Cant mount errors when in TWRP recovery. Nexus 7 2013

Ive unlocked it and followed the proper steps to root it but when im in Clockworks mod or TWRP, I get the same "cannot mount" errors like unable to mount /data etc etc.
Thinking i did something wrong, i looked for an alternative and found wugs Nexus Root Toolkit 2.0.5
Everything runs smoothly, even did a successful factory flash to 5.1.1 and retried rooting.
Same errors, unable to mount. Im not sure whats causing these errors but would it have something to do with "secure boot enabled" ?
Ive been googling this since yesterday and I cant find a concrete answer as too why TWRP cannot mount or find anything.
Nexus 7 2013 LMY47V
Some errors:
E: Unable to find partition size for '/boot' and '/recovery' and '/misc'
E: Primary block device '/dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/userdata' for mount point '.data' is not present!
E: unable to recreate /data/media folder.
E: unable to find partition size for '/sbl1/
E: unable to mount '/system' and '/data' and '/cache'
Nothing? Am I missing something completely obvious? Sorry if I am, ive only ever rooted a kindle fire hd once a few years ago.
I guess ill be using no root firewall then? Funny thing I always though the adblock app needed root to work but its working without it.
Shame I cant remove hardware programs like "google +"

Wow i have the same **** with mine same version and same device... you find a solution
I was having the same issue and after a few hours of searching, I found this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-7-2013/nexus-7-2013-qa/mount-recovery-t3064562
It seems like there's a new version out that doesn't work quite as easily as just flashing the latest TWRP version.

I m facing the same problem. Sir please Help...
I had the same problem, I was trying to flash the cyanogen mod 12.1 on my studio 5 c hd. The solution, as answered by the creator from said rom, was to install the wiko base. I'm still configuring the wiko base, if it work i'll report here. But, it's worth trying.
Sorry for my english, it's not my first language.

Download the stock ROM of your phone and flash it via SP flash tool.
And as for recovery only CWM recovery works for the JB version and CTR for KK.

Most of the custom ROMs are based on Wiko rainbow base which supports all recoveries. If you want to flash Custom roms you should flash wiko rainbow v13 stock ROM via SP flash tool.

Can't flash rom

Hi,
i'm pretty new to this and i have kinda big problem. I had MIUI 7 rom installed on my S4 I9505, but yesterday after the update phone wont boot. I downloaded new .zip file, put it on SD card, boot into recovery, wipe everything and tried to install new rom. With no succes. I tried 3 differrent roms, i even tried with diffirent recovery, still nothing.
This is what it says:
Installing: /storage/sdcar1/cm-12.1-20151106-NIGHTLY-jfltexx.zip
Finding update package
Opening update package
Installing update
detected filesystem ext4 for /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/system
mount: failed to mount /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/system at /system: Invalid argument
unmount of /system failed: no such volume
detected filesystem ext4 for /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by_name/userdata
Patching system image unconditionally...
And that's it. Previosly i was getting errors, status 0 and status 7 if i remmember correctly, but now not even that
Now what to do? Please be noob friendly At this point i don't even care any more what rom to install, stock or custom, but i think i would prefer stock.
Thanks for your help!
Edit: I found this guide, will it do it? forums.androidcentral.com/ambassador-guides-tips-how-s/499009-guide-samsung-how-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html
It worked. Admin, you can close/delete this thread.

Issue with flashing magisk on BlurOS (Asus t00j/t00f)

Hi Folks,
I am new to rooting and struggling with a problem. I have an old zenfone 5(ASUS_T00J) model. I am using custom rom BlurOS found in the below thread:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/zenfone-5/development/rom-bluros-version-1-0-zenfone-5-t3619058
I am trying to flash Magisk from TWRP recovery but it's failing with below error:

Steps followed by me:
1. Installed latest Magisk manager from GitHub
2. Downloaded the latest zip file prompted by Manager
3. Reboot in TWRP recovery
4. Flashed the newly downloaded zip file
Appologies in advance if this is not the right forum or I have violated any guidelines. Let me know if you need any more details from my side. Thanks in advance.
Update
The issue still remains. Tried to find solutions online. Below methods were suggested. Since, I am new to this, might have tried something silly in the process.
Method 1:
Flash the Rom boot image via TWRP
Result: Did not prompt to provide any partition but Failed with error 'No Partition selected for flashing'. Updated the TWRP to 3.2.3 and tried the same thing again. This time prompted for a partition but no option was available that I could provide there and failed with the same error.
Method 2:
Patching the Boot image of my ROM through magisk patch
Result: Extracted the boot image for BlurOS Custom rom and tried to patch it through magisk Manager. Installation failed with 'Unable to repack boot image'.
Since I updated the TWRP, tried to flash the magisk zip file hoping for some other error (at least). It failed with below error message:
Installing zip file '/sdcard/Download/Magisk-v20.4.zip'
Checking for digest file...
Skipping Digest check: No digest file found

Kindly let me know if you guys have any pointers. Any leads will be appreciated.
Magisk is unable to patch x86 boot.img's, so you have to use "android image kitchen"
Magisk patches Ramdisk file so you have to do:
move x86 ramdisk to ARM boot.img
Patch it via magisk
move patched ramdisk back to x86 boot.img
You can try boot.img's that I made for RR and Lineage in my thread. They are pre-patched with magisk 20.4
Anyways, is BlurOS better than lineage or RR ?
