If you want a clean, looking like brand new screen, use a little furniture polish, just a couple small squirts is all you need and the screen will shimmer like crazy.
Give it a try
Bahahahahahahaha I been doing it for awhile. I wanted something to clean my screen and all there was furniture polish under the sink. So tried it and it worked

Another thing that works great and lasts with minimal smuging, is car polish. Aaaaand they actually make a glass polish that is supreme.

Take care. Furniture and car polish may contain wax.
FWIW, I use a micro fiber towel with no solvents at all. Works flawlessly.
Microfiber and eye glasses spray!
Actually just microfiber. Don't need any kind of liquid. I got some of these at Amazon and they work fantastic. I got them for cleaning the lens on a piece of equipment at work and I needed a wipe that didn't drop any kind of material on the drum of the machine.

Late by 1 year
By the way to replace the bezel you'd have to separate the screen by pulling on it by a vacuum cup while keeping it at around 80 degrees celcius. There's a video on youtube that shows the process. However the probability of the screen cracking is really high so I'd recommend getting a new screen altogether (and replace the battery as well) OR just get a case
I have the extra Tumi battery on my Moto Z Force and looking for any case that will fit it...so far I'm coming up with nothing. Even something basic. This phone is way to slick on the sides and easily slips out of my hands. I'm about ready to run some small strips on tape down each side...LOL!
Cases
I personally bought Motorola Moto Z Force Incipio Co-molded Bumper Case - Black, just give it a quick Google, it won't let me post links.
But it hasn't arrived yet, claims to be compatible. And of course there's always the one on Verizon's site for 15 bucks, it doesn't have a back to the case and should work.
Here is the link:

I got the bumper from Verizon https://www.verizonwireless.com/accessories/two-tone-bumper-for-moto-z-force-droid-black-gray/?lid=sayt&sayt=moto%20z%20force%20bumper* *currently out of stock* and it works well. I'm really liking that Incipio bumper though. Didn't know about it until now.

Are you sure that is for the Moto Z Force? Looks like it may be for the Moto Z. It may work, but I hear people have had to cut the area where the charger connects.
Thanks for the ebay link to the Verizon bumper. Ordered 2! Just a warning, the Incipio case has to be removed in ordered to switch Moto Mods then put back. I am returning it now that I am able to purchase the Verizon one that allows switching without removal.

Actually, this will not work with the force. asking the seller to cancel order...Dang!
Also, it looks like Verizon doesn't even sell the bumper for the force any more because of the charging porthole location issue.
Incipio has a bumper available and compatible with the Mods https://www.incipio.com/cases/smart...ases/moto-z-force-droid-co-molded-bumper.html
I took an OtterBox defender case and using just the top plastic part of the case slipped it into the rubber outer case and it seems to work fine. Buttons all work, everything is accessible and it clips into the belt clip too! I hate carrying my phone or putting it in my pocket. Hope this helps Motorola users out there, good luck

OtterBox defender case works if you leave the hard plastic back off and using just the top part slip it into the rubber outer case. The buttons and the extra battery all work and it will also go into the belt clip. Hope this helps

What are you clipping it to? What fills the back part in little confused. You have any pics?

Hi zforce case
The extra battery on the back of the phone fills it in. Lay the top half of the case over the phone and slip it into the rubber back half of the case. Then you can clip it into the OtterBox belt clip or use as is.
---------- Post added at 09:57 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:48 PM ----------
The battery mod fills the space that was taken up by the case. Fits snug into the rubber outer case. Just have to get the top half of the case in the rubber outer rear half of the case and make sure it's all lined up and you're good to go
Thanks! Any Chance for Pics?

I bought the following bumper and it works great with my Tumi battery mod:
Verizon OEM Two-Tone Bumper for Motorola Moto Z Force
Gave my girlfriend my Z3+ it's under-clocked etc and this is from playing candy crush for 30 minutes.
RIP glass back
too much tension on the glass perhaps ? (from Sony)
oh dear ...
Mu phone back cover was broken when it dropped from table 3feet high. Back glass is very sensitive and I recommend using covers.
This was in a cover. The heat must of expanded the glass and since Sony must have a low tolerance it would of strained pushing on the metal frame. Made some noise.

That's actually looking pretty cool, a pattern in the glass back.
I tried replacing the cracked screen on my phone and a few of the screws on the back got majorly stripped when I tried to remove them. I tried the rubber band trick, I tried tape, I even tried the superglue thing, but none of that worked.
I'm thinking of just drilling through them since as far as I can tell, I'd only destroy my already busted screen, but It's hard to tell from the teardown videos if there's anything important around the edges.
Before I did that I thought I'd ask here and see if someone had any other options for me.
Update: Well, I got the screen changed. To fix the screws I had to take it a local jeweler, they had more precise tools than I did and removed the screws without damaging the rest of the phone. Essentially, they just a slot into the screw and then just unscrewed them from there, don't know if that helps anyone else, but I figured I'd post the resolution.
I had this problem as well. Ended up drilling it out with my Ridgid battery powered drill. I tried to post the video on YouTube but it was to long. I will try to edit it down more if I get a chance tomorrow. My advice is go very slowly and have good light. I was about as nervous as Connor Cook will be tomorrow but in the end all good. Hopefully the same for Raiders tomorrow. Good luck. It can be done.
If the screws have locktite or go into plastic you might try warming them with the tip of a soldering iron before removal.
This is the 1st half of the screen replacement. Shows up to where I get screw out. Will upload 2nd part later. Not the best video in word but probably the only one with someone drilling their smartphone. Took me about 2 hrs total mainly because i was so nervous.

Were you able to get the screen changed?
So I work in a kitchen and for the last 11 years have never had an accident....today I dropped the phone into the steam well (water slightly below boiling)...panic moment as I shoved my hand in took the phone out and removed it from the case...I wiped the phone off really good, blew water out of all open ports and threw it in rice for good measure.
Needless to say I am posting from the phone right now and can attest to the quality of the waterproofing.
My only concern was the extreme temp of the water but all is well. The gaskets did a good job and the LDI is still white.
Figured I would share for anyone curious about the quality of water proofing.
Thank god it wasn't the fryer.
How's the hand?
