i need an indian stock rom 4.0.4 for hauwei u8825d and how can i install it.

Since months the i9505's pacman thread is closed because the moderators think that this thread belongs to Android development but a developer of the rom thinks that his thread belongs to original Android development. So, when a moderator moved the thread, he closed it.
Pacman rom exists for many devices and some official rom thread are in original section and other don't so I don't understand why there is a problem with the s4 thread
I create this thread in order to know if there are other people using pacman rom and who wanted an official xda thread for it.
