Well, time has come to move on to something else to "play" with. I've hacked the crap outta this phone and have grown tired. So, before I put it on eBay where most phone buyers wouldn't appreciate what they're getting, I'd post it here for a week first.
What's included:
* 8525 in awesome shape! I treated it like a baby lol.
* Leather case
* 2G mini sD card
* GPS reciever
* universal car mount
* home charger and car charger
* USB cable
- It's unlocked, and is running WM6 Black Majik with the added ButtonFlo cooked in, but not activated. Since flashing to this ROM I have not SR unless I wanted to on my own. None of that sleep of death crap.
- I'm leaving all apps installed, including a few like Agile Messenger and TeleNAV. You can use my subscription to Agile for all your Instant Message needs until my subscription runs out in about 8 months. The phones GPS ready so as long as you have TeleNAV on your plan you're all set. It also has Threaded SMS so your text messages will come in like iChat. Also included is a black version of the finger scrolling Contacts app. Too many ringtones I made and wallpapers to even begin a list. This is a sweet deal for the price I'm asking.
***I'm selling this as a PACKAGE DEAL, nothing seperate, so don't ask me how much for just this or that. Just found the box and realized there's an extra stylus, and all the software and paperwork that came with it! The box looks like I just got it. I'm pretty anal about keeping things and never toss stuff like this out.

Got the black scroll app from the Hacking Developing forum here. It's still installed and makes the Black Theme even better. Also, I have the Threaded SMS installed too, so when you text someone it keeps track of the convo like an AIM session. Kinda like iChat.

I tried that. I set a price of $300 and no one bid. lol Anyone bids $300 and I'll ship it tomorrow! It's an awful lot to part with. The universal car mount works with my iPhone so I'll have to order a new one and I think it cost me about $20-$25?
Now I'm hopin that whatever is over $200 will go to shipping since I'm covering shipping, but if it's outside the US then the consignee will have to atleast pay half.

Anyone know where to get a batter back as I scratched the crtap out of mine.

LOL I just bought my Tilt last Saturday, so it never left the house until this clearcase came in the mail, for the very reason that I *didn't* wan't to scratch *anything*.
There's nothing on Ebay surpluses yet... I think from my reading around on the forum that you're going to have to contact AT&T and ask them for a replacement... HTC maybe can get it but I hear it's like 100 bux or more. There's a thread on here somewhere about it, I saw it like either within the last 5 pages or the first 5, can't remember which. I was working my way through the forum to read past discussions.

Yeah, i bought one from these guys, took over 2 weeks, and when i did get it i had to bin it cos the back wouldnt even fit properly. bought one for 6 pounds, but never used it cos i got a metal one for 15 pounds. got a spare if anyone wants this one. its the same as the one that is being sold for. Im in the uk.

Yeah, I picked up one of those hard cases for $3, and it didn't fit the phone. I couldn't get the front on the phone. It was cheap, so I don't care, but I wouldn't recommend it.

How long will the delivery take? I've just bought a case from deal extreme this week.

Please let me know too as mine has a broken tab and falls off sometimes.

Location is bayonne nj...as far as shipping info...i will usps standard ground shipping. Shipping is not included in the price and insurance will be extra. Whatever the shipping price will be i will not and never do add anything extra onto it. If its $10.63 thats what i charge for shipping. Yes it will extend your service by using your internet connection.

Just added videos showing the phones condition and full functionality.

You need to do this in ebay or craigslist, soliciting is against forum rules.
Edit, plus you won't be able to sell that here, we all have evos, and an airwave is registered to an account. Plus that isn't THAT good of a deal for a used phone and case.

You cant register the airwave to your account when you call sprint? Why wont it be able to sell here...maybe someone here broke theres and wants another one, and it is a phone forum and i am offering a phone fs. A great deal isnt what im offering. Im offering a fair deal for both parties considering its condition and what comes with it. This is what they go for on ebay and i have scene another one with a case for a similiar price without the airwave. Its never been opened and i dont have an account with sprint anymore...so again why cant it be registered to another person if they called? I bought one of every Nexus item google showed off this year. So I know how you feel.

Was able to get an order in today for a 32GB blue. Still holding out for a 64, though, and if I can get one of those, I'll obviously cancel the 32. But not feeling too confident about that, given how quickly the 64s get snatched up, heh...
Anyway, my shipping estimate says 11/21. I can live with a 32, but obviously 64 would be nicer.

I got my order in today for a 32GB Blue, but really wanted a 64GB Blue.
My shipping date is 11/26 right now. I am hoping it will ship sooner, like the Nexus 5, but the nexus 5 I ordered on release day and it shipped the same day, so.... that is out. I just hope it ships well before the 26th.

Sellers remorse?

Need opinions here. Picked up a white Essential phone/360 camera bundle last week on Amazon for $399. I ended up listing the NIB sealed bundle on Swappa and it sold for $509 (profit after Swappa fee). Haven't sent the buyer the phone yet, and kinda having sellers remorse. Should I hold onto the phone and use it or accept the sale and eventually hope the $399 bundle comes up again on Amazon in the near future? Using a Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra right now that replaced my dead Nexus 6 and although not the fastest phone, it has a great screen and solid build quality.
In the end I like the Essential phone and want it, but making $109 profit is also a good thing.
The color I really want for the Essential is the yet-to-be-released "Ocean Depths" color model

This phone is easily worth & 509...and a steal for $399 on Amazon with the 360 camera. No way I would give this up. They have kept their word on updates and improvements have been amazingly fast.
Only issue is Andy Rubin going on leave because he couldn't keep his dong in his pants at Google ?

What happens if I sell a listing I can't fulfill?
Did you sell your listing on another site (e.g., eBay or Craigslist) and forget to pull it before it was bought on Swappa? Unfortunately, this does happen from time-to-time, and it's important that these situations are handled properly!
Here are the proper steps on how to proceed in this kind of situation:
Refund the buyer via PayPal immediately
Leave a comment on your listing's sale page explaining the situation to the buyer
Flag Swappa staff to inform us to refund the*buyer's sale fee

Pardon me for being such a strict literalist, but your poll question isn't a yes/no question, it's an either/or question. I'm guessing a "yes" response means "keep the PH-1," right? That's definitely the high road here, especially since the intended buyer may have passed over other offers to accept this one or missed out on other offers while waiting for you to confirm the sale. Put yourself in his shoes. How do you feel when you click "Buy now" on some site and then later get a message saying, "Sorry, that item is no longer available." Whatever you decide, do it quickly or the fallout could be worse.

Anyway, you said you'd really rather have the ocean depths PH-1. You're already making $109 on the agreed-upon sale. Take the money from your profitable sale and put it aside for when the ocean depths phone is released.
