I'm the owner of galaxy note 3 N900W8 but I don't find any dedicated forum to this variant of phone.
So beyond installing the boring stock firmwares, I do like to flash some custom Roms. Is any variant like AT&T's, T-Mobile' s, or N9005 compatible with my phone? In terms of custom Roms?

Yip, physical capacity has no bearing on the ROMs you can flash.
Here in mexico telcel launched note 3 n9000. But I have search here amd I dont have seen nothing for that model. What recoveries can I use for this model?? Thanks. And is this a lockedbootloader?

No, actualy are some dev's working in cm 13 for this phone. But is more hard than the others, especially 'cause the exynos core dont have the same documentation like qualcomm processors
My note 4 is stuck at boot after flashing xposed-v87-sdk23-arm.zip using TWRP. I am running Omega rom, not stock rom and is rooted.
How can I fix the issue?

You should flash wanam xposed version, not the official one due to a compatibility problem with Samsung devices
