have you verified if those options are checked in impostazioni -> controllo del movimento? in case of malfunctions, a factory reset is the definitive solution

Same here, All Motion Control options disappeared , and now Sim 1 is 2G/3G/4G and no option to switch to Sim 2 as in Kitkat
Tried to downgrade using B300 Downgrade package but failed also. Maybe today i'll unlock bootloader and try anyway to flash Kitkat using FastBoot
improved battery life with this new firmware, great job from huawei

It is simple. Just use a file explorer (like es file explorer) to unzip it to a folder named dload on sd or internal memory then go to settings/update/local update and hit install. No pc needed, works the same as ota download.
Do I lose everything and have to start from scratch? I read I have to unlock the bootloader.

No chinese text as its the international update. Not sure if bootloader needs to be unlocked as mine is but I wouldn't think so for an official update. Don't lose any data but if it doesn't play nice it may be best to full wipe. Mine is OK but I was running B305 beta so not much has changed but I did do a full wipe when I put the beta on.

i have an extremly weird problem, i can update without any adb error what so ever, but once the phone restarts, i do not have any modem connection, the modem under setting even tells me unknown version! oO i have zero idea whats up,
can someone provide a modem backup that i can flash manualy maybe?

Hello, this OTA is only a Soak Test, so only selected users get this at the moment. Motorola will roll out the final OTA to all devices starting next week. But this still can take some time for you, because the Update gets rolled out in waves, not to all users at the same time. If you want feel free to download and install the OTA.zip from this thread manually this is just a copy of the original Motorola update File of the one the Soak testers get. It's not difficult or illegal and it works well. I've installed it on my own device. Cheers.

guys the MLA varients work with xelfmade's TWRP recovery and roms can be unified to work on all varients
Ota upgrade made with my MLA-L03 to Nougat yesterday and all working great! Used FF to push the update via proxy and changed from C654B140 to C578B302 with stock updated app. Best I've like the phone yet!! Big improvement in every aspect so far.

Mine completely disappeared! Wonder what to people who actually get it ota. I can push/ SD card load till it's back of a fix is out. Really odd though.

You can try this to update to Nougat: http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G79/g0/v73849/f1/full/update.zip Extract all the files and place them in a dload folder then place that on the root of your SD Card and install it using the three button method. If your Build Number is not showing up correctly after installing that install this: http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/...-L11_hw_eu/update_data_full_MLA-L11_hw_eu.zip using the same method as before. If it does not work the first time you may need to flash the stock EMUI 5 Nougat recovery which will let you install Nougat updates, I had to do this for the CAN-L01C432 variant as the update kept stopping at around 40%. EMUI 5 Nougat Recovery: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B4T1GJ6EZ3LvTWNpZ0p5YXVINGs It is up to you to try it and I am not trying to make you as I do not have a MLA variant so I do not know if it will work or not. Like I said you may need to flash the stock EMUI 5 Nougat recovery first before any of the Nougat updates work, the big update is the Nougat update and the smaller one is functionality. Let me know how it goes if you try it.

Hello, I've manually upgraded my Huawei Nova to nougat, Emui 5.0 CAN-L11C432B340.
Thing is that themes wont work, I apply a theme but nothing happens... A friend of mine with the same phone got ota updated yesterday and on his phone it works. We have the same update version but I can't get it to work, anyone know a workaroud or something?
Also will I still get future OTA updates? If I enter fastboot it says "phone locked" so I assume that is bootloader status.
Welcome to the club with that damned theme manager not working...theres a real big lack of informations about that...no one knows WHY its not working...(except that its a beta firmware release key)
for me,theme manager stopped working at first firmware upgrade MLA-Lo3C654B300...Im now with the second firmware upgrade with B334 and its the same thing....ive sent emails,bug reports to Huawei and they wont even bother to reply so...

The current build is CAN-L01C432B340/CAN-L11C432B340 and has the most recent security patches from google and some other updates as well.
For those who have the Theme problem on the B340 Build I have attached some images to show you I am on the same version and the Theme Manager is working.

Can you change the theme? The problem of people is to change the theme. Not to open Themes app

Nope I am on the CAN-L01C432B340 Build. Others have reported that they have had trouble with themes on the various CAN-L01C432 builds but it's working for me.

Yeah they don't have the best service in getting in touch or replying to customers. Hopefull most problems will be fixed when the Nougat update "Officially" comes out.
You dont make hard reset when upgrade for nougat! Or you have root acess and bootloader unlock and put data files in memory space.
When we make hard reset all data will lost and our problem is because we can t put data because we cant have root acess. When we get root acess we can install themes and correct the current version.
We just have to wait because huawei will release soon Nougat. And after we just need flash the version.

i updated to b340 manually, to b350 i got OTA update. thats why it doesnt work? on b340 it worked fine... so there arent any solutions?
I got B330. The full update doesn't have themes contained inside, but the is a second zip file which seems to be the region specific stuff. This file contains media / themes / etc.

i've upgraded my Huawei Nova (european version, vodafone branded) to android 7.0 via official OTA update. Soon i realized that this version was bugged, so i decided to do a factory data reset, but after the phone rebooted an error like "impossible reset" came out and i could only press on "reboot system now". It looped on logo for a while and then the welcome page appared (like it was successfully restored).
After all the process of the first configuration, i got my device working but i realized that again something was wrong. The phone signal indicator keeps telling me i'm connected via 3G or 4G even if i switch off mobile data, themes app doesn't work and under Build number i have NRD90M test-keys; plus the updater app wont open.
I've tried some guide on this forum, specially the one that say to apply the patch "update_data_full_CAN-L01_hw_eu", but all the pakage i've tried gave me the same error "Software install failed" at 5% of the process of installation.
I don't reallt know what to do now to get the phone works properly. If anyone can help i'll really appreciate.

