Hello mate,
Seems great, will try now
Cheers

Love the UI, very clear, looks a litle bit like mac OS7 but for the rest, even in english half the the option stays in chinese and there are not a lot of options, but i would recommend it for someone liking nice phone with main purpose is calling with a nice looking device.
Thanks alot for for sharing it, was my first experience on MIUI and will stay on it till my next crDroid build, but will follow it up!
Cheers:good:

Keep in mind Miui v7 is very new and in early stages, so I expect a lot of changes in the upcoming weeks

Battery Life is quite good for me. I used Color OS 2.0 (Aki) without bluetooth and now I use bluetooth with my mi-band and the time is better (a little bit).
I have a problem with gps. When there is no signal and i turn on my phone, i am in shanghai.
The real problem is, when i start to play ingress... Softban is allways just a second away!
What about updates?
But the rom it is good for daily use.

I have no issues with GPS on latest build (see screenshot, which was indoors lol), first fix took a minute but now I have a very fast fix everytime I need GPS.
Next thing worth noting: I thought why not try LVM on this rom?
Surprise: LVM works flawlessly.
So I'm planning on making this my daily driver for the upcoming week at least. So far everything works fine, GPS, autorotation, auto brightness, google playstore, etc. all good.
Cant comment on battery life yet, but seems fine for now.

You mean you only use just your special twrp and flash the rom or the rom is built with the specific apq8064 tree?
Lvm is working on DU but twrp works randomly

Not sure what you mean exactly I'm afraid. But yes I just flashed modified twrp, than flash ROM and switch to LVM. I couldn't find any thread or forum by wuxianlin sadly so info is rare. If I'm correct the main issue is ducumentation of LVM on Find 5 right?
For other users that want to try this rom: dont switch to art runtime as is makes the system too unstable to be usable.

How do you get LVM working???

Hi!
Before I make a big misstake...
1. Backup with old TWRP
2. Use TWRP 2.8.6.0 with LVM (This one?) and flash it
3. Then restore ROM back
4. Switch on LVM in TWRP
5. Reboot 1-2 times
And no problem yet?

Almost there. When you do step 4. Switch to LVM in TWRP, you are formatting your phone. So step 3 becomes useless.
You make a backup because you will lose everything when switching. So you backup, flash new TWRP, wipe all partitions, install the new ROM, switch to LVM partition, and reboot.
After it has booted you can restore all data (photos, music etc.). And start installing apps again to setup your device.
Note: to install Google Playstore and services use this app Google Installer

Can anyone tell what is the advantage of LVM ?
I am having issue with storage space for apps. was thinking of changing the phone or trying to repartition the app storage space.
If you can tell me the advantage of LVM which needs deleting of all the data, similar to repartition as it need full data backup too...
Might give both a try hehehe
Cheers

LVM is giving you back all your data partition for apps by unifying it.
At the moment, with find5, it works by using some compatible ROMs and a specific twrp version. In the future, if cm migrate find5 tree to Android M, it could change.

Do you mean that by using LVM i will get more app storage?
I have Miui v7 already so if LVM can help me with more app storage then ill will try it this weekend.

Basically if you use lvm ROM based and specific twrp, you will get all your storage available for apps. Example if you have a 16gb device, you'll get 12gb for apps instead of 2gb.

Last question...
I am using [Kernel]Infinitus Kernel[GCC Linaro 4.9.1][F2FS Supported]
http://community.oppo.com/en/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=17903&extra=
I want this kernel only as this gives best battery backup. Can LVM work with this kernel or vis-avis

Hi Surtinira,
Thanks ,1st tell one thing , did you partitioned your sd card to be able to use App2sd , if not then do it as follows
1) .. reboot in recovey
2) choose Miscellaneous option
3) choose partion sd card
4) Choose size for swap (128MB by default) and for app2sd any size of your like 512MB or above.
and proceed with the format , your data will remain instact (else for precuation do take a backup).
If you have partiopned also boot in recovery and do a wipe data / factory reset and reboot.
Now check if you have done as below procedure for the backup.
When you reboot , you 1st install Titanium backup . Open it
Press the left key => choose PREFERENCES ==>Restore backup to...(select ) ==> Internal storage
App2sd will do the rest. Do reboot the phone when you are done with backup and then check if it still shows same do let me know.
Also let me know how many application have you installed post installation.
So that it can give an idea ..as internal memory will be used surely as Sd partion is mapped to SDcard ext.
Hope this will help

Hi in version 2.0 , 9 lock-screens are added as well as if you want to add supercharger script simply copy the script to /system/etc/init.d/ and then either using adb or terminal within the phone browse to the mentioned location above and then type sh
superchargerscriptname , and follow steps .
all issue reported are fixed now.

