Hello
I have better news. I have one for myself allready. :victory:
What I can say at the first look??
terrible software (faulty battery monitor the same like zgpax s8 which I also have )
It's missing google play and all which comes with it..
(I have allready root it and added cwm recovery with no problems..)
But...
The body quality is really good..!!
CPU is MT6577.
Battery in real is 700mah.!!
I'm gonna replace battery for the one from zgpax s5 (700mah) because I have one and works fine at zgpax s8
I'll see than and let you know here..
So far I like the body and that is very easy to hack
I have some pictures. . That is zgpax s8 with a new 700mah battery.. >>http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=61709171&postcount=1127<<
I have more pictures of tw9001 and I'll add soon..
All in all I like this watch and I hope you will like it to.:good:
Mal sehen, wie sie mir gefällt. Ich verwende seit 6 Jahren ausschließlich Uhrenhandys.
Den Google Playstore kannst Du nachträglich installieren. Bei Amazon hat jemand geschrieben, dass er es geschafft hat.
Ich freue mich auf die Bilder.
Grüße aus Deutschland

Hi everyone
Today I wanna swap batterys in the watch and see is it working well.
I will let you know soon.
BTW. If anyone wanna add cwm recovery You can ask me anytime..
All the best..
Edit: I've succesfully port the battery from zgpax s5/6 (700mah) to this watch and so far I haven't notice any battery monitor issue
I'll let you know how is working after battery calibration and few recharges.. I hope its gonna by all fine
Edit 2: I was calibrating new battery few times in diferent ways (this took me about week) but the result is still the same..
The fact is that the new battery is much stronger and I didn't notice any system shuts down or overheating (Mayby little warm screen, that all)..
Let return to the battery monitor problem because that what I'm sure is defect the battery and make drain speed is very very inaccurate.. Specially between 80% and 27%
is drain down in few seconds which is obvious wrong..
I have asked seller to contact official distributor and place order for software repair.. They must to release software update because the watch is not worth it now at all.
This problem is unacceptable in watch for almost 200 euro (That how much cost me watch and tax for importing)..
That all for now. I'm gonna try to replace Battery monitor apk for any newone and see.. Let you know..

Hello Bunkier
Nice to hear from someone else with this watch.
I just got this watch (Topwatch TW9001) from Deal Xtreme, and I'm satisfied with it so far. Seems solid and responsive. Battery time seems quite good for a Smartwatch also.
But I very much miss having Google Play Store!
How did you root it? Can you send me a link to the correct working root tool/app?
When it is rooted, can I just install Google Play as a normal apk?
Regards from Norway

Hi
If you wanna root it just use kingroot tool (There is two different tools kingroot and kingoroot, but don't use it!!) You can also add CWM recowery and its fully working. Go to http://www.chinaphonearena.com/forum/index.php there is everything you need..
I tried install Google play but it doesn't work. When I flashed gapps I get two lockscreens The Google play works but you can't download anything..
Do you also have battery monitor issuee??
About my watch. Unfortunatlly my got broke. First of all the sim card and sdcard slots didn't work at all. Second thing is that the ring with screen is falling off..
I don't know what I'm gonna do now. Ask my seller to fix or replace for zgpax s7..? After all I really like that watch. It's fast, stable, waterproof life and it has usb port on the side
Also like the case of the watch..
I hope to get my watch back soon..
Hello everybody,
I use the clock now 6 weeks. They like it very much. Unfortunately, I have since 2 weeks very poor reception (GSM) (Settings / Battery / Mobile-Readiness time without signal: 42%).
I've already entered the Vodafone PLMN for Germany (26202), this had been missing. Unfortunately without success.
I have the manufacturer written but not yet received any response. If he does not answer, I'll send back the clock. My old phone watch (XH-2S http://i.ytimg.com/vi/4p_8o8mxAls/hqdefault.jpg) had no such reception problems. However, in this the mini-USB connector is broken.
Is with you is a false guide and a false wired headset (plug does not fit) this? How is your reception?
I have no battery problems, only that it when the battery is fully charged mostly only 80% instead of 100% indicates.
Greetings from Germany, Mike

Hallo zusammen,
is the screen always on? I am still searching for a full android watch with always on screen and decent battery life (at least last one day)
@ yeahman45:
No, the screen turns - on the set delay - off. As with a regular Android phone. Unfortunately, the clock is displayed only after activation of the screen when the phone has not been used. Once wiped it remains on until the restart.
The battery lasts me about one day, but I call little use and no Wi-Fi and Whatsapp.
Greetings from Germany, Mike

@yeahman45:

The problem with the bad reception seems to be due to the Android version (4.0.4): Google has a bug in this version, causing several devices to reception problems, when the unit switches to battery power saving mode. Source: https://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=28133
If the problem occurs only with me?

