Compile cyanogenmod source..

Hello. Does anybody know good guide how to compile Cyanogenmod for our devices ? i want to try make own custom rom, and i want cyanogenmod 7/10, but have no idea from where to start

Can CyanogenMod officially support Smart Cover ?

I'm using temasek's unofficial CM, and it supports smart cover wake. Why don't add this new feature in CyanogenMod ?

i don't know CM but i think it is made for light rom but you can try copying correct files to official CM and look if it works.. idk maybe u need a framework to make this works. trying is the best method

I've never tried to modfiy anything about CM. I'll try to learn how to do it. THX !

i don't know if that will work. maybe better ask cm devs directly because i was having another problem and didn't work like that.

Any dev want to Port android 5.0 lollipop?

I want to first finish CM 11, surely will try to port CM12 when i make stable cm 11 . good base rom is big step to porting new andorid versions...

Hiii i wanted to know whats the most stable and daily driver lollipop ROM available for this device plus if it ain't that stable give the most stable kitkat ROM and if possible provide the links too.... Thanks anyway

Most stable lollipop rom is Cyanogenmod 12.1

To make CM13 boot you need to be on stock M firmware. If already on M skip this one :
Official stock M firmware for X3a40 is out yet but there's a recovery flashable X3c50 stock M ROM modded to work on X3a40 which you can grab

After flashing this you can flash the CM13 builds by xiaobai112220 and it will boot.

NoW CM Tutorial To flash Unofficial CM13 ...
1. Intall The vibe mashmallow 6.0 by update.zip method.
2.Now install twrp and boot twrp.
3.Now Wipe System,Data,Cache.
4.now install the unofficial cm13. + gapps if you want.
5. Cm13 will boot

Here Audio fx is used.
It's good.

wish HIFI mode work in upcoming update , hows the audio quality without HIFI mode? and what about camera is it similar to stock or better?

some how i lost baseband and modem by flashing cm 13. if any one having vibe x3a40 indian mobile, please backup your QCN file from qfil and send it to me. thanks in advance

With CM will I be able to mod the frequency band so I can use in US?

That's for the kernel mate. I'm requesting for the device tree that was used to build this CM-13.0 ROM.