Hey can you also look into adding shuffle all option to samsung stock music player and as well delete option in menu while playing song. That would be really great for me as I like default player but missing this.
Hi, thanks for the rom. So far the best I've tried. I have a small problem. After updating from 1.1 to 2.0, can not connect to Kies. This use to backup contacts.

Hi , kies issue is going with all the ROMS ( its basically driver isssue which normally gets fixed by un-installing and installing Driver from Kies --> tool menu) way to resolve this issue is to download "SMS and Contact Backup " app from markrt and backup all the contacts and sms as well . and later you can restore the backup from the sdcard and also from sdcard you can take the contact backup .

Hi ,
thanks for the suggestion , if you want to hv that feature you can install honeycomb 3.0 music player.
This will require a bit of coding to be done , which will consume lots of time and now a days I'm a bit busy with work . I will try to make these changes over it later
Best ROM I ever tried..!!!
This is straight up the best ROM i came across....simple, clean & fast.....and battery life AMAZING!!!!!
Performance?????........very very good!!!
I was able to successfully update to 2.0 from my stock ROM that i reverted to, because the previous ROM i was using wasn't stable at all.
Very good installation tutorial as well!!!!
however.. i found sum bugs,,which isn't really of issue....but could make your ROM flawless!!
1) Maps don't work, as well as Places app... i keep getting a no network error every time i try connecting!!..& sometimes it just keeps loading...and loading...& loading..... doesn't stop loading actually!!!
2) Call end tone doesn't work.... whenever a call ends you aren't notified by the tone... I kinda like knowing when the call ends!!
Like i said its not much of a problem, but thats the errors i found so far..!
Thanks again 7 keep up the excellent JOB!!!!!
Please help. What can I do for a greater battery life?? Compared to other ROM (Indroid) half. I would like to keep Vivek ROM is really cool, but this bothers me and it's pretty fundamental problem. : Zmatený:

I have tested it with my own G-Tablet with these
exact instructions.
Installation Instruction.
You will need to be on BL 1.2 and have a 250m system partition (recomended).
(You can run this on a 350m system setup)
You must know how to back up your existing system. That is only being said once
Boot into Recovery and do a Nandroid Backup Wipe data/factory reset,
go into "mounts and storage" and "mount & format system"
Partition Internal SD to 4096/0 in Advance settings (if already skip this part)
Download Rom and Place onto internal storage
Install Rom
Reboot into system, Complete initial setup
AND HOLD ON TIGHT
DIRTY FLASHING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. YOUR MOM SHOULD OF TAUGHT YOU HOW TO WIPE
This ROM is bare bone striped down the apps and replaced with lighter counter parts.
The only addition I included is minimum Gapps some choice addons and Rom ToolBox to OC, change I/O schedulars
and other adjustments you would like to make. (Recomended Memory Manager Preset setting= Strict)
Check apply on boot then apply settings. Perfomance settings still need to be worked out within the ROM for I/O settings.
Also for Task Killing without a app go to system settings/Developer options (Turn on first)
then select "Background process limit" to (No background processes or Limit to 1)
Whats included

Its not just the boot loader that is needed it is the expanded system partition that is also. Your best bet is to NVFlash the package in the OP. Not only will it set your device into the 1.2bl but it will expand your system partition so it can load the updated firmware.
So who's tried this out and how did it work?

No issues here. It worked perfectly the first time. I had already nvflashed the linked file, so I re-formatted the internal sdcard per the instructions then flashed the ROM.
nobe1976, you are a magician. THANK YOU.
My tablet performs very well now, with an occasional hiccup. It sometimes becomes unresponsive temporarily when I'm doing a lot. For example, from the Play Store, I had about 5 apps queued up to download/install. While that was going, it would go unresponsive for sometimes 10-15 seconds.

To resize just open ES Explorer and give it Root permmisions and change in the build.prop the ro.sf.lcd_density=160 to 120 then reboot. No need to add Root Explore when ES will do everything and more without adds.
Updated OP with a 120 density version.

All I can say is WOW! Fantastic ROM. The only hiccup I had was that I got an "unable to reach server" error in Google Play. I did the old market fix from the froyo days and that did the trick. Thanks much.

