[Q] Use Odin in win 64 bit???

Plz help, I'm using windows 7 64 bit and can't use Odin to flash stock rom.

But when put my phone on Download Mode is disconnected!
​I'm missing what drivers?

install kies or drivers....
than ur problem will b solved...
and do remember to close kies before opening odin....

I dont know whether im right. The odin only supports 32bit. 64bit uses more resources than 32. May be search for the 64bit version. May be it will be there or may be it will help.

There is no separate Odin version for 64 bit. It will work on both architecture. I have used in 64 bit version.

i use an alienware win7 ultimate 64bit pc and have never a problem with odin,1.84,85,87+3.03 all without problems,my last 2 flashs are still 2 hours ago.just reinstall the usb driver,maybe you have old ones,since august samsung released new driver.

I don't have any problems using odin in 64bit as i use windows 7 ultimate
btw install Kies before you can flash your device with odin

The only solution to ur problems... Easy as pie...
Just download and install SAMSUNG KIES from samsung website. Install and reboot. Then connect ur phone back to the computer... DONE!!! enjoy!!! =))

(HELP) Was Windows8 want DWNGRDE for easier android hacking.. Lost OS.

Hello. I lost access to my ASUS ROG G75VW OS trying to downgrade to Windows8 please help. Windows EMS dose not show on the menu and what does is Windows7,Windows8,Rollback Setup.. And none of them work. I have Windows7 upgrade disk and tried it failed. Says can't install windows because of GPT partition style please help. Pictures below.

Here's a thread on Asus' ROG forum that should help. The second link is the utility to re-enable the recovery partition after the Win8 install. Suggest you move any follow-up to that forum for better advice.

Just thought I'd let you know that I have no OS if you read the whole thing so I have to access my mom's computer log in XDA download utility and launch it from how because I can't open windows @ all.

If your system can't boot, you need to make it bootable, so you can run the Asus recovery-partition-enable utility. The simplest way to do that is to reinstall Win8, since that is a bootable disk. Then, download the Asus tool onto the system, run it to enable the recovery partition, then press whatever F-key needed to access the partition for recovery.

The country doesn't matter, just flash that version , I know it will get an error and when you boot your phone it will boot loop, but don't just boot your phone, hard reset it first after flashing the rom, you will see an android unpacking a box wait for it to load and I hope your phone will successfully boot

what i do? i use different v10 kdz. But they kdz isn't my country.

I told you about that in other thread. You must install special soft [.kdz] if you want downgrade soft from v20 to v10. Remember, install firmware only for your model.

I got as it was installed with flashtool , as shown in the capture and yellow leaves but do not understand why preloader marked out in red , well I got everything ok and the phone does not turn on, now do not know if it battery problem

I could really use some help guys :(

Just pull out the battery and start the phone. If it doesn't boot, try flashing rom via odin (or recovery if rooted.)

Does it reboot again to download mode when you try to exit?

When I remove the battery and put it back it shows firmware update encountered an issue.

It seem that you were trying to downgrade with a locked bootloader(the Sofware Revision of the system you're trying to install is older than the actual system so the bootloader refuse to install it)and as far as i know the AT&T bootloader can't be unlocked so it's impossible to downgrade to a firmware whit older Software Revision ..Reinstall the latest firmware with odin.
P.S: was you trying to downgrade to use towelroot exploit?

As long as you haven't connected it to a computer and sent anything to it you can just take the battery out... if you have tried sending an os to it and it locks up mid download then as far as I know you're screwed (in lack of a better word)

As long as the bootloader is still OK you can re-flash.

It is like non downgrable device reflash lastet stock rom with odin and phone booting again :victory:

If I had this screen too, I hade to download the kies 3 software and follow the steps they told. Works pretty well after getting a little practice
