Knowing u flashed all that, YES. You need:
- Download one good STOCK rom (I supose will be android 4.2.2 with old bootloader) for ur device
- Go to custom recovery
- Wipe all (system, data, cache and dalvik cache)
- Reboot ur phone in DOWNLOAD MODE
- Use ODIN and flash the stock rom

Hi there,
I have a GT-I9505 Black edition with PDA&PHONE:NC4 and CSC=ND1 (LUX)
Sammobile released a new I9505XXUGNG8 update for Germany.
Is it safe for me to update to this version? Won't this update give me poor signal?
Will updating using odin wipe my phone? Can I use towelroot again after this update?
Thanks in advance and sorry for these (probably obvious) questions. I'm only used to custom firmwares

Hi mate,
Regarding your questions
Is safe , yes
Poor signal it may , as is a different modem ( but most likely it will be fine)
will it wipe it , Yes
towelroot , yes but if knox was set before it will be stil set after you flash with Odin
if you do not like it or if performing under your expectations you can always go back to what you have now.....BACKUP , Backup EFS also just in case

Problems..
Flashed this firmware and the device boots. When it's booted, I get a message that com.android.phone stopped working and the device reboots!
I'll try to reflash!

Hi mate,
I do not think that is a flashing problem , i think is related to gmail sync. delete your contacts and gmail account and create it again...it should solve it
Try to factory reset it , do not restore back up (yet) and see if is working
Towelroot doesn't work for the new firmware builts, doesn't it?
I thought it will only work until version 4.4.2 NF1

Clearing cache using stock recovery didn't do it. Factory reset however seems to fix it.
I was using Titanium Backup before and I now realise that I had it backup to the internal memory instead of sd card.. fml!
Whatever, thanks for the help!

It doesn't work. Even not with the "1337 0 1 7380 4 0" modstring
I have 4.2.2 with baseband: 1337MVLUAMDJ and I just downloaded the latest firmware from sammobile for my provider (Telus Canada). Can I simply flash this zip from CWM or is there anything I need to do (besides backup?)
Thanks
Mate,
Flash it via ODIN by selecting it from the PDA section...
Press Thanks if I helped