I keep getting stuck on the 3 birds loop. the 3 birds appear, then the screen goes blank for a couple of seconds and then the birds reappear. this happens a couple of times then it gets stuck on the birds.
i had the same issue on all ICS roms as well. Flashback HC rom works flawless every time so i have to revert back to it.
Please suggest a solution. i'd love to try out JB on my tab.

Give me the day and I will pm you with something to try out that has gotten me out of a jam a time or two. Have work today and won't have any computer time till later this afternoon.
Possible Bug Report: On my tab, the sound will not switch to my BT headphones. They paired correctly, and I have performed multiple iterations of rebooting, switching BT on/off, etc...no success thus far.
Any help or suggestions are appreciated. Otherwise, this is a thing of beauty.

If this is based on the Team DRH Dirty Bean - it doesn't work there either. Last time I saw this issue was when the "phone" apps were not installed as part of the selected apps on ICS - it pairs but no BT audio.

Welcome to the unofficial CyanogenMod 10.2 nightlies
The releases will co-inside and the build start time is at 03:01 UTC every night and should be uploaded soon after. If at anytime the builds are not there, then there was a problem building the ROM, and we will have a look at it ASAP.
Buildbot resources are needed for newer builds. Please upgrade to CyanogenMod 11
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2542353
These builds are compiled from the latest CyanogenMod repos and device repos on device, kernel and vendor files and are based on the awesome work by jcsullins, Dorregaray, flintman and drmarble.
Attention: REPARTITIONING REQUIRED.
Jellybean 4.3 takes up a tad more space than 400mb. Resizing your system partition to 500mb is advised. Also, this build is a datamedia build - this means that we utilise an emulated sdcard on the data partition and both share the same partition thus space. Yet, the sdcard partition is also mounted and can be used for file usage (deprecated). Resizing the sdcard partition (/dev/media) to a rather small size and allocating the remaining size to /data is recommended.
What is datamedia? Click here.
Advised partition layout:
system - 500mb
cache - 200mb
media - 400mb
data - [remaining space] (i.e. ~11.5gb for 16gb TouchPads)
easiest way to resize partitions is by using tailor in webOS (install with preware et al)

Are you sure you want to remove WebOS? Cause I think if you'll do this and if your TP will be bricked you won't be able to unbrick it via WebOS Doctor and/or WebOS system.
Awesome!!
Now how does one go about repartitioning?

you can boot into webos and use tailor. thats by far the easiest method.
will also include a hint to it in the first post.
Awesome CM10.2 Nightly Builds!
Awesome CM10.2 Nightly Builds! I notice that you are recommending a larger partition size for this Rom. 500MB vs ACME3's 400MB, time for ACME4? I may need to make a little video about using tailor to help get the ball rolling. Perhaps I should try cutting down the size of the gapps package too, hmmmm. Time for testing, Thank you Milaq!
Camera launcher
Focal wouldn't connect to a camera. I tried a NEXUS 7 camera launcher and that wouldn't work. Is there a recommended camera launcher?
the build runs very smooth, much smoother than the 10.1 builds.
i enlarged the partition size as recommended from 400 to 500 mb using webOS' tailor.
what about the other recommendations concerning the datamedia build?
when i open tailor i see the following partitions with their corresponding size:
USB (media): 25.336 GiB
Android (system): 512 MiB
Android (cache): 200 MiB
Android (data): 1.5 GiB
Unused Space: none
do you mean to reallocate the space to Android (data)?
So once we repartition appropriately and flash datamedia CWM (presumably via a dd command?), we're good to flash the build straight away? No ACME necessary?

