Please remove the damn thing from the Gallery application it's so annoying, it's ok on my tab but not on my Galaxy Note II it's getting in the way of view every time I touch a pic to zoom in or out..

Wrong place to post this question, but let me answer it anyway.
Its NFC tag finding something. Maybe you have nfc enabled card or anything in your pocket or nearby. It happens if I have my university id card with me in same pocket.
If not, you have some problem with ROM/Kernel combo. I would suggest clean flash ROM/Kernel again.
Someone is probably gonna answer with

hey guys, i just purchased my sammobile premium account on impulse because i needed a certain firmware real quick
turns out the hosting server is like, 5000 miles away from me so yeah, im still downloading at 25kb/s (but hey, 10kb/s improvements!)

There's always SamFirm and it's waaaaay faster (since it's pulling directly from the servers) unless you happen to want old firmwares which defeats the purpose altogether if you're a dev wanting the latest and greatest.
Aside from my 0.02€ I think pedobear giving away "free stuff" is rather suspicious as well... I'm gonna call la policia mexicana to handle this!
