Looks like Odin mode had write protection and tars need a signature.

Try the Odin thread in the General section.

Are you using ODIN v3.09? Are you putting the TAR file in the AP section of ODIN and touching nothing else?
Yes I follow all the steps

Have you put the PIT file in when you flash too correct? Like you put the pit for under that top field. Then the OS/tar in the AP field. You need the pit file or it doesn't know how to divide the memory up ivy proper sizes

Edit : you can get the 32gb put file from here

The file is tiny. Like a Mb or less

Heimdall: Error cannot send data

Hey guys, I bricked the s4. I can boot into recovery and download mode but even if I install any rom through recovery I go into a bootloop. I'm using the rom switcher recovery. Please help me.
And when I try to use Heimdall it detects the device but then it gives the above error.
I'm on Mac 10.9.1

First I am not s4 user but I faced sane issue with my s3.
I flashed stock rom via odin and everything is back to normal.
Be sure to clear data and cache after odin flash or else you will get bootloop.

Using I337 S4 rooted unable to install safestrap unable to parse issues. Any help
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Ok everything worked good untill the custom rom flash.. It wouldn't leave the galaxy s4 screen.. So I had to re Odin the Damn thing because it didn't load safestrap anymore.. We'll. Odin failed for 2 Damn hours but after many failed attempts it finally got me back to NB1.. Then I refreshed NC1, installed towelroot and superuser and safestrap and changed to permissive.. Tried flashing a different rom (deadly venom) and every time I try to load it it just loads the normal firmware but on the custom slot.. So I'm not sure if I did anything wrong or if I should try a 3rd rom

I got golden eye to work on the main slot I think.. It's says that it's the build but it looks stock
Edit: after reviewing the goldeneye page.. It says stock look and feel so I'm assuming it's working..

Hi .
Start all over again. Install your first (native) firmware via Odin . And then everything in order (root , recovery etc.)
