[Q] I9505 wifi works but bluetooth don't - Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I write this thread because I didn't find anything about my problem in Google. My WIFI is working (signal is not very good, but it works) but my bluetooth can not turn on. I try to turn it on, but it's says "turning on bluetooth" for about 30 sec. and can not connect.
I'm from Poland. So far, I try only offical build's that was delivery for my country (non brand) - 4.2.2 ; 4.3 ; 4.4.2 ; 5.0.1. Every of them had the same issue.
I had tried everything that was writen in similar topics, but nothing works.
Maybe modem driver? But which modem i need to test, there are many of them.
Please help, every sugestion will be tested.

Sound to me like a hardware failure. The wifi + bluetooth is the same module. You could try cleaning the contact points, that sometimes helps. Otherwise replace the module. It's not that expensive.

I don't know what you flashed via ODIN. But I think you need reflash THIS firmware again. Dial *#1234# when the flash process finish and tell me what appears.

AP: I9505XXUGNG8

bluetooth still don't work
WIFI works

Signs of Youtube Getting Unblocked or Something Else on my S4??

I am in need of some help guys. First of all , Youtube is blocked in my country, Pakistan atm.
Secondly, I havent ever rooted my S4 I9500 ever and have always been on stock since day one. The firmware i am using is XXUBM9 which i flashed a few days ago. Everything went fine but now whenever i connect to my wifi some notification pops up which again tells me to connect to my wifi , which i am already connected to (screenshot 1). And when i click on it, it directs me to a page (screenshot 2) , or i should say an IP (which changes a little bit) or other IP like 173.194.35.99 , which is also blocked on my ISP . The location of that IP leads to Google Inc in USA.
When i kept pressing that Notification, ClickED on APP info, then it shows me that it is generated from ANDROID SYSTEM.[
I have flashed the firmware 3,4 times already which was released for my country PAK few days ago. But nothing is helping. Rest of device works fine. So any help i can get or advice?

Every 4.2 rom I use works fine however when I use a 4.3 rom I lose all mobile signal.
I can still use Wifi which allows me to update but a smartphone without the phone

For me,this solution seems not to work. I still have no GPS signal.
Google maps and other GPS apps is showing wrong location.
I tried the apps GPS Status & Toolbox, and TopNTP...but my note 3 cant find any sattelite at all. It just a loading circle "Searching for sattelites"
Anyone have a clue?
This happened after kitkat update.
(im on stock rom + rooted)
Thanks in advice!!!

you should begin by NF2 modem (downgrade modem is impossible) and if not working try NG1

GPS Won't Fix Location

Hi good people of xda.
I'm hoping someone out there can help me as I'm at the end of my tether.
I recently noticed that my GPS wasn't working whilst running Goldfinger v8.
So I tried all the usual fixes (tightening screws, faster fix, topNTP, changing csc) and nothing works. I flashed back to a stock unrooted 4.4.2 firmware for my location UK (BTU) via odin and that didn't work. I am currently running Goldeneye v49.2 as the last time i remember my gps working was on a much earlier version of that rom (v20 something) but it isn't available to download anymore so i thought i'd try the latest but to no avail.
Unlike others that seemed to report no satellites in view, my phone sees them but will not get a fix .
I have also never used a 4.4.4 rom as I know that can cause gps problems when reverting back to 4.4.2.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
Same problem here..help
I'm starting to think my gps is broken. If I put my phone in flight mode and open gps test it sees satellites but they are clustered in one direction
If I disable flight mode as soon as my phone connects to wifi I get a normal looking image.
I have tried so many stock firmwares, modems and cscs I've lost count. I've tried 4.4.2, 4.4.4 tw roms & 5.0.1 aosp and nothing is allowing me to get a gps lock. I haven't dropped my phone (much) and had what I'd call a heavy impact to have damaged the internal gps receiver/aerial so I'm really at a loss now. Looks like I'll be buying a new phone sooner than I thought
