Android 2.3.5 Any Dev?

Hello all , i will explain a bit shortly because i´m late for work .
Today i found my old Zte Skate with android 2.3.5 and as a flashy moment my head taught ----¿Could Redmi 2 run Android 2.3.5? I don´t know if this is possible because i´m not a developer but in case it is i will take the chance and recall a Dev that could do this job. I´m ready to pay money if needed . Thanks for reading.
