All the filefactory links in that one thread have said "system maintenance" for over a day at least. I'd like to relock my phones bootloader and get rid of the warning message, but the only way is with the TELUS firmware and not the default retca one, I believe. I PM'd the author of the original thread but he did not respond to me.
Thanks in advance.

I have a xv6700 for verizon and i am trying to update my phone for 6.1... First someone told me i need to find the latest bootloader for my carrier. Can someone tell me what that is and where to dl it. Also is there a tutorial on all i have to do to make it work because i dont want to brick my phone
hello??? still need answer for this one
You already posted in the Apache section & that is where you should be looking or your bootloader & ROM. Read the rules before posting.
i just signed up to the forum and need some help. i have been searching posts and have not found the right answer just other ones close to it.
i recently purchased a used HTC magic (vodafone UK) and it has been modded. i'm looking to return it back to it's original form with the factory vodafone software/firmware that it came with or the most recent version that it is currently updated to.
another question i have is that the phone is currently unlocked... so if i return it to it's original vodafone condition will it lock the phone back to UK only or will i still have an unlocked phone ?
i know you are all going to say "why ?!!?!" it's so much better rooted and modded. but to be honest, i'm not into the modding scene and i know i will eventually sell this phone so would just rather have it factory.
if someone could email me the rom and point me to a step by step instruction that would be greatly appreciated.
thanks !

If you unroot, you will still have a subsidy unlocked phone.
I would like to try the Adeo ROM but before I try flashing the phone
I would like to have the original Bell ROM so I can revert back the changes.
Does anyone have the original ROM?
Thanks
George
I see the "do not use on Bell atrix" has been removed from the page. Lemme know how she goes
As far as I know there is no release of Bell SBF. I can confirm the two SBF in the development session will not work on Bell Atrix.
Yea, I would like the bell stock firmware as well.
I accidently deleted one of the motoblur system apps and now my phone won't work.
Bell SBF
Just wondering those SBF files I see in the forums did they come from motorola? How did people get there hands on them?
Would be nice to have one for our Bell phones, knowing where the ATT guys got theres from might help.
Sorry to ask this question, It's a simple one but all the threads seem to go into too much info. I've hunted through numerous threads, but maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
I'm a Win 6.5 kind of person and Know nothing whatsoever about Android (Until my next upgrade (Sensation Hopefully))
In 2010 I bought my daughter a T-mobile UK Hero, unlocked it and is now running with an O2 UK sim.
She has never recieved an over the air update to 2.1, is this because it should come from T-mo and she now has O2 Apn settings??? On 1.5, I can't even find "Check for Updates" in the menu.
Is there an easy way and a step by step guide to this?
I'd like to use a stock rom, as I'll have her and everyone else to answer to if anything goes wrong.
Is there a thread or glossary that explains upgrading procedures and words like rooting etc. as all this seems a little different to Win Mo.
Thanks
a good place to start would be here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=797740
also, please post [Q] threads in the Q&A section: http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=511
if you never want to root your device, just flash an RUU to the device.
you should find the correct one here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=559622
I expect only a T-mobile one will run. I am not certain if this will remove your sim unlock.

Thanks, I'll give that thread a go, and I hadn't thought about the simlock issue. I did an over the air update on my girlfriends desire that I unlocked from O2, and didn't have a simlock issue, or is this totally different to an RUU flash?
Sorry it went in the wrong section. I spend most of my time on the Leo forum where there's no Q&A Section.
Thanks again
Does anyone know for sure if this will re-lock the phone?
If it does, can the phone be unlocked using the same code as used last time?
I seem to recall reading that flashing a rom doesnt affect the sim lock. Dont know about an RUU though
I'm about to flash the international rom to bypass T-Mobiles OEM bootloader lock as described here. But before I do, I'd like to know if someone out there has stock T-Mobile rom that I can flash in the case of the need for a warranty return? I seached the threads, but didn't really get any results. Please link post if one should exist.
