Galaxy Note 4 battery is designed to give you more than 1 day of usage, so that looks about right.

first of all I will guide you how to root your phone.
you can find my thread here on how to do it
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/i9505-develop/root-samsung-galaxy-s4-i9500-i9505-t2982844
and following my tutorial will solve your issue of supesu app.
and personally i prefer using cm12 unofficial which is android lollipop 5.0.2
and your battery needs to be recalibrated. Just charge your phone to 100%
then use it till the phone shutsdown by itself (dont overuse it use it normally as you do daily)
once the phone is switched off by itself charge the phone till 100% without using it and you are set to go
and using a custom rom will also give a boost so do all the steps
In a previous discussion with kerbiii, he suggested a possible solution to downgrade firmware (after the 5.1.1 COJ5 update which blocks downgrades through ODIN) by using a TWRP backup from someone with the same device. So, can someone owning the same device (SM-910C) and using a 4.4.4 Stock Rom with the TWRP installed share a backup of his device's ROM?
Hooking to this same subject, is there a place to download stock ROMS in TWRP recovery format?

Hahaha No No dear!! Marshmallow has a good battery backup like kitkat. The reason behind your battery draining fast on Marshmallow is because you didn't do a factory reset of your phone after the update. Did you install marshmallow via OTA ??

Well... Since how many months or year(s) are you using your phone? coz somewhere I read that the note 4 battery doesn't last for more than 1 year if used heavily everyday like gaming and all that stuff. In some cases, the battery even swells a little. There's a life time as to how many times the battery can be charged and discharged. Buy a new battery or just borrow a note 4 battery from any of your friend (who has a note 4) for 1 day just to test and see if something is wrong with your phone itself instead of the battery.
it doesnt work i tried it earlier . also i tried more than 20 possible solutions and non of them works (i did everything even jtag) and i have spent more than 200$ on these things no result , and if these limits really bother you then welcome to the club just make sure you wont buy another sammy after n4 , have fun
tried the twrp backup?

You had a root b4 M
I'm none root
I think there is issue with the drain, but it's not sammy fault. if you google Android 6.0.1 problem you'll see many nexus users pointing out that their is a battery drain issue, hope sammy can fix it or it won't affect us as much, Android M suppose to kill those issues it seems like Lollipop 5.0 again.
Here are my battery usage. I think thats not good. Lollipop was better.
Sync, Bluetooth, wlan is off. Screen is autobrightness at 100%
Anybdoy a idea?
One day is not enought to say anything about battery life ... maybe after couple of days .
Android os consumes my battery 8%... is this a fee for root my device by samsung??? What the f.... is that?? I cant use my phone without root or custom kernel??? F.... off samsung!!

Thought I'm alone, anyways, the screen on-time is not bad and can go to 6 hours (if used at once), however when the phone is off, the battery drain is huge and doze mode doesn't seem to be working either..
from 2 to 6 am, the phone was on a table and I was asleep and the drains looks to be huge
No problem with drain for me

Stock settings nothing done to the system display brightness on auto but to full brightness nothing deactivated
Guys i think the issue is with root. IF you rooted your phone before, installed customer rom, installed kernel or installed recovery this issue will happen .
Someone on the forum point it to knox fused burn and it can no longer go back to normal.

Rightly said.
If you have tripped Knox while rooting previously, never ever installing a STOCK ROM (May it be lollipop or MM) will fix the battery drain issue since there is some read cycle which the kernel does continuously if the Knox is tripped which can only be overridden with a Custom Kernel.
So, either wait till we get a custom Kernel on MM and root (Ofcourse) or enjoy the new Look n Feel at the cost of battery drain
Btw, I am un-rooted on Stock N9208 (Waiting for MM in my region)

You will never get stock everything deepsleep. So all future updates are null and void for everyone. Unless you get a modified stock kernel to fix the deepsleep. Or a custom kernel. Unrooting doesn't help as Knox ix 0x1
My s8 is super super disappointing! After trying 3 different roms I've gotten the same result.... Without a Sim, SD card, newly flashed rom without any accounts or apps battery stays up for around 10 hours. I've noticed that the cell signal (broadcast) has been draining the most so I put it in airplane mode to see if it's the problem... I did help but just by Abit, in 6 hours it drained 35% without touching the phone. I downloaded gsam battery monitor waited overnight and I noticed that Android os and the kernel are the most things that have been draining my battery. What can I do to help this?
I'd get your battery looked at or if look at your usage of the device
Flash new software... Or clear the cache from recovery

OP you won't loose waterproofing if you take it to sammy.
Well I tried to flash a new kernel and my phone got stuck on the s8 splash screen.... So I flashed the king rom with the king kernel, didn't install any app or sign in to anything, did a battery calibration kept WiFi on without aod and without a Sim overnight. From 100 to 85% is that good enough or still something odd?

definitely not normal, flash stock ROM from Sammobile, and run it for a few days to check, then try custom ROM again, I took the plunge a few days ago and rooted my S8 (after being stock for 2 months), I'm running Batman ROM and have no issues with battery life at all so far, I'm getting 50+ hours between charges and about 6 hrs SoT which I'm happy with.

Clearly something is not right so a full wrote massy be better, just backup your data with Smart switch on PC, then you can restore after going to stock.

@Jostian Well I tried to flash stock firmware, all went well, Odin gave me the green light but the phone kept on rebooting straight to recovery. Did a factory reset in stock recovery and still didn't help, so I tried to flash a different firmware (because i thought the first one could be corrupted) flashed it and still the same thing and noticed I ran into a "software brick" (dm-verity error code 0x02) which I couldn't find any solution for it anywhere on the net except for returning it to Samsung..... So I flashed the factory binary, booted in it then flashed twrp through Odin then restored my full twrp backup, booted it up to my restored ROM then flashed again the same firmware I originally had downloaded the first time and again it rebooted only to stock recovery but this time when I did a factory reset it booted up!! Yay!! Anyways it took me all night (6hours) only slept 3 hours and went to work without the phone. I kept WiFi on no aod no sim no accounts and no apps and in 8 hours it went down only 2% which I think is super normal now! Now my question is should I flash a new rom like Batman etc?
Sent from my Redmi Note 4 using XDA-Developers Legacy app
I rooted and flashed BatStock ROM this week, and am loving it, will go over to BatMan ROM after they have the Oreo update, for now the Nougat BatStock is brilliant as is their BatStock kernel, I was happy with Stock (unrooted) but gave in to the ability to 'play' more with the S8 if its rooted. and am very chuffed, battery life and responsiveness is indeed perceptibly better with BatStock ROM 1.6 (final release).
