I just want to ask for help, my grand prime is so slow unlike my classmate's grand prime. the internal memory has 500mb remaining space left I guess, not using any sd cards. 2nd is whenever I change sim , the other apps will start crashing like contacts has stopped whenever I open it. how can I make it my phone fast no lag and fix the crashing when I change simcard. thanks.
PS: Im not using any booster apps or whatever.
when will the lollipop version be officially released from samsung philippines

Install Kies 3 and tell me your CSC.
@Joku1981: Unless I'm completely misunderstanding the situation, the MicroSD card restriction @mazharakbar1981 is encountering is present in all versions of KitKat, and Lollipop - which is supposed to eliminate the restriction - hasn't been released for the S4 yet. So, while I know why you asked him for the CSC, I don't believe an update to the firmware is going to change things. Naturally, I could be wrong and my opinion way off base.
Instead of tracking down his CSC and downloading new firmware that is unlikely to remedy his issue, what I believe he should do is essentially what I had to do: root the device and edit vold.fstab to enable write access to the MicroSD. Once that's done he should have full access to the MicroSD and be able to move his apps there.

Hi
I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime SM-G530/H/DV model . I did factory Reset . Then TouchWiz stopped problem arose. I disabled TouchWiz and installed APUS Launcher. That worked fine. Then I want to give cell to another person. I did Factory Reset again. After this the following problems arose.
1- A pop up massage during booting arose. “Unfortunately Process com. Android. systemUI has been stopped”
2- Above mentioned message hang the cell on Main Screen, I can not operate any function.
3- IMEI No. INVALID.
4- Mobile cannot be accepted connection with PC, ODIN, Kies etc.
Kindly guide me in this regard as I am a beginner in the matter of programming etc.

Hi there, I have a Samsung android phone which came from China. A friend of mine brought it as a gift. But there's no Google Play installed on it. I tried to install apk but it's giving error when I'm trying to open it. Anyway, I wanted to install a cfw but I couldn't find. I think phone's specifications same with the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime (also name is same too). Can I install normal Grand Prime rom to my phone? Another cfw will be ok too. I achieved to root the phone but I didn't try any roms.
I think there's nobody have information about that...
What do you want to ask? What's cfw?
Nd yup you can't really install custom roms on your model.. The phone models are same but there are different variants of Grand Prime.
Cfw is custom firmware as you can guess. What can I do with it then? Is there a way to install google play on it?
So, there's no one know how to install another firmware to this phone.

I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime (Dual Sim) phone. Model is G530 on back side under battery. But I think it is SM-G530H. 3G phone. It was working good. I tried to update firmware through Odin 3.11.1. What happened with me next was absolutely unexpected.
Bootup screen vanished but I could listen the bootup sound. But phone did not boot after waiting. Once I cleared EFS also to try. After this I download the very first edition of ROM which worked to boot my phone but no service. It was PAK-G530HXXU1ANIE-20140925151940.
After that I started downloading maximum possible ROMs from official website samsung -firmware. org . I have downloaded 6 different countries ROMs but I am getting no service and no internet at all.
I have tried following ROMs but still I am disappointed.
