Greetings, everyone.
I will explain in the best way I can what happened.
I recently bought a samsung s6 edge+ (SM-G928G), here in Brazil. Today, I tried installing some new themes which I found on this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gala...5#post61969845
In order to modify the themes, I downloaded the TWRP on my desktop and followed the method "Odin Install Method (No Root Required)" described on the following link: https://twrp.me/devices/samsunggalaxys6edgeplus.html
So, I downloaded the Odin 3 v.3.10.7 version and downloaded the twrp-2.8.7.0-zenlte.img.tar from https://dl.twrp.me/zenlte/ .
Then, I activated the Developer Mode on my phone, and flagged the option to disable FAP/FRP LOCK.
Later, I entered on Download mode and using the AP button, I modified my recovery to TWRP.
After that, I turned on my phone and downloaded the themes: Black and Gold and the Theme Gold Platinum from the theme store, which were used as base for the modified themes "Hulkbuster" and "Batman the Dark Knight", those were also download as well by the links: http://www.mediafire.com/download/07...2507_added.zip (Hulkbuster) and http://www.mediafire.com/download/nd...tman2_3108.zip (Batman).
So I turned off the phone, entered on recovery mode to acess TWRP, entered on the install mode and installed the Hulkbuster Theme. Then, I turned off and on my phone to check that theme and everything went normal.
Again, I turned off and entered on recovery mode to install the other theme on my phone. I installed the batman theme and then it started to soft brick on a ON/OFF Loop. I tried booting on recovery mode, and reseting my phone from there using the Wipe option. But that didn't solve my problem.
To add more info, Odin recognizes my phone.
I thank everyone who might help me out on this.
Edit: Problem Solved. I downloaded my firmware on Sam Mobile and used it Odin to start over. Thankfully I had made myself a back up before all this mess.

Hello guys,
I searched on the net but didn't find any answers. I'll try to be clear : Today I flashed my international G2 with the LG flash tool. Everything worked fine. Then, when I tried to put a new rom on the phone (by using a custom recovery), I made a mistake and soft-bricked the LG. Now I can still access to the download mode, but the tool doesn't work anymore when i plug the phone in download mode. I tried to reinstall the drivers, but my computer doesn't seem to see anything...
What's wrong ?
Precision : At each time, my phone was rooted, but this morning when I succeed, nothing was written in the download mode and now, I see the word "rooted" in the bottom of the screen.
Please note that I have done search and tried various solutions before starting this thread :
Hi My A6000 phone got factory reset and then I tried to recover some lost pics...but I was advised that my phone needs to be rooted first, so the software opened kingo root soft, It showed me the message that phone has been rooted and when it rebooted there was a notification of software update which I said ok and ever since then the phone is stuck on system recovery mode (not sure if it is called soft brick or not) and I have tried many things including choosing all the options starting from reboot system now, apply update from ADB, wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache partition, apply update from sdcard but nothing seems to work!!! oh I for got to mention on the top of the screen it says Androoid system recovery <3e>Kraft -A6000_S035_150507 and then gives all the option and i have tried this following :
https://boycracked.wordpress.com/2015/06/03/unbrick-lenovo-a6000/
but some how for the first solution it keeps on saying download failed, emergency recovery download failed...anyways it does not work
I have also tried this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/chef-central/android/unbrick-lenovo-a6000-plus-lenovo-a6000-t3137247
but it has ADB killed (tried looking and installing adbfixer solution--it says it cannot finf adb.exe even though it is there)
Is there any soultion to this!!! Please help if there is one!
the link from boycracked (mentioned above )actually worked the trick was to hold vol up+down key (while the phone is off) and then insert the usb into your computer, secondly my computer kept of saying that qualcomms --digital signatures not verified and the port is supposed to be Qualcomm Lenovo HS-USB QDLoader 9008 where as mine showed up to 9091, to solve this I uninstalled the drivers and then disabled digital signatures (use goggle how to disable signatures verification on whichever windows you are using) and it worked fine. Thank you all
install cwm
Install cwm from pc and then try
Use HW flash tool
Even my Lenovo a6000 plus was bricked. But mine is more complicated than your's.
I've installed CWM recovery before. But unable to access it, atleast native Android recovery either.
"Rev-app" folder from "System" folder were deleted unfortunately. I couldn't even wipe, hard reset or anything.
After a long struggle, i've found a way out. I've came across a Qualcomm flash tool "HW OneKeyDownload Tool".
And finally, i won on it!
Download it from here: docs.google(.)com/uc?id=0B3qYFBKKL2hieDM1RUNMQWRsSHc
You need to have:
1. Mobile drivers installed
2. Universal ADB drivers (That ZIP will have it)
3. Stock ROM or any custom ROM
See this post on AndroidXDA for more info:
androidxda(.)com/download-hw-onekeydownload-tool
install cwwm
installing cwm from pc is the best way to unbrick
Dont feel bro.just follow the steps which u tried before to install cwm.but before that if ur pc cant find ur mobile.then use this command.
"Adb shell"
And it shows searching for device.
Then put ur battery out and insert it again.ur device will be detect by pc.