I'm looking for some kind of remote control software that will let me use my XDA II as a remote control for the tv
when i had the XDA I, I used to use this one: http://www.pdawin.com/tvremote.html
the only problem with it is that they don't support the XDA II officially, so i was doubtful to even load onto my Himalaya.
As far as I know the Qtek2020 does not have 'consumer ir'
This means that the infra red beam is not strong enough.
The signal can only reach 1½ - 2 meters...
(the above mentioned I have been told! Correct me if I'm wrong)
I have installed noviremote on my Qtek 2020
This works a little but not perfect...
Try it...
PDAwin TV remote controller v5.5 is for you... it can even learn frequencies of other gadgets even car alarms (if it is IR based).. heehee!!
ok
i'm going to check it out and see how it works for my needs
GO GO GO!!!!
NoviiRemote works just fine with the xda2's
but since the ir in xda's are made to talk to devices and not broadcast
you need to point alot more then with a normal remote
and the range is much lower then a normal remote
Hej Rudegar!
Er du meget inde i det her PDA-værk? For så har jeg nok lige et spm....
Mvh
Torben
well that depend on what you want to know you can PM me in danish
Are there any way to turn On WiFi on Niki200, are there wiFi adapter (chip) in that an how to turn on, or we must buy microsd adapter card
No, there is no way to turn it on. Read the thread in Nike development forum:
Here
To sum up, development halted, etc. Don't expect any.
It's not possible at the moment, but who knows what the future brings us?
Jetzt mal im ernst. Weißt Du ob's noch weitergeht? Du klingst zur Zeit so verschwörerisch.
Gruß
Marcel
Ich weiss da was aber darf nix sagen, sorry!

Has anyone tested if the OnePlus 5 ist rSAP compatible?
This feature is needet to connect the smartphone with your car entertainment like at audi, vw, mercedes or bmw.
I hope there is one of you who tested this already.
Unless the car only supports rSAP I wouldn't even bother with it. HandsFreeProfile has countless advantages.
Just out of curiosity: why do you need rSAP?
PS: I am testing the telephony side of the next gen Mercedes entertainment system.
I need rSAP to connect my online services from my audi to the web. I don't have an additional sim card, which could be used to connect everything to the web. I would also like to use the wifi functionality for me and my passengers.
Sure my car also does support the regular hands free protocoll, but thats without sharing the internet service of my device.
Do you have the ability to test the rSAP functionality?
Sadly I don't have a 1+5 yet, so I cannot test rSAP on this particular model. I'm still waiting to a few things to clear up (not necessarily related to 1+5) before buying it.
On the case that the 1+5 doesn't support rSAP, you could try asking your operator for a second SIM for the same account (technically possible) and use an older phone that supports rSAP only in the car. Or check a few tutorials around the web on how to activate it on any phone.
Not sure if it is enabled or not but you can do that yourself.

Hi, I have an Audi with a similar setup to the OP, although I don't know comparative ages and MMI versions etc, but in short it didn't work. So first off searching for the OP5 it finds the device no problem and offers up three connection options, "Car Phone", "Handsfree" and "Media" (not exact names, but the first is rSAP, effectively). So this suggests it should support rSAP (although not sure if the Head Unit always offers that as an option or not), however when I try and connect to the "Car Phone" profile it attempts to connect but in the end fails to do so. There are no particular error messages (none on the phone) and handsfree and music audio seem to be supported just fine.
So fingers crossed an upcoming firmware update might fix this issue but will have to wait and see.
Just a quick update and it looks like there is currently no support for rSAP on the OP5, which I guess isn't a surprise. I've asked for it to be fed back to the dev team - whether that will make any difference whatsoever only time will tell. Perhaps the more people that request it the better, if you need it.
I haven't tried the method(s) mention by @Kahun as it looks like you need root and not sure I want to do that as, a) I presume Android Pay will stop working and b) not sure if this completely invalidates the warranty (e.g. qfuse as Samsung had) or whether reflashing to stock is fine. Also not sure if I'd have to re-root and re-enable after every firmware update, so would hold off until there are fewer releases.
Hope that helps.
Anyone got RSAP to work?

Yess it works fine on my Phone.
I had such a struggle connecting my phone to the headunit. I managed to get it connected in Bluetooth settings. Maybe you have to have your phone's Bluetooth off so it will see the adapter? Just for first connecting.

So that is for the HLA HW8 unit.
