I flashed stock 5.0.2 to my lg g2 many times. And at some point my internal storage got partitioned maybe? My actual capacity is 32gb but now i can only see 10gb. Anyone knows how to format my internal completely so that i can get full 32gb. when i installed a rom to my 10gb storage and checked storage settings it says 22gb used for system data. But i did a complete format in recovery. Please help

Hi!
Since I've installed the GE on my S4 I lost 50% of internal storage. I read about this and I saw that it's a GE edition.
Is there any way to get the other 50% of internal storage back?
Someone can help me?
Thanks!
i have a rooted lg optimus e400. the device has memory problem because the built in memory is separated into 2, system storage and internal storage. all downloaded apps is stored automatically on the system memory which is too low. i tried flashing a custom rom which merges system memory and internal memory, but the rom keeps on freezing and i decided to flash the stock rom. is there any way to use the stock rom and just set the sd card as default storage for downloaded apps? or maybe merge system memory with internal memory. or anyway to expand memory using whatever method? and if there is a way. could you give detailed instruction and links for the fix coz i'm kinda new at this. thanks
Hi guys, i updated to CM13 and my storage dropped from 16Gb to less then 11GB.
I flashed stock .kdz 20h but the storage remains the same
Any ideas to recover lost space?
Thanks
Thats the normal size for a 16 GB modell. These 16 GB are split in partitions and as result you have a 11,2 GB data partition and a 2,8 GB system partition. Heres a screenshot from Titanium Backup.
Have anyone tried enabling adoptable storage with Android 8 on the G6?
I tried it, which works, but the phone display the wrong storage size. Also when I connect the phone to the PC, it only shows the internal storage with it's original size, not with the sdcard size added.
Also when I try to select Migrate data, the Settings crash. I try copying files to the phone and it only goes to the internal storage.
I don't know if this is something LG don't give a crap about or going out of their way to make it not work so people have to upgrade to larger storage option. I'm inclined to never buy another LG phone if so.

Same problem (the answer of Flashing_Expert is the general procedure to format sd as internal storage but it does not solve the problem)
My wife has the Verizon XT1609 model of the G4 Play, it comes with 16 GB internal storage. I added 120 GB SD card and formatted it as internal storage so that there wouldn't be an issue with space running out, but that isn't working. For some reason, the built-in internal storage is still filling up even though there are 70-80 GB available on the SD card. I can't move any Apps because everything is already internal storage
Has anyone else had this issue with this phone? Could it be a bug in Android 7.1, maybe flashing a 9.0 ROM would fix it?
Same problem and not solution yet... i have 32gb and alway say.. low space
