hii ... i have installed cm12 lock screen bug version 4.4.1 on galaxy grand 2 but how to fix the boot animation lag during booting up ?

You cant flash S3 Roms to S3 Neo because the difference about the Processor unit.
S3= Samsung Exynos CPU
S3 Neo= Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU
For S3 Neo use Custom Rom by Nik60 LL v3.1