no acme necessary!
- repartition
- wipe data
- flash datamedia cwm
- flash 10.2

Gapps Mod and Media removal
Hey Guys,
So I reduced the size of the gapps package by removing the optional face-lock stuff, Google+ and Quick Search. Both of those apps are rather large and can be installed from the Play Store.
Download update-gapps-jb-lite-20130813-signed.zip(55.52MB):
This leaves me with a System storage size of 22.79/394MB
Then I did this...
How to monitor free System Storage space(Optional):
-You can use a free app,Quick System Info PRO, to check the size of your partitions and remaining free space, it should be = 387MB or 402MB. Either of these is acceptable and indicates that the ACMEInstaller3 worked correctly.
-Having a system size of 387Mib = 400MB and is perfectly normal after using ACME3
-Users report having a size of 394 after flashing to a new Rom. This is also acceptable.
-If your partition is an odd size or you get random reboots, then you may have encountered problems due to flashing you Rom.
Quick System Info PRO Video Link:
Quick System Info PRO Play Store Link:
How to free up System Storage space on the HP TouchPad(Optional):
I believe I have located about 15.89MB of data we can safely delete. Android in space videos and Phone Ring tones are located @
root/system/media/videos & root/system/media/audio/ring tones.
X-plore File Manager, use this app to delete the files:
Note* X-plore needs to be given Root Permissions by clicking the 3 dots in the corner and choosing configuration. Here check your Root Access settings. SuperUser + Mount Writable, this is what it should say. Next you may need to reboot before it takes effect.
Now I have a System storage size of 38.73/394MB.
I hope this helps people get it installed. Its running very well for me. The audio has been playing with the screen off. I have a low battery drain or -6ma with deep sleep so far, Stats still being generated. Looking like a great first build! :good::good:
Note: I just tested attached the TouchPad via the USB cable. It now shows both Internal Storage and the SDcard, very interesting! See the screenshot below.
Note: Here is a great thread that talks about using Tailor

ok but how to resize partitions??? Tailor installed buy no instruction
ok...by myself
1)Mount Android (system) partition
2) Check filesystem
3)resize

Just a few observations, the WiFi region codes have not stuck since the first CM10 the best I can remember. This is not even available on non-rooted my Samsung GS3 or Asus Infinity. Wonder if it works on rooted ones? I don't believe CM9 or 7 even had that feature.
What are UI sounds?
I don't believe WiFi turning off when one suspends(turns off) the screen is a bug. WiFi optimization is a feature added by the CM guys as a power saving feature. That is why unchecking WiFi optimization corrects the issue, ie. turns off the power saving feature.
I think I read over on Evervolv's thread that he finally got a working Rom that fixed the "buzzing noise audio on suspend ".
Why are you pushing this emulated SD card that requires all this repartitioning and using the datamedia CWM instead of doing it the traditional way it's been done over all the previous versions of CM on the TouchPad? I remember you doing a poll and best I remember, you did not get that much interest in the idea. You might want to consider a traditional build that does not require all the "hoop jumping" to get it installed and save all the fancy stuff for the more technically adept.
It's your Rom and you do it the way you want. But I suspect that you won't get the same interest from the average users with all this technical stuff that has to be done to get it working. I'm also with Roland on his idea for a new ACMEInstaller4 to set the /system partition to the correct size. And just a reminder, sometime in the not too distant future, HP is going to take down the WebOS servers, so unless one is prepared for that eventually, installing Preware and Tailor may not be possible unless one already has it installed or has prepared for life after HP support.
I also seem to remember reading somewhere, either on Evervolv's thread or on Rootzwiki that unless a newer 3.XXX kernel gets finished, that JB 4.3 on the TouchPad may not be completely feasible for various reasons.
Update: Found the post from Dr. Marble:
" I admit that I am not convinced it is worth running cm10.2. It is fun to make it work but I don't really see any advantages over 10.1 for what I do. Our kernel doesn't support fstrim. I don't use or really understand selinux. The sound is still flakey. I will keep working on it but I really think we are maxed out at cm10.1"
Maybe getting BT working on the CM10.1 nightlys and squashing any remaining bugs would be a more fruitful endeavour.
You know the work you guys do is awesome. What you have managed to get running on our lowly HP TouchPad rivals many other dedicated Android tablets in speed and stability. I recently purchased an Asus TF700T Infinity, OTA'ed it to Android 4.2.1(the latest update from Asus) and have been comparing various apps and functions side by side with my TouchPads, yes I have two. And I can honestly say that the Infinity is only marginally faster in certain areas and the TouchPads keep up with it nicely in most others. The only advantages I have with the Infinity is a new device, quad core processor, 12 core video and for now a warranty. I'm not going to unlock or root it for now.
With all that said, we may finally be seeing the sunset of our orphaned device. It's two and one half years old, we don't know how much longer the batteries in them are going to last, they have to be getting worn out. They are a pain it the ass to change. No one seems to be able to get a newer kernel built for it. The A6 firmware and bricking issues are always lurking to jump up and bite when least expected. Of those users that are still hanging on, many are not happy unless there is some kind of bleeding edge development going on and when there isn't, they start whining about ETA's. How much longer can you keep the hounds from nipping at your heels, or even want to?
I hope none of you take this as a negative statement or a big whine. I think I am just stating the obvious. Technology and innovation moves on and the TouchPad is not going to be able to keep up much longer. My hedge against that is my recent purchase of the TF700. I may even eventually sell my TouchPads before they are unsellable, ie. dead battery or something else going wrong. Who knows, they may last a couple of years, or only to next week.
Comments invited, flaming is not.

