hey guys, i've just got my Homecare tegra note 7, i had upgrade it to android 4.4.2. but when i tried to flash CWM with Super Tool (1.1, 2.1 and 2.4)
none of them had recognized my device in fastboot mode, so i tried to flash the rom mannualy
(i follow this instructions http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2645890&page=3)
everything worked but when i try to turn it on it get a endless boot loop.
i had used the android 4.4.2 and 4.3 and nothing, how can i fix it?
Thank you guys.
OK did you have from the start 4.2.2 ?
Did you at least update to 4.3 via OTA.
The reason i ask is simple that partition layout was changed with the 4.3 OTA from nvidia and the bootloader was updated too.
The next question would be do you get a blank screen when you try to go into fast boot or do you get a menu?
Have you tried another cable ?
What version of WIndows are you using?
What USB Port you using is it USB2.0 or USB 3.0 etc we need a little more info before we can help further.
Have you checked that the driver is loading when in fastboot mode correctly etc.
If your using USB3.0 try a USB2.0 port USB2 seems to be more reliable on Windows 8.x
If you could post more info i can gladly help you recover your tablet hopefully without using APX as APX is the last resort trick due to it can lead to completely bricked tablets.
So i rooted my Yoga tab just a few hours ago and it went great. Booted back in and installed some apps and started to remove some apps. I rebooted the tablet shortly after and got stuck in some bootloop at the title screen. (Lenovo for those who do) It boots three times and then its just black with some flickering.
I got in to recovery and did (probably really, really stupid) a reset of data and cache. figure that will solve everything. It didn't. But it did not however make it works. Still the same bootloop.
if i leave it on for like 10 minutes, the screen where you choose language and time comes up but i can't press anything. Then everything goes black and flickers.
I was on stock kitkat when this happened and I've searched all around the internet for answers. I don't understand half of the things a read. Reflashing a new bios and fastboot what not. Almost every link in every thread is dead.
I need help and i hope you can help me with a solution too how i can get my tab up and running.
I have no back ups what so ever because i'm stupid so i need just hard reset everything not worrying about saving anything. (didnt have anything on the tab anyways)

Hello !
You should try to flash stock KitKat Lenovo Firmware with IntelFlashTool !
Also, you should install some intel drivers : Intel® USB Driver for Android* Devices & iSocUSB-Driver-Setup .
KitKat Firmware must be available under Lenovo site !
Put your device in DNX mode ( press & keep at the same time all three hardware buttons , when device reboot just release power button ... you will see soon "Fastboot starting..." , right now you can release volume up & down ) - connect your device via USB with your desktop and start Intel Flash Tools . Just unpack stock KitKat Lenovo Firmware and select under Intel Flash Tools , Flash file : "flash.xml" from Lenovo Firmware !
Good luck !

Thanks for your help.
Unfortunately, i think it made i made it worse
The flash stopped at 70% and now i'm stuck in a bootloop at the first power up screen.
Can you still get in to fast boot, and are you sure you were on KitKat rom.
try and start your tab in normal fastboot mode (from the recovery console select 'reboot to bootloader' or use from power off the combo keys Pwr & Vol+ or Pwr & vol- one of these two should bring you to the Fastboot/Droidboot menu) and from there tell me what the ifwi entry says... BLADE_21....
Problem solved!
I had to check "Force fastboot sparsing" and change it to 500MB in FlashTool and then it worked. Everything is now up and running.
Thanks for your replies.

Bios Downgrade Tool Query
Hi mate, sorry for such a late reply but I'm struggling trying to get the bios downgrade tool to work on my tablet. Its plugged in and the "fast boot starting" message is showing but when I click on the tool on my pc and start it, nothing changes with the tablet. Is there an obvious step I am missing? Kind of new to this.
Thanks
Hello chaps. Random question. I have searched and searched for an answer but cant find a 100% reliable one. Can our 1050F 10.1 inch run Ethernet on the OTG? I have been liaising with Lenovo tech support via email for 5 weeks now and they are certain it can but I cant get it going with my Plugable OTG/Ethernet adaptor. So, what say you folks? Thanks.
On the Lollipop.

