OK, so I have an issue that I have not seen before, I googled the issue but cannot find anyone with the same issue. So I will try to keep this brief and hope that somebody will please help me with this.
I have LS980 Sprint LG G2. Earlier today, I tot my phone to ZVE. I used the update.zip method to update to ZVG. Then I reboot into recovery, wiped data/system/cache/dalvik, flashed the new CloudyG2 3.1 rom, flashed the hotfix, then reboot my phone. It booted to the LG logo and stayed there. Did not go any further. No boot animation. So I reboot back to recovery, wiped data/system/cache/dalvik again and this time I tried by flashing the LP bootstack, then the CloudyG2 3.1, then the hotfix and reboot my phone. This time it just showed the LG logo then straight to a black screen and stayed there. So I reboot to recovery again, wiped again, then flashed KK baseband, then CloudyG2 2.2. Now that rom booted up and my phone was back to normal, or so I thought.
Now, I can boot into the rom and everything works in the rom. I can boot into recovery and it flashes the things I want it to flash. But I do not have download mode. When I try to go into download mode, it shows the blue dots and says download mode, but at the top it says secure boot error. Then goes to the black screen again. So now I cannot tot to go back to factory.
I also tried to flash the CloudyG2 3.1 from CloudyG2 2.2. After I booted into CloudyG2 2.2, I went back into recovery, wiped data/system/cache/dalvik, then flashed CloudyG2 3.1, the hotfix, then reboot the phone and it shows LG logo for a second then back to the black screen. I also tried flashing the LP bootstack before CloudyG2 3.1, logo then black screen.
I know this is somewhat of a repost. But there I am discovering new things along the way and nobody has helped me yet. Anyone know how I can fix this?

I'm not sure why i can't get it working but i was flashing back to stock rom. I have the correct rom and everything flashes fine on odin. I am unable to reboot to recovery. it says its loading and goes to black screen, and tries to boot to OS again. I tried flashing twrp with odin and same thing. I flashed the stock rom multiple times and it just won't boot. I even used Kies to flash it to stock rom and it was successful however stuck at boot logo again. The one thing i didnt do was wipe data/cache etc before flashing to stock rom but every tutorial i seen doesnt state to do it before the flash anyway. Has anyone ran into this problem before?
How are you able to get into download mode to flash rom but not be able to go into recovery? I had this issue once with my note 2 and went into recovery and wiped data and rebooted successfully....
So i was with the stock kitkat 4.4.2 rooted rom, after installing a recovery i wanted to install cloudyflex 2.0, i successifully did, rebooted the device everything worked fine, so i went back to the recovery and decided to full wipe everything.... it seemed to work fine, except that when i pressed on reboot the system i got warned that superSU was not installed... that scared me out, and now im f**cked because of the bootloop... i cant turn on the phone.. what to do?
If you still can boot in download mode, just kdz it back to stock, 4.2.2 then root, flash recovery (Phiz for example), then flash any rom you want.

Hello everyone and I apologize if there's been a solution to this before but I couldn't find it.
I was on Rooted stock V20F, and there was a new OTA update from LG (around 110 MBs). Before installing anything i made a backup from TWRP Recovery just in case anything went bad.
So after I download the official update, the phone reboots, and boots into TWRP recovery. From that moment, I can't get the phone to boot properly no matter what I do.
I tried restoring my backup, the phone will still boot into TWRP. Tried Factory Reset, Format Data, installing a new custom rom and nothing. It always brings me back to TWRP.
Also when i try to get into download mode so I can flash a KDZ file with flash tool, it boots into TWRP again.
Any ideas? Thanks a lot in advance.
edit: I actually found the solution here (it wasn't in the troubleshoot section and I didn't notice it..): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2451696
Is there any way to install official OTA updates without the phone freaking out?
Hi guys here's the problem: i was on optimusG3 v1.4.1 (with TWRP 2.8.5) when this evening i decided to suicide XD I tried install the latest CM13 snapshot fors g2, just to check out android 6.
I got into TWRP, did factory reset and then installed the CM13, everything ok during the flash. but i got black screen in loop.
So i tried flashing the CM13 recovery, same thing, flash ok and black screen. More i lost TWRP and get no recovery at all (it seems) (
Download mode is still working
I read many many things, but didn't find the solution... I would like to get recovery back and flash CM13 if possible, or my dear optimusG3 too.
[UPDATE] I'm following this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2432476
[UPDATE] It worked, now i have firmware 10b installed, kitkat 4.2.2. It has no recovery.
[UPDATE] phone rooted, recovery installed, trying with cyano again
[UPDATE] Same problem again!!! wtf why?? i followed this https://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_d802#Installing_CyanogenMod_from_recovery
[UPDATE] Back to optimusG3, flash went good, but at reboot it goes in recovery, no way :/
[UPDATE] Succesfully installed 20F kitkat 4.4.2 stock rom, correctly rooted. Can i now refollow cyanogenmod 13 install guide?
[UPDATE] I tried again to install cm13. this time flash went good, but now the phone is in bootloop with cm13 logo on the screen. Can't go in recovery. Can't go in download mode. What can i do? If i keep pressed power button screen goes off and red led turn on and off many times, but does nothing..
How can i hit the goal?
I have a rooted Lenovo A6000 Plus.
Today, I was trying to install custom TWRP recovery, after which I planned to install XPOSED framework.
I installed the framework(used ADB). My device went into TWRP recovery.
I rebooted the device, but was unable to go into TWRP again.
So I flashed the recovery again. Again, my device went into TWRP recovery, but this time, it auto-installed XPOSED. After reinstallation, my device showed the Lenovo logo, after which the screen went black. I removed the battery to switch it back. But again, the Lenovo logo appeared, after which the screen went black. After a few times, I just let my phone sit at the black screen. L8r the boot animation appeared (I had a custom one installed).
Now my phone is just stuck at the animation.
P.S. I have tried removing the battery and rebooting many times.
PLEASE HELP URGENTLY!
@adityapathak343, the XPOSED package also comes with a Uninstaller zip, which you would've found on the same page. Just flash that zip with TWRP, and if the phone still doesn't boot then wipe the cache and dalvik partition through TWRP only.
flash stock rom
Download and flash stock ROM
It will definitely going to be ok
Download stock ROM from firmwarefilecom
Just download & flash from recovery
