I have a D800, one day I wanted to flash CM12 on it, used twrp flashed gapps and cm12. The phone rebooted but appeared to be stuck in a loop, it finally booted, but turnued off shortly after. The phone occasionally turns on and while it's on randomly turns off. I tried using LG flash tools to revert back to stock (Installed the drivers required from lgs website), the phone goes back to 4.2.2 jellybean and randomly turns off after some usage. I have no idea what I should do now.

Ok, so i rooted my LS980 from day 1. A week later, I dropped my phone and cracked half my screen Regardless, the phone was working fine for a month or so. Then..... Along came the LS980ZVA update.... My phone kept telling me that the update was downloaded and ready to install. I kept ignoring it of course.
So one day, after work, I pull my phone out of my pocket and it begins to boot, stays alive for a minute or so(with zero signal and no touch input), and then begins to boot loop. I assume that my phone managed to update in my pocket, so I tired to boot to TWRP and restore a backup. This only sent my phone back into the bootloop
Next, I tried restoring my phone back to stock with the LG Flash tool. Long story short..... Half the time while in download mode, my phone will say it's rooted and the other half will say unrooted. And now im STUCK WITH STOCK RECOVERY!!!! I managed to get usb debugging enabled and can change my PC connection mode before it loops, but so far no rooting method works and I can't get any ADB commands to work.
Every time I issue an adb command it returns "error closed."
I can get into download mode, stock recovery, and can manage to get the phone to stay booted for a maximum of around two minutes or so...
What can i do!!!???!?!?!?!? My software still says i'm on on ZV7 firmware.... What can I do with stock recovery, no remaining nandroid backups, no adb, and a bootloop...? Maybe there's a solution utilizing linux...?
Any help would be sooooooooo appreciated!!!
My s4 has been doing this since yesterday where it shuts off and wont be able to turn on. It happened once yesterday and I booted to recovery and wiped data and it fixed the issue. I updated my phone today with odin to ND1(I have a US Cellular s4) and it seemed fine. It shut off randomly once and I didn't think anything of it and it booted up fine. I flashed the Cyanogenmod may 3rd nightly and it was working just perfectly with no problems.
Later today I take it out of my pocket and it wont boot. Cant get to recovery, or download mode. All that happens is it flashes the boot screen for a second or two then goes blank.
Could this be a hardware problem?
If not any idea how to fix this???
I flashed the ROM Ressurection Remix onto my phone to get a newer Android version since the model is quite old. Everything worked perfectly for over two years. Then while browsing, my phone crashed and got into a bootloop and restarts after showing the Samsung Logo. After manually removing the battery and putting it back repeatedly it boots up somehow. I couldn't reproduce what was happening back then.
After that it crashes in irregular intervals for no apparent reason and every time I could get it to boot properly by turning off and on for a long period of time.
Now I got the same problem and I wanted to get rid of the bootloop, so I decided to flash it with a new version of Ressurection Remix. I updated TWRP via Odin and had much trouble to get into recovery mode since my phone was crashing at the Samsung logo. As I got into recovery I made a factory reset and flashed the new rom. But as soon as my phone started to reboot after the flashing, it crashes again and the loop starts once again. Again, I searched for another Rom and used LineageOS but the problem persists.
Now I'm out of options, I can't even get into recovery mode by now.
Could anybody help me out?

Hey. I have same problem. I can just boot the Phone with bootloader. Anyone have an idea about this?
My Galaxy S4 VE (GT-I9515) crashed. (the screen went black) It was not rooted and ran the latest Andoid 5.0.1 ROM.
When I turned it on, it went into a bootloop, randomly crashed during booting, or turned on normally. I removed sd and sim card and tried a different battery. Furthermore I tried to boot into recovery mode and wiped the system data and the cache. It did not help.
Sometimes it was not possible to get into recovery mode because the phone's screen went black and it rebooted.
Then I tried flashing multiple stock ROM files using Odin, but it did not solve the problem.
After that i tried rooting the device and installed a custom recovery (TWRP), but i still got random crashes during booting and sometimes it got stuck showing the samsung boot animation. The only things that work reliably are the Download Mode and the charging animation.
Now, what can I do to fix my phone?
I read a bit about flashing a .pit file but I don't think that will help?
Is this a hardware or a software issue?
How can I find out, what caused the problem?
I flashed a custom kernel recently on my phone that's compatible with Android 10 roms. After the reboot all seemed fine. I waited 30 minutes just like for any other custom kernel then I turned my screen on, the substratum theme I was using wasn't applied then my phone randomly reboot so I let it do so. After the reboot I turned it on immediately and it randomly reboot a few seconds later so I force reboot to recovery to reflash the kernel. It didn't work and now I'm stuck in bootloop so I prepared my phone for a clean flash and did so. After the clean flash Havoc booted up into setup wizard then about a minute into the setup my phone rebooted again(soft reboot) and it rebooted into the setup wizard with the progress from before already done. I gave it about an hour and it kept doing the same thing over and over again so I clean flashed a different rom this time thinking it would fix the issue but the same thing still happens, it's still happening till now and I can't think of any way to fix this
tl;dr
I flashed a custom kernel and I'm stuck with a weird kind of bootloop where it does boot but then restarts a minute later over and over
is there any way to fix this? And if so if I need to flash the fastboot rom can I do it without losing twrp and stuff so I can reinstall my cusrom?
