PIPO W3 doesn´t boot - Windows 8 General

Hi! On my PIPIO W3 64Gb when switched on cyclically Bios screen appears. Further loading does not go. The screen is on but still black and I can´t to do anything.

Heya,
Id suggest you try the general W3 thread (since thats pretty active, but also to just keep all W3 things together in one thread)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/windows-8-rt/general/pipo-w3-3g-tablet-10-1-1920x1200px-t3019518
My first guess would be what causes black screen issues for everybody, the graphics drivers.
Please post a little more details in the provided thread, things like the below, that should ease the process of helping you resolve the issue you describe.
- Was it like this 'out of the box'?
- What OS is on it? Win8? 8.1? 10? some dual boot with Windows and Android?
- If Windows, do you hear a Windows logon sound or any other indication of windows booting?
- Does it just go black right after the Pipo logo or do you see something in between Pipo logo and black screen?
- Did you flash any bios/firmware too it?
- Did you mess around with bios settings?
- Did you install any software/drivers that may have caused this?
- With "when switched on cyclically Bios screen appears", do you mean it keeps rebooting/showing the Pipo logo on its own? or that it does the same every time that you manually try to (re)boot?
- Just to be sure, since that mistake was made before; you are talking about a W3 right? not a W3F

Charmer will not boot unless connected to USB ?

Hi All,
I have a strange problem I wish to share (don't worry its with my Charmer !)
I am not sure when it started occuring, but now it will only boot with the USB connected. Without it I get a hangup on the 'Wondows Mobile' blue screen. Connect the USB and the version numbers on the T-Mobile boot screen come up much quicker and then after about 1 minute of the Windows blue screen it is on.
It is really weird ?
The onlys changes I have made is the registry memory improvements (mentioned in this forum) to try and get a little extra speed. I am pretty sure it did not start immediately after that though.
I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this
and if so
how did you overcome the problem.
Thanks.

i have a ?

ok i wanted 2 buy this phone but heres the problem
"The problem with the phone is that on most of the time it holds a white screen. When power up it came with Cingular 3G sound, when sync with PC you can browse the programs via Activesync normally.
On very rare circumstance the screen will come with image (usually after a hard reset attempt), then everything is working (screen, speaker, phone, WIFI, camera… even flash light), then after sometime the screen will fade out and resume the white screen."
goes n-e one know whats wrong with this could it b fixed easily or does it required some hard core cash well not hard core but ya thanks in advance

Dead jamin

Hello all,
I have recently killed my Jamin. Im not sure whether it is permanent or not. Personally it looks like a rom failure with the video bois, but I am far from experienced with windows mobile#.
I have searched the forum and can not find anything similar.
(Story)
To cut a long story short, I picked up my Jamin while it was connected to my pc. Catching a gimps of WM5 and the battery fell out (while still connected to my vista pc). So it turns off and I put the battery back in and turned it back on.
(What does work)
This is kind of hard to explain, but from what gather, everything seems to be running fine except the screen. Basically it still syncs up (can access files) and the Bluetooth led turns on after a minutes or how ever long it takes
(Problem)
The problem is that the screen is doing something weird (This is the hard part to explain). I do not get anything out of it even the "htc" pic at the start.
It has these blue horizontal lines about a pixel wide running down the screen. They change like the screen is trying to display different things but it is as if it does not know how to use the screen.
Im thinking re-install the rom? But I do not want to make things harder for myself if I am wrong.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Tryed Flashing.
Well If anyone is interested, I tried Re flashing and I still get the same problem. My next PDA will not be an Imate, too many problems.

[Q] Series of events leading up to A200 Stuck on Iconia Tab loading screen

So, my mother set a password to her tablet, forgot what it was, and fixing it fell to me.
I looked up how to do a hard reset, with the power and volume button, and the lock switch, and initially it did not work. I tried it again, and what resulted was a picture of the Android icon with a back panel open and his gears showing. I left it there a moment thinking that might be a process of the hard reset, but after a while I figured it probably wasn't.
I turned off the tablet again. looked around for a better guide, and tried it again... It basically asked me to do the same thing but was more specific about it. I did the same thing... This time it seemed to work. An erasing data message appeared, but then in red I had another error that was something to the effect of, "Bootloader something or other, nope can't do it" in red.
Now when I try to boot at all, it's just stuck on ICONIA TAB loading screen.
Is it bricked or is there something I can do about it? I saw some threads about plugging it into a computer and copying over some files, but... they were all for the A500, and I don't want to mess it up further... So... Any have any ideas?
I would also add, plugging it into my Win7 desktop with a mini-USB to USB cable doesn't seem to register anything under the list of my drives. Soooo... unless anyone has some light to shed, I really can't imagine what I even COULD do... It won't boot. Computer doesn't recognize it. This is new territory to me, but I'm not technically incompetent.
There is no warranty so whatever has to be done can be tried.
Okay, maybe I'm not giving people time to respond, but maybe there's a way to boot from a flash drive? How would I set that up?
The problem is that I'm familiar with computers... not so much with android smart phones/tablets. Do they just design these things to become bricks, because it seems like we've had computers for a long time that you could open up a BIOS, boot from somewhere else, install an OS... fix the problem. Either there's a way to do that or I don't understand why people use these devices.
