Is anyone else unable to get dashclock to daydream?

I believe daydream only works when you have your phone plugged in to charge and it has a long screen timeout. Unless that's just a CM thing

For some reason, AT&T or Samsung removed the clock option from daydream. I found this free app that works pretty well to use instead:

It doesn't have the weather, but it has a fantastic brightness feature that lets you turn the screen all the way down to where it's barely visible if you dock it where you sleep.

Great find on the app

I only wish it had weather too, but it is great setting it so low that it doesn't disturb me at night.

Android Auto

Planning on getting the Edge +. Anyone know if it will work with Android Auto out of the box? I know it works with the S6 and S6 Edge but I can't find anything about the Edge+ and Android Auto.

It works great, nothing needed on my end aside from plugging it in.

Well mine stopped working kinda. As soon as the screen on my phone goes to sleep it goes out on my deck as well but the audio continues. It worked great at first so I'm very confused as to what happened but I'm working on it..

I Was Told The Gear VR Does On The Note 4 & Upper Galaxys. Has Any One Tried To See If It Really Works On The Note 4?

Don't think so. There's an exclusive version for the Note 4 available.

If what you want to know is if the Note 4 has Gear VR support then the answer is yes, BUT the newer Gear VR that is used for Galaxy S6,S6Edge,Note 5 and up is not compatible.
The very first Gear VR was actually designed for the Note 4

No it does work with the new vr too. But since im rooted now. When i hook the note 4 to the vr. Doesn't pop up. Idk why it did when i wasn't running a rom. When it was stock

Your ROM probably doesn't have the gear vr files in it, u can look around XDA and find them

What about if i just root the phone. Will the gear vr still work? I really liked the s5 rom but vr didn't work with it

If u just root the stock ROM it should work fine

As the gear vr isnt compatible with android 7 . Anyone know anyway to use gear vr with android 7 on galaxy S7 ?