Allow ui.xml file to include additional xml files to help break up the theme and make TWRP easier to maintain
Other minor fixes and improvements
Note: 2.7 marks the first time that we are dropping support for older devices. We are doing this because of the SELinux support needed to install 4.4 Kit Kat ROMs. The non-TWRP parts of the recovery image have to be built in at least a 4.1 tree and the kernel that is included in the recovery image has to support writing SELinux contexts. We don't own most of the devices that we support so we depend on outside testers and developers to help us update devices. In many cases we can't find someone readily. Come to #twrp on Freenode if you want to help bring your device up to date. You can tell right away if your device will support 4.4 ROMs in 2.7. Boot TWRP and press the console button (the square-ish button either in the bottom middle or upper right) to view the console output. If it doesn't say "Full SELinux support" in the console, then your device still needs some work. Help us help you.

On top, I am... French (...nobody's perfect!) and try through the language to catch your posts.
Not so easy.
Actually I have HTC One 802w (M7CDUG PVT) Weibo from China Unicom,
After many attempts I download Moonshine for S-OFF but now now I am stuck on the WEIBO logo of 1st page...
No rooting possible. called.. .er... Bricked? oui?
Damn! it was working more or less (except the Chinese apps I can't read + competition in between Google Play and HTC Market).
But at least, working great.
Situation is like having the latest Bugatti Veyron and can't shift the 3rd speed... Frustrating!
The mobile is not any more recognized when plugged to computer, Only Distiller can detect it... to end with error!
But if someone can post me a lead (at least) it would make my day or my Xmas...!!!
Meantime someone can post something, I sincerely wish you all a very Happy Time to all XDA members, Developpers, Contributors, etc.
Looking forward to reading you.
Bextonbeck
Major update!
Thanks to the TWRP support I was able to port the latest version of TWRP to the Dual Sim. So from now on I will try to keep this thread updated with the latest version when its available (and when I have time).

I can tell you that somebody tried to install KitKat using TWRP 2.6.3.4 with no success. I don't know if that means that it cannot work with it.
From what I can gather from your posts, you seem very knowledgeable, so you can just go ahead and try and if it doesn't work just flash another recovery.

Just asked because i don't have KK yet . For now i still use Soul 20 and Philz revovery. Your TWRP is working very well on JB and that's make me to move to it along with KK updatate . Also just managed to install TWRP on my new Lenovo yoga tablet and i like-it.
Edit: just for info, your TWRP work is very apreciated on russian forums and has very good feedback.

If you ever try it on KK please report back to update the OP.
That's great about Russian forums, a little credit would be appreciated though!
After installing TWRP 2.6.3.4 phone off charge, the phone will crash!

[Guide][EASY][Marshmallow] Disable Force Encryption - No Ugly Corrupt on Boot

I seen a lot of Discussion On this topic, and found a really simple way to disable Forced Encryption and it also removes the warning at boot. This in NO WAY is my work at all. I am sharing this [FIX] FED-Patcher v7 (ForceEncrypt Disable Patcher) which was posted by @gladiac. Absolutely make sure you head over to his forum and hit the Thanks button. This works great
Screenshots Below
I have the option to encrypt the phone as you can see circled. I went into system with Root Explorer and was prompted for R/W access and obviously I granted it. Everything is working great!

