As the title says, is it possible to flash a rom with androind 5.1.1 on my note 4 stock 5.0.1 rom?

You can flash any rom you like as long as it is specifically for your phone variant.
But when you're already on latest 5.1.1, AFAIK you cannot flash back to an older release rom.
