If any of you guys get your hands on the new HTC one, could you do a fastboot getvar all and post the CID, MID, and what carrier your phone is on? Need that info to get DIAG files ;p

nope it wont work for now...they have to make it compatible at first...it has a new SoC etc...so they will need to have a bit time to work on it...but shouldn't be long after the phone is really on market in whole world

no,that is unbranded european edition. with a verizon or sprint device,wich uses cdma technology,you are left out of the conversion fun and games,sorry.
to do a full conversion you need to change cid and mid,and have a compatible device. the partition layout on the cdma phones is different and attempting to convert them will likely result in a bricked device.

I honestly wouldn't worry, the device works fine!
My baseband shows as 1.15.2133156.UA13G_20.18m_4096.04L when booted too.

HTC desire 820 ROM problem

hello
i wiped my system in htc desire 820 using TWRP decovery ( no os installed massege appeared ) and i downloaded the ROM but i cant flash it to my phone.
i tried this ROM :

but it isnt work.
can you please share the correct rom for me and advice me to the best way to flash it.
