Just wondering if it would be possible to switch an Alcatel one touch idol x 6040A ROM for a 6040D ROM?

I have an Alcatel OneTouch Pop c7 smartphone, wich apparently support only Android 4.2. I received an Alcatel Onetouch watch wich needs android 4.3 (at least) to work: how can I install this version of android on my phone?

There is no port of android lollipop 5.1.1 for the Alcatel OneTouchPop C7 at this moment. I think two years ago a little thread was open to port CyanogenMod but was closed due to LockedBootloader of the 7040T.