1. Download fed_patcher_v7-signed.zip and check here to verify the latest version
2. Download [BETA][2015.10.10] SuperSU v2.52 by @Chainfire
3. Download Whatever ROM you are going to use. I am currently running [ROM]【6.0】LightROM - Marshmallow【MRA58K】- 10/08/15
Instructions
1. Backup your SD Card, during this process, everything will be erased during the process
2. Reboot into TWRP, this is important that you actually have TWRP
3. Perform a Full Wipe by doing the following:
Press Wipe
[*] Press Advanced
[*] Click every check Box
[*] Wipe 3x for good measure
[*] Press Home button
[*] Press Wipe
[*] Press Format Data
[*] Type yes in the box to perform the format
[*] Perform this 3x for a good full wipe
4. Reboot TWRP (Do Not Install Super Su Yet)
5. Once Back In Recovery, On the computer, open My computer
6. Navigate to and open the Nexus 6 Drive
7. Drag the Zip files below to your Phone -
1) fed_patcher_v7-signed.zip
2) BETA-SuperSU-v2.50.zip
3) ROM Zip
If You are Having Trouble, take a look at the screen shots below
You Want to make sure you mount data if it is not, and make sure MTP is not disabled! Thanks @jamiejames and @aliasferno
8. Flash your ROM 1st (DO NOT BOOT AFTER FLASHING)
9. Wipe Dalvick Cache/Cache 3x
10. Flash fed_patcher_v7-signed.zip
11. Wipe Dalvick Cache/Cache 3x
12. Flash BETA-SuperSU-v2.52.zip
13. Reboot and Enjoy with no more red error sign during boot and no encryptionhttps://source.android.com/devices/tech/security/verifiedboot/verified-boot.html#user_experience
Supported Devices
Motorola Nexus 6 (shamu)
Version History
v1 - Initial version with HTC Nexus 9 WiFi (flounder) support
[*]v2 - Added Motorola Nexus 6 (shamu) support
[*]v3 - Added support for HTC Nexus 9 LTE (flounder_lte)
[*]v4 - Added support for signed boot-images
[*]v5 - Changed error handling to compensate for missing fstab files. Some roms seem not to ship with the complete set of boot-files from AOSP.
[*]v6 - FED-Patcher will enforce the same structure for the patched boot.img that the original boot.img had. Additionally, the kernel commandline will also be taken over. This should fix pretty much every case where devices would not boot after patching.
[*]v7 - FED-Patcher will now disable dm-verity in fstab to get rid of the red error sign on marshmallow roms.
What Do I need To Make This Work?
A supported device (Your nexus 6)
[*]An unlocked bootloader
[*]An already installed ROM with forceencrypt flag. (like cyanogenmod CM12.1)
[*]A recovery that includes busybox (TWRP, CWM)
How Do I Use it?
Follow Instructions above - This is the basic need to know information
[*]Make a thorough, conservative backup of your data if there is any on your device
[*]Go into your recovery (TWRP, CWM)
[*]Flash fed_patcher-signed.zip
[*]If your device is already encrypted (You booted your ROM at least once) you need to do a full wipe to get rid of the encryption. This full wipe will clear all your data on your data-partition (where your apps as well as their settings are stored) as well as on your internal storage so please, do a backup before. If you don't do a backup and want to restore your data... well... Call obama.
IMPORTANT: If you update your ROM you have to run FED-Patcher again because ROM-updates also update the boot-partition which effectively removes my patch. So, if you are on CM12.1 for example and you used my patch and do an update to a newer nightly you have to run FED-Patcher again. If you don't do so Android will encrypt your device at the first boot.
Is It Dangerous?
Well, I implemented tons of checks that prevent pretty much anything bad from happening. But, of course, we're dealing with the boot-partition here. Even though I tested FED-Patcher quite a lot there is still room for crap hitting the fan.
All Thanks To:
@gladiac - For Putting the OP together for the Nexus 9 and sharing this
[*]@rovo89 - for his xposed framework - I used some of his ideas by reading the source of his xposed installer flashable ZIP for FED-Patcher.
[*]@pbatard - for making (un)mkbootimg (dunno if he is on xda)

It won't work unless you remove root

Moved this from the development forum as there is no development, this is not your work, and it is a guide for this; this is better suited to a General forum.
Thread reopened on the basis that this is a guided collection of work.
Ok, this OP is more of a guide on how to use this tool, I am going to edit the OP and redirect it to the Forum that was in the Nexus 6...There was a mis-understanding on my part, I did not realize this was in the Nexus 6 Android Development already, this is just how to run it, and the steps to successfully flash and get rid of the warning before booting Android 6.0 and having a force decrypted set up form boot...

As per Light Rom description it says Forced encryption is disabled. So If I install Light ROM, them there is no encryption right? or am I missing something?

There is no encryption, this is just an extra layer, if you flash kernels to make sure it doesn't force encryp, but you should be fine and not have to do this. This gets rid of the warning message at boot

I am not 100% sure if it will or not, with the kernel there is a chance it will, but I think you will be ok.. The splash screen is really more of an annoyance than anything else, but I think it will be ok.
At any rate, all you would have to do is flash just the fed_patcher_v7-signed.zip again
