happening. Solution Please thanku...n sorry if have done anything wrong as i am very new to this.

Hi my note 4 suddenly get a dark screen i cant see anything it works cuz i can touch the icons and hear the volume and all that. I turn off the phone and go to recovery it show the screen there i wipe everything then it shows up the note 4 and samsung screen but after that it goes black again any help anyone else with this problem?
I face this problem with my friend's S2, a month ago. If you still can enter recovery, download mode, reflash stock rom will solve your problem. Maybe you should try 2 different Rom.

When it first happened?
Try uninstall some apps that you have installed at that time to eliminate the problem.
When it happens, do you see any icon at the notification bar?
Factory reset may help but it is only the final step.
So, having loved my Note 3 for a long time, I am actually surprised- I have no clue how to fix this issue. When I turn the phone on, it appears as if it is stuck at the "Galaxy Note 3" logo- but you can see from the LEDs and hear from the speakers, the system has started and is running. My notifications and everything come through, but the screen continues to sit at the Galaxy Note 3 screen. Please, please help! How do I fix this issue?

i really need help now.
i was trying to test my screen i saw a red color on reading mode so i search how to test the screen, then i found this code *#*#2663#*#* Displays touch-screen version and *#*#0842#*#*Vibration and Backlight test after i use it the screen start to become dark and weird until it becomes black totally. i trying to login to bootloader or fast-boot but i can't see anything, i just feel the touch vibration on the screen and the led is working and the menu and back key look working too.
i tried to restart my device 50 times but still the same, first time i saw Oneplus logo then black but now when i restart nothing at all.
i never dropped my mobile or something, i received 10 days ago.
something weird happen i was trying to fix it than i heard i was calling so the mobile is working but the screen is black.
any help will be appreciated and thanks in advance

i try to flash it using msm download and the mobile start then start flash white and dark until become black again

is it a hardware issue?
It's a brand new phone. Can you contact OnePlus for support or an RMA?

Something weird like that happened to me with the twilight app on my axon 7, but a reboot fixed it.. ??
There have been times with my past 5 phones where if I go below 15 percent battery the screen shuts off but the phone is still active.. Can get into recovery mode fine. Factory resets/clean install even with all same apps always fixed it. ?
Beyond that, I would definitely look into that RMA.

Hello everybody, sorry for my bad english. since 2 days my note 3 became completely unusable, 1 minute maximum after starting it up, the screen froze and he display a weird interlaced screen some seconds after, i have to keep the phone one hour off to show up something else on screen
i already tried to flash a new clean rom via odin .... same result, thanks for your help guys
