Hi guys, so call me stupid but I incorrectly thought that I would be able to flash 4.4.2 onto my 5.0 AT&T device. Odin said it passed, but now I'm stuck in a bootloop that eventually terminates into recovery booting. I tried erasing memory to factory and wipe the cache partition to try and fix but no cigar. So what I am looking for (I think) is the 5.0 firmware so I can use Odin to re-install it. If anyone has any different advice, please let me know.
Thanks,

Hello Everyone. I flashed the 4.3 Google Edition Rom and after about a day of use it crashed. I booted into TWRP and attempted to boot into the system to find that It would say the typical 'Samsung Galaxy S4 i9505 bla bla.' I then went back to TWRP and attempted to flash the backups of Stock TouchWiz via my 32gb SD Card (note my s4 is 16gb) and it would come up with failed and prompted me to wipe dalvic cache ect. Stressing out I went on to odin and flashed an Optus Carrier Stock Touchwiz Firmware. This did not work either making me still boot loop. I was however unrooted and did not have a custom recovery. And here we are now, I re-flashed root and TWRP attempting again to flash my backups and once again they fail on me.
Please. Any help would be highly appreciated. I currently have a phone with stock touchwiz (which doesnt boot), TWRP and Root flashed aswell. Thats It. Once again please. Ive checked plenty of other threads however they were all fixed some way or another.
Thanks for your Help Everyone..!

just flash any original firmware via odin!
for example I9505XXUBMF8_I9505OXABMF8_I9505XXUBMF8
after that boot into stock recovery and wipe/delete data.
this should help.
also i wouldn't use any ge firmware until it's official released.
there are some bugs like you can't enter sim code or very heavy battery usage
good luck
if you've already tried standard ROM for i9505 and it did not helped - your bootloader was changed during the flash of Google ROM.
What do you need now: full ROM which would include bootloader, pit etc., and flash it with repartition.
P.S. ask any mod to move this thread to Q&A section, where it shall be...
DONE!
Guys, thanks for all your replies! I found a solution. I used an older version of odin and did a factory reset with the stock recovery. thx for all ur help again. I was just really stressed at the time so..! haha
Have the same problem with my Galaxy S4 Google Edition
I just bought a Google Ediion Galaxy S4 from the play store, and I followed the instructions in this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2341162). And my phone is screwed, it is stuck with the black screen and the Google Logo in the background. I can get into download and recovery mode, but only when I take the battery out first then reboot it in either mode. Can anyone help me please?

Go in recovery mode and clear the caches and optionaly do a data factory reset.
Please search the forums first for a solution to your problem ,there is plenty of bootloop threads.

I already did that, and it did not work, also I did search through the boot loop sections in the forum and I could not find good solutions, if any of you can direct me to a certain thread I would highly appreciate it.

So first, I changed into cyanogenmod, it was successful though my sister didn't liked its "style" so I had to restore the stock firmware of jellybean 4.3 (XXUEMJ5_I9505OLBEMJ5_I9505XXUEMJ5_HOME.tar.md5) so i did a factory reset from the cyanogenmod settings and then flashed(it said my root access was lost after factory reset) using ODIN, everything went fine in the process in flashing, after my s4 reset 1st time a droid with a spinning thing on its tummy appears with the loading bar on its bottom and then resets once again I thought it was already good but my s4 was stuck on the SAMSUNG logo the blinking one. And then I downloaded a new stockrom the 4.2.2 (I9505XXUBMG5_I9505OLBBMG1_I9505DXUBMG5_HOME.tar and which was my original firmware the XXUBMG5), tried to flash using ODIN but it failed during the process, I'm about to download a new copy of the 4.2.2 version from the same site i downloaded from maybe it was corrupt?. Please help, me and my friend have done all things like using KIES that doesn't recognize my phone anymore, downloading stock recovery and such non works and so does my recovery mode after I access it, my s4 i9505 immediately restarts by itself after releasing my fingers and a lot of battery pulls. No luck please help me. I'm from the Philippines with an unlocked phone, International so I downloaded the XTE Region correct me if I'm wrong .
Please provide instructions if you have time .
After installation you have done this in the recovery mode wipe data factory reset and wipe cache partition
(can try with custom recovery - wipe and flash again)

Your mistake was not doing a search of the forum. There you'd find dozens, if not hundreds of existing threads that ask and answer the same question.
You didn't give us much information to go on but if you wrote the correct stock firmware without errors and wiped the system cache, then a factory data reset will correct your issue. If you have ongoing issues, then provide us with a lot more information so that we can effectively help you. For a start, a detailed, step by step description of exactly what you tried, your phone model, firmware versions, verbatim error messages and anything else germane.
.
ive looked for threads that could help me. i was not able to find any that can. my model number is SM-G900A and the firmware version G900AUCU1ANCE i think i updated it to the 3rd but i dont remember what the name of that frimware was. i rooted a few times with towelroot
i covered amost every option i could think of flashed the stock rom with odin still it would get to the samsung logo and stop and reboot i wiped the cache partition and tryed a reboot still the same thing then did a factory reset and still notthing. i have no idea what i could of done its possible i delete a system file but when flashing the stock rom should of fixed that issue if it was the deleted file. thank you for any help. and sorry for the lack of this is my first thread
Hi Guys
I'm selling this note 3 so followed advice to encrypt the phone to protect any data on it from recovery.
The processes staled after multiple hours so I restarted the phone and its not stuck on the Encryption failed screen and the reset device option doesn't work.
I tried using TWRP to erase all the data on the phone and tried flashing a new rom but the message remains.
The phone was on a custom lollipop rom and has now been flashed to the latest omega rom.
Any one managed to resolve this on a note 3 ?
Thanks
Richie
Have you tried flashing a stock ROM in Odin?
this was to be my next step ive downloaded the latest 5.0 from sam mobile.
anything special I should do ?
Make sure you do a full factory wipe in recovery before booting the stock ROM for the first time.
Thanks man in the end th company took the phone anyway so I didn't have to bother fixing it .

You absolutely can't downgrade from BOE1 or later.
If the issue was only that you were downgrading from BOD5 or earlier and simply flashed the wrong kernel, flashing the correct kernel will allow you to boot.
If the issue was that you had BOE1 or later and tried to flash kitkat, you need to try using Odin to flash a Lollipop recovery image.
