Grand prime with lollipop running is in 32 bits ou 64 bits? When I run uname -m on terminal emulator it gives arm7l. But 64bits only come on arm8l. So is our phone is running on 32 bits with a 64bits processor?

The processor supports 64-bit but the system is 32-bit
but if is running in 32 bit why developers are saying that is hard to develop for this device? i dont understand nothing of developing but i want to try.
B/c they don't have the drivers

We have a 64 bit processor, but Motorola decided to ship the device with a 32bit OS. Stock and all nougat ROMs are 32 bit. However, our amazing devs created 64 bit sources for us to use, and now all our Oreo ROMs are 64 bit, so use arm64 GApps.

Is it possible to deploy a 64-bit application on Wear OS ? As I understand, there is no 64-bit Wear OS emulators available. Also the physical devices supporting 64bit are also minimal. But I could not find relevant information that if the Wear OS is also a 64 bit variant and not a 32bit OS running on a 64bit device.
Is there any material or data available on this ? Is 64 bit Wear OS in Google's roadmap ?
is there 64bit kernel and Android build?
The Note 4 is a 64 bit system. The kernel is indeed 64 bit, as is common with most contemporary devices.
Not the Qualcomm version.
I have got a very old 2011 unmodded samsung galaxy tab 10.1, is there any way that I can run windows 8.1 natively on the device. Even better if I can dualboot it.
IMO you can't because the system requirements aren't met.Windows 8.1 system requirements are as follows:
Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with support for PAE, NX, and SSE2
RAM: 1 gigabyte (GB) (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit)
Hard disk space: 16 GB (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
Graphics card: Microsoft DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM driver