I try many methods and there is no hope.but maybe just maybe you can send your phone to local store to reflash it then try update again

I've resolved the "NRD90M test-keys" problem manually flashing an update for my Nova (CAN-L01C02) with the version B340 that i found with FirmwareFinder without rooting or unlocking the bootloader. I put the links if someone is interested.
First flash the big one http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1371/g79/v86683/f1/full/update.zip (at this point the "NRD90M test-keys" problem still here)
Then the small update http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1371/g79/v86683/f1/full/CAN-L01_vodafone_default/update_data_full_CAN-L01_vodafone_default.zip that will fix the "NRD90M test-keys" problem and all the other problems (theme app not working ecc.)
Now the phone works fine, except for the update app that still won't open, but it is not a big problem because you can still flash updates manually. :good:

if your upgrade comes from firmware finder (or else), you can be 98% shure to have problems (like theme manager)

if it's not working is because you're flashing the wrong version of the update file, be sure to use the correct version (CAN-L01Cxxx) where xxx is the version you've installed in you device, then with "firmwarefinder" search the correct update file and flash it. This method have to work.

Yes.problem start when first time i look at my phone it's Can-L11c185 but none of updates work then i try c432 updates and it's work but now theme and update problems can't fix and try c185 updates and there is no chance to update

if now you're on C432 try to install this http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1371/g79/v85874/f1/full/CAN-L01_hw_eu/update_data_full_CAN-L01_hw_eu.zip always with the 3 button method. Extract the archive in "dload" folder on the root of your External microSD.

Update is working without errors and phone reset normally but still no fix.maybe problem happen first time that i flashed 432v update on 185v phone??

Ive tried a lot of things to have broken apps working again...even tried to install apps separately and always ended with... Corrupted files or bad app signature

From what i know, that number version only change which system apps you have installed by default (of brand ecc.) so i can't find a reason for that be a problem. Insted you have the dual sim version right? Maybe is because you have flashed the single sim version?
Hello guys i make update on my huawei Can L01 C109B100 to emui 5.0.1 anfroid 7 C109B331 and now i have build number NRD90M test-keys everything work perfect except factory reset,themes and update app.I try with Hi suite but not work because not want to connect after did settings corect on option development with usb debug on and oem on.Please give me solutions for fix that,wait your advice,thanks in advance.... i flash with huawei finder wrong firmware and now i need flash the verison good of my firmware but i don't know wich are this firmware,please help me,thanks a lot.I forget tell you that in option development OEM ENABLE BUTTON is invisible and i can't enable....

Try to flash this full firmware i've found with FirmwareFinder main update then flash the second part that should fix the NRD90M problem second part; for each update.zip, unzip and copy in DLOAD folder on root of your external microsd card, then reboot and press volume up + volume down + power button util huawei logo apper; then the update should start.

Hey. I have a similar problem. I have MLA-L12c636b130 updated to emui 5.0.1 anfroid 7 C636B300CUSTC636D003 and now i have build number NRD90M test-keys. Help pozhalusta restore normal work of the apparatus. I would like to roll back on 6, will there be a solution? And will there be a "rollback" for us ..?
Just to let everyone know I have an unlocked bootloader and I was able to install the B140 update that came through. So if you're on the L24 maybe go into system update and manually check for an update because I didn't get any notification at all for it. I just happened to go into it and it was there.

Same here. I don't have an unlocked bootloader but I did have to manually check to get the update. So what does lens AR do? Is it the facial recognition update?

tbh i have no clue what the hell it's for. it says something about changing the background of photos. all i saw was a bunch of filters to play with like a dumbed down version of Snapchat but my wife said those were already there so i'm clueless
No facial recognition, and security patch is now February 1.
I have an error when trying to install it. I have an unlocked boot loader and TWRP installed but didn't go any further than that. It launches into TWRP and I dont know what to do from there when I attempt to install the update.
Well damn where's my update.
Not seeing the B140 update for BND-L24 on http://pro-teammt.ru/firmware-database/ yet (only B130 under 'bond').
Perhaps they are doing a slow roll-out?
I can confirm I got the update. had to manually check for it.

you need the Stock Recovery,with Twrp can´t install the Update!

I'm in Florida and both the wife and I got the update. Not sure what kind of process they use for rolling out updates

Any way to catch the URL or other info to pass along to Frimware Finder? . Patience isn’t my strong suit. LoL
Must not be geography but maybe imei numbers? My wife got the update but not me, same carrier same house. Oh well. We ordered here from honor USA during the first round of sales, I got mine from Amazon when they started selling them.

I have nothing, whatsoever. Security patch Oct 2017 and the device wasn't even released at that time. I got BND-L21********B101
I got BND-21 and update to C432B123 in Czech Republic/T-mobile. Manually checked update.
