Did you try going into apps settings, clear data and cache for the play store? Also the play store may need to be updated, which version number is it? You can always grab the latest version apk file from apkmirror

Since you are already on a custom recovery and ROM, rooted I assume. I would download this app, and flash the latest Philz Recovery, CWM, or TWRP with it. Then you should have no problem flashing a KitKat ROM. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.mkrtchyan.recoverytools&hl=en
How did you tried to install KitKat? Kies? Custom recovery? On tyhe tablet itself?
Sent from my GT-N8000 using XDA Free mobile app

Install the SuperSU zip file that is saved to your tablet (tap the install option in TWRP, navigate to the zip file)."

Hi, i want to root my phone after i got the 6.0.1 android there is any way to do it? i searched in the threats but i only find for 5.0 android?
I've heard something about 'systemless root' by Chainfire. But haven't tried it yet. Here is a link:
http://www.xda-developers.com/chainfire-releases-root-for-android-6-0-without-modifying-system/
If anyone has any luck with rooting Galaxy A5(2015) running on 6.0.1, please let us know.

Yes and no. The version you refer to is from Mar of 17 while the latest one on Sammobile is Dec of 16. But if you use Odin to install the Dec 16 ROM you will be back to stock and if there is a later version available from Samsung, it should install OTA.
edit: I found the Mar 17 version here.
You don't need to remove twrp. Just use the unroot option in SuperSU settings.
in the end i used smart switch on the pc i'm stock again. thks for all your help hugz

Look, I'm tired of playing the techno semantics game. It may not be a ROM but it certainly isn't an app you can install from Play Store and I DON'T WANT it.
maybe ill try again later but now im back on stock and im happy for the time being