I have this Lenovo A328 which suddenly had multiple and continuous gapps crashes. I tried to do a factory reset but the problem still existed. I decided to flash the stock rom using SP Flash Tool. Flashing the stock rom succeeded but then after, the device does not charge nor boot up. It does not even respond to vol up(or down) + power which brings up a menu for testing the device(not recovery). I tried to format it first before flashing but the result is still the same. I also tried flashing stock rom from different source. Any idea on this one?
Update
I tried to flash a stock rom on my Lenovo A328 with SP Flash Tool but the process was interrupted and now after I flashed the stock rom successfully, the phone won't charge nor boot, not even to recovery. I noticed in my EMMC Flash that the sizes of GP1 - 4 are all 0x0.
I found a solution in here,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2792667
It says that I have to flash the rom using DOWNLOAD first and then flash it again with FIRMWARE UPGRADE. I'm already at the FIWMWARE UPGRADE process but I got this error
Failed to get PMT info.

Hi, I am having the same problem. Could you help?
Hello everyone!
I am facing the same problem!!!
Tried almost all the solutions suggested on different sites or forums, nothing works, still no charge and no start...
Change the PC, the USB cables, drivers, ROM's, you name it... Someone said this MTK devices are hard to brick but still, why we cannot revive our devices??? Hardware failure? Not really according to some technicians as long your phone is detected by the pc in device manager, the phone CAN be "unbricked".
SO, we are missing something, we doing something wrong???
We need help.... SOMEONE???
please send me the firmware
I have the same problem about my lenovo a328. After flashing, it's not booting and turning on. It's not even charging. So what I did is I tried to firmware upgrade it and I got this ''failed to get PMT info'' alert. Someone know how to revive this phone?
I got 2 phones and they've bricked themselves
Hi,
I got 2 Lenovo A328s and they've bricked themselves, having the same symptoms.
I can get them to boot in Recovery, and I am waiting to download an image to sideload with ADB, which seems to work.
One of them was still in use, but had software glitches, like the camera driver not working in any app.
The other one was replaced 10 months ago, but after long time, it also bricked.
I haven't attempted any flash of new firmware.
I have the same problem, the phone isn't charging and I can't use vol up+ power buttons.
Can you send me the software please and some instructions?

I could successfully restored my lenovo a6000 kitkat rom. But a new problem arrised. When i try to power on, it just starts for 2 seconds and vanishes immediately just showing the lenovo logo. Again n again it just being on and off. When i put this battery in another a6000 plus mobile, the same problem occurs. I mean , i want to know why is this happening ? Is the battery gone !!!

On first look, it seems like your phone is in bootloop and you need to flash new ROM after wiping the partitions correctly. But, then you are saying that same thing is happening when you insert this battery in another A6000. I think your battery has gone rogue due to some virus, just throw it away. Jokes apart, if another device is showing same behaviour then its almost 100% sure, that your battery has issues and need to be replaced. And, why don't you actually check switching on your phone by putting the battery from that another A6000 into your A6000.
I have checked with another battery, my phone works fine. But that particular battery is doing only on off continuously. But #important thing is , i don't think the battery has gone. Bcoz during the on off process, if i press volume down key, it shows lenovo logo and gets stock there. If the battery has problem, then how can be it stays on showing the logo ?? Confused ???
Hello today my wife decided to move on and asked me to update her Yoga tab 2 (version 830f) to YT2-830F_USR_S100250_160119_ROW_ОС 5.0 (from previous from YT2-830F_S0195_150422_ROW) via Phoneflashtool when suddenly after erasing system something went terribly wrong. My opinion is that "droidboot" was somehow corrupted. Now I can only access fastboot but no use of command "fast boot..." still shows the same droidboot corrupted start.
Any help would be appreciated.
