No, Oxygen OS has no Theme Support.
I think Cm will build for the OPT too.
Since the Bootloader is unlocked and ROOT is arrived , CM and other ROMS will be come to OnePlus 2.

I assume you mean Meticulus' build of LOS. In that case, last "free" build supported it through switch in extras settings. If you want more up to date information, you'll have to bug him (most likely on his sponsors group).
