I am in need of the Resound Smart App from the play store to test with my hearing aids. It is not showing to be compatible with my Droid Turbo. (bought phone before hearing aids)

I forgot to ask do you know of a way to fake out the Play store so I can download this? I know there was a DPI hack but I don't think that will help.
I have searched the web to see about making one of my other phones that are rooted look like a Samsung Galaxy® S5 and I edited the build.prop file but it did not work.

Thanks for this. I needed this and google gave me this thread. For some reason the app is only available for a very narrow range of phones. S5 but note Note 3? Seems weird. I can't confirm whether it works yet but I don't understand why it would work with such a small list of phones. It's just bluetooth, sheesh.

I went as far as getting an email with the link for the amazon appstore apk. I have a completed profile in my amazon account, but when I try to get the free app of the day, it still says its not available in my country. :'( Any workaround?

not really, they are DRM protected. Even i tip the .apk off my phone and try to install it to a buddies phone it'll show that he not the authorized owner of the phone.
He has ATT and wanted me to git him the PvZ a while back and it just wouldn't work. Nothing can be done until they open it up for everyone.

How did u get it to work im really interested in this app . i already installed it it shows two apps on of the apps when u first open closes right away and then when i open it again it works but i cant do anything to change anything. please help thanks

I guess neither of you read the part of the post explaining what it is you're installing on your tablet.
The app has no proper UI yet, only a skeleton "UI Skeleton" that does nothing aside from telling which Panel installed on your tablet is detected.

3rd party lock screen like Widgetlocker will get rid of that one. Not the notification bar though. Probably not exactly the answer your looking for but it's one way.

Hey daniel, thank you for your response. You know, I have tried researching this, for a while.
The eri.xml mod only works for AOSP/CM/AOKP, I think, not for TW. I could be wrong.

It should work for touchwiz. I used to do it all the time on the GS3.

I kinda've deleted my launcher. Do any of you still have 4.2.2 and be kind enough to share a working version of Home Launcher app. I know I'm reaching here but a newer version from 4.4.2 would be great. THX !

You need the framework also etc. Check the Apps section if you can install the one ported for AOSP.

4th post would be really useful but the thing is it doesn't work. I've got 10e installed. If you could tell me how to open/browse system.bin files extracted from a .kdz image it would be even nicer !
Doesn't work like that..
Knock on would be a part of the kernel, or rom not the launcher. Having the G2 launcher wouldn't give you Knock on.

FWIW, it works fine on my S3 running 4.3. And as an added bonus, it syncs with Polar Flow. I'll try using both for my run later today. Thanks for posting!

I just sent polar a really mean email asking them if they think there nike now and only support iphones since it blocks out all android phones. I read online that the s4 cant connect properly to the H7 which is the unit for this software yet the nexus can and its blocked.
Lets see what they reply back and say.
