You unfortunately cannot install a different model's firmware on your device. Odin will reject the firmware and the process will fail.

thank you for answering
but my friend bay a phone in download mode model m919 and in bake of battery model i9500
and in bout phone model i9500
how?

The seller sold your friend a Frankenphone I see. To change the model number in the ROM itself is a trivial task requiring nothing more than a text editor and root access to the build.prop file.
For the record, the model in download mode is the correct one.

not exactly true.
a carrier csc = samsung and carrier bloatware
unbranded csc = only samsung bloatware

Awkward. .

I have many other wrong stuff going on with my phone but i think that this path is going to bring me answers.

The only thing you can, upgrade to COL2 or install COJ5 based custom ROM. I'm on eRobot ROM and the battery is quite good (1 day)

Firmware or Rom for SM-G928F + Android 6.0.1

thx
tymex
No.......
/CK
There is already a 6.0.1 update thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/s6-edge-plus/general/android-6-0-1-update-t3304368 and a "All software update thread" http://forum.xda-developers.com/s6-edge-plus/general/galaxy-s6-edge-software-update-t3231220.
Please use those and don't start a new one for just a question.

Go back to 928F from converting to 928C

Hey guys.
I follow this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/s6-edge-plus/general/how-to-android-6-0-1-sm-g928f-t3324523 to get the MM update, and flashed the PIT file with it.
I would like to know what i have to do to go back to 928F besides flashing the rom through odin (I will be flashing Poland rom, XEO)
Thank you
Guys?

Which pit file have you used?

Use the European pit file which u used while flashing 928C rom....but don't select the nand erase and f.reset..
I did the same and using it with no problems
Oh what a pity you should have selected nand erase and f.reset, but as far as I know it's mandatory, however you can try to flash a stock 928F rom through Odin, just check only f.reset time

My bad....I mean it is not required to select repartition and nand erase if you have already used 928F pit while flashing 928C rom..
Just select 928F rom, select 928F pit file which u used previously and you should be fine...
If you don't select pit file, 928F rom will fail to install
It worked for me...

You don't need to select European pit file that you used, as the 928F stock firmware already include it...

Well, I flashed Poland MM and still have United Arabs showing up, although title now shows 928F instead of 928C.
Which PIT should I flash so it goes away?
Should I flash OXA on top of it?
I don't know if PIT changes from lollipop to MM
Well. Flashed OXA PIT and 928f Poland MM. I'm good now.
Thank you for your troubles.

You should try with c first. Via Odin. Also you should probably skip nougat entirely and just install my Oreo ROM unless you want stock. It's in the android development section.
