Are u using stock rom? What device do you own? Give us more details about.
go to sammobile.com and look for your country and carrier. See what baseband it has, then download the modem from xda.

What happened with the Imei number if i may ask, lost your EFS folder while flashing roms?
If Samsung repairs it they probably have to replace the motherboard, don`t know if that is covered by warranty cause it had a valid Imei when you got it i guess.

that is happened to me last year but the solution is changed the original IMEI in order to get back the baseband. because there is a possibility that your IMEI is blocked in samsung.

As long as it's an n9005 you can flash firmware for any country. There are certain limitations off course such as do not flash HongKong firmware, do not flash older firmware than the current one and a few others.
How many firmware have you flash to recover your imei?. Flashing stock firmware would bring the imei back but off course not all the time. Try the latest one from sammobile

The IMEI is under the battery. Phone INFO Samsung from Play should give you some info about the phone itself. There are several ways to retrieve an original IMEI and EFS - do a search and see what comes up. But flashing Stock SHOULD work - if you have a HK phone it's awkward because they seem to have different PIT files.
Please help me,, i have a samsung galaxy s5 neo (g903f). But, imei null, wifi not working, and baseband unknown... How i can fix it?
Sorry for my bad english
1. Remove that cancer (emoji)
2. Remove your IMEI from the post
3. Sammobile is where you download firmwares from. It does not matter what country, because G9xxF is intended for European market.
4. Go to IMEI.info, input your IMEI and you'll see a green Warranty button right under the image of the phone, on the right side of the page. Here you input your Serial Number (SN) and it'll say where it was made. Most likely Vietnam.

Rewrite firmware. Try and see if it helps. Otherwise, to a repair shop with it. What did you do to damage it?
