This isn't the best way to voice your opinion.
If you're not happy with the moderation team then contact them via PM.
If, however, you're just asking hamdir a question then try PMing them instead of making a pointless thread in this forum.

If I'm not mistaken Hamdir said he was quiting XDA due to the S4 versus One conflict on both HTC and Samsung forums. I took a peek at the allowed S4 vs One thread on Samsung area and it is a shame that there's plenty of trolling and One bashing over there.
Hamdir's Quiting thread was here just half an hour ago...maybe he deleted it, i don't know, i don't see it anymore.
I don't see the point.. I know there are rules but they always will be broken by someone

No the issue was not about breaking the rules
its about the imbalance by allowing two such a thread over there and disallowing a similar one over here

Full wipe. Cm is AOSP based and I believe GE is touvhwiz based. You could do it but you will run into some issues.

I'm pretty sure he is talking about the GE Rom for our phone which would make this the proper place to post.

I'm also talking about the GE rom for our phone. It has its own dedicated thread, which is why it strikes me as odd that people keep posting questions about it in this forum rather than in the rom thread.

My bad on the first part. Read it quickly and thought you meant the GE thread itself.
But it is posted here because the development thread is supposed to be clean. I know people use it for everything but that is not the intention or what the moderators want. The Rom thread should only contain info from the developer of the Rom and at most bug reports. General discussions or questions should go in their respective sections. Personally I make a thread in general for everything related to my releases. But it still doesn't stop people from posting in the dev section.