Recently I was tried to update mobile firmware (latest Kraft-A6000-S_S014_150730) by OTA update (via system settings->about phone->system update), that time my mobile was soft bricked like above you said. I downloaded firmware and installed then some time after got some options menu. And I attached that problem as picture.
Before that I rooted my mobile using KINGROOT apk v4.0 , there after I did unroot again using in the same app.
I thought unrooted mobile does not affect by system update (any firmware or OTA update by LENOVO). But unfortunately my mobile got problem.
I didn't took any backup before that. I don't know anything about CWM backup and all. I know only the root and unroot using KINGROOT app.
I need to recover my mobile back or tell me how to install LENOVO A6000 PLUS stock ROM or any other way is there tell me to solve the problem. Please guide me step by step process or any video link there it was little better to understand for me.
Please help me, it will be appreciated. Thanks.
Attach the device to PC through USB cable and Install the CWM through ADB .
Install the Stock Kernel through Update Zip option within the CWM.
That will freshly installs the Android OS.

You should try flashing the same scatter file with another flash tool. I too was unsuccessful, with exactly the same symptoms. I searched the web and I did find a way, that too didn't work, so I tried the flash tool of that website with the firmware available at XDA. It worked. I can't put links here, so maybe I can mail it to you. *Make sure you hit the reset button before flashing and backup your NVRAM folder. You really don't want to lose your IMEI like I did.*
I fixed it and flashed CM11 ROM

Go to sammobile and download the latest firmware for your phone. Hold volume down, home and power to boot into download. Connect phone to PC and use Odin (if Linux use Heimdall) to Flash the firmware. If you need more guidance you can find info on here or Google about flashing with Odin on our device.
Hi Guys,
Today I think I bricked my phone and I would appreciate any help.
I will describe the whole situation.
So around 2019 May, I rooted my device and decided to flash a stock based, debloated custom rom. Everything work just fined including downloading mode and recovery menu. Today, I decided to try out [S7/S7 Edge][OneUI Pie][JetBlackUI] LightROM, however strangely I was not able to boot either to TWRP neither to downloading mode via key combination.
However I had install TWRP app and from there i was able to boot to recovery mode, install the new rom and try it out.
For some reason root was not enabled in the new rom, so i figured I will try to do it via TWRP however I was unable to boot, since root access is needed to boot from TWRP app + key combo still did not work.
After searching on google, I found a poprgram which can do the trick. (Recovey-Download (CMD)
With this I was able to boot to recovery mode. Now I thought, since all this mess up was started with the new roms, I decided to restore my original stock rom, which I had a back up of. It booted up first and seemed okay, but I was curious if this solved the issues with the key comb, so I tried it going downloading mode, but it only worked with the program ((Recovey-Download (CMD)), and I saw that it is probably not gonna be good, since it only had the blue screen, but no data in the upper left corner.
Then I restarted the device and now it say " Custom binary blocked by FRP lock". and turns off itself.
I saw that FRP lock could be solved easly with Odin fresh install, problem is I have no idea how to go downloading mode. ( Assuming at this point I still can).
Sorry for the long essay but i think the more detail the easier to diagnose. Also, thank you for reading.
I would greatly appreciate any help.

Hey, how did you manage to get your phone into dl mode with an USB jig? I want to try this out, but you're the only one here who's confirmed that you were able to do this on an S7 Edge.
