theres no such thing as best rom, only the rom thats best for you and your device. its the same with kernels. YOU have to try out different roms yourselves, and stick with whats best for YOU and YOUR device. thats said, this thread will get closed because best rom/kernel threads are not allowed on xda.

There are a lot of ROMs/Kernel available here on this site. Just look at the development and original development sections. I suggest you try a few of them to see which one fits you. Its all personal preference.

There is no such thing as best rom mate, you may try each rom on dev section and see their differences and choose the one that suits you.

"Best" or "Recommend" ROM / Kernel threads are not allowed on XDA.
Please test these things for yourself. That is the only way you will get an unbiased opinion,
and then, you can decide for yourself if it meets YOUR needs.
