So I bricked my N4 somehow (I don't know if it is soft or hardbricked).
I was running latest N5X AOSP 6.0 Lollipop and everything was fine, when i decided to try the AICP 0.1 experimental LP. I made a clean install but it the first boot ended in a black screen. Then i rebooted into recovery and made a factory reset and since then Im stuck in an infinite bootloop.
So here is what i tried so far:
Flashed newest Factory Image via Fastboot and ADB. Result: Bootloop
(Flashed with flash-all.bat and every img by myself, i even tried without flashing cache.img and userdata.img, but everytime i ended in a bootloop that goes longer than 30 minutes)
I tried several Toolkits but nothing helps everytime I reboot its a bootloop.
But somehow when i flash the N5X AOSP 6.0 and let it boot for some minutes and then just shut it down and boot again i can see its optimizing my apps but when it comes to start them i just stays there...
I also tried to format my /cache with TWRP into FAT and back to Ext4 (that was one solution i found) but that doesnt seem to work too..
I am very frustrated and hope someone can help me
My phone was stuck in restart loop , so figured out thought about flashing the rom. I unlocked the bootloader and flashed a TWRP recovery[dot]img file. But when I select recovery in HBOOT it again comes back to fast boot with image update error.
Hi, I have a PRA-LX1C02, soft bricked.
I have access to the bootloader that is unlocked, I have access to the twrp recovery.
I tried to flash several firmware of these images: Boot.img, system.img, cust.img.
But nothing. I also tried the UPDATE.APP file in dload (both sd and external_sd) but stopped at 5%.
I also tried DC_Phoenix but it did not change anything.
The maximum result I get is: Logo Huawei, Bootloader Unlock Warning, ANDROID and after a while it turns off and reboots in erecovery.
What can I do?
In twrp try to flash supersu then reboot
Hi, thanks for replay.
I flash last supersu and it's the same:
Huawei logo, bootloader unlock warning, android logo, reboot itself, huawei logo, bootloader warning and stop at erecovery huawei...
anythings else?
Flash Stock recovery then do Factory Reset and Wipe cache/Data
With Flash stock recovery, what do you mean?
I flashed a lot of time boot.img, system.img, cust.img.
But the problem still remains
---EDIT---
I flash recovery.img (sorry bad understanding), make a factory reset and wipe chache/data.
But same problem
I booted my device with wrong image now it is turning on in loop.
Error Showing
Invalid Boot.img or Recovery.imgo fact
This may be due to downloading the non-secure image from 3rd sites.
Please POWER-OFF and flash lenovo's official image.
Flashtool should be a good option for image downloading
What can i do.
I was not able to Factory reset my device, so i downloaded recovery file from forum and tried to recover but now it s stuck
I performed a factory reset from within the OS and when it restarted it was stuck on the Samsung splash page. After this I performed a reset from the recovery menu. Now the phone was stuck in a boot loop. At this point I re-flashed the factory ROM from ODIN and it is again in a boot loop. Sometimes it makes it to setting up the apps but just resets again.
For some reason the phone attempts to install an update whenever I enter the recovery and once there it states that it cannot locate files. The location of these files is "E:". I have no idea why it cannot locate anything it looks for and why " E: " is not there if it needs that location as the phone is completely stock.
Did you flash the HOME-CSC or the normal CSC file? I too got into a bootloop after a factory reset from the recovery, so flashing with the CSC file could be useful I guess. Recovery checking for an update always happens for me and it goes to recovery normally after checking.
