So far your ROM is great and satisfying. But I have one thing that I always use that is counted as a bloatware. It is WiFi Direct. I usually share medias and files with my friends who uses Samsung using WiFi Direct, but it got removed in your ROM. Is it possible to make it available back using flashable zip or something like that? If can't, its ok. I really appreciate your hardwork, sir.
Got it working on 910F
Hi everyone,
the method below is working only for Nameless v.1 and v.2, it DON'T works for v.3 for now untill samsung releases the new base for our F-Models. Also then, we will see if it'll be compatible with v.3 or higher.
So for now F-Users should stay on v.2 (that is also awesome ) until Er. Aditya update OP with information that some solution for F-Devices is found.
Also I found out, that BOE2 Bootloader isn't the only possible bootloader for Nameless Rom. BOD2 botloader is also compatible. So if you have already flashed via odin one of these bootloaders you should only flash SimplKernel 3.2F. Otherwise, or if you don't know what bootloader you have right now, you can flash with odin whether BOE2 bootloader (BL in odin) or BOD2 bootloader from Dr. Ketan (PDA/AP, since odin will flash bootloader and modem together).

Hi everyone,
got Nameless v.1 working on 910F Variant. Any problems so far.
What I did:
1. Flashed via odin (BL-Tab) BOE2 Bootloader for 910F here at BobCatRom Thread
Update: Alternatively you can flash with odin (PDA/AP Tab) BOD2 Bootloader and Modem for 910F from Dr. Ketan (initial post here)
P.S.: I flashed via Odin also BOC4 modem from there, but don't know is it really necessary for getting Nameless working on F variant or not.
Update: Not necessary.
2. Clean Install Nameless ROM. I did a full wipe.
(Also here I don't know whether it is necessary to do full wipe or not. I'm just describing how it worked for me)
3. Flash SimpleKernel 3.2F here. Follow download link from there.
Update: SimpleKernel is MUST to boot up. No other kernel I've tried is compatible (for now).
4. Reboot. Done.

Screen Write crashes
Sorry for this. But Screen Write keeps on crashing. When you already edit your screenshot via ScreenWrite and want to save it, a pop up says Screen Write has stopped. The image is saved, but not edited. So its like we just take a normal screenshot.

Nameless v.3 isn't compatible with N910F variant with any bootloader (for now).
But you can flash previous version by following my instruction. I'm also on v.2 and don't experience any problem.

Hi, do you mean Viper4android Mod? If so you can. Just flash zip attached. Than start the app and click install driver from menu.
With this rom you can flash SimplKernel. Check SimplRom Thread and don't forget to thank dev

G900S problems
I really love this ROM.
I am using it on my G900S but it seems that it's not a very popular one around here.
I use the last version of the ROM, 1.3.7a with the Modded Stock G900L/S Kernel and the last Aroma package 1.3.7.
However, I've seen few things which don't work:
The Android L launcher doesn't work. After flashing it, it updates the apps and keep loading without launching the launcher. Need to flash back the TouchWiz one
The Private Mode can be turned on but doesn't block any supported application
The Google Keyboard crashes in landscape
Need to input the Wifi passwords after every reboot (like few releases ago)
In the camera setting, the "outdoor visibility" is reset and removed from the shortcuts every time I close and reopen the app.
And if I have a request to add, would it be possible to add the Samsung Chinese IME keyboard or it needs to come with the Asian CSC?

Whenever I try to send an emoticon only the first one works, the rest of the emoticons can't be seen when I press the send button. But I can see them before I send ? I only had this problem with this rom I think.

Edgar in the next releases you could add the option of backup the imei information?? As we know the imei in the g900f is not saved only in the efs folder. Use other partitions for this. Thanks for this awesome rom.

If your model is g900f you must install the corresponding for this model no for the g900t or you can brick your phone. And it is strange that your version changed. I have the g900f and it keeps with the same reference.

I tried to flash the latest version of Bootloader/Modem for G900F ( ANJ1 ) and used the recommended Odin 3,09 . I did not got any error and whatsoever and it showed that it is flashing . However , when I reboot and check the Baseband version , it still says ANG8 .
Does anyone have an idea why it keeps on doing like this ? I followed the steps carefully and did it 3 times and the baseband did not changed at all .

But when I use my camera, the music stops playing. Is there a setting somewhere so that the music will continue playing when using the camera? Thanks!

When I installed 1.3.6, my model number changed from G900F to to G900T (I think because I chose the American values?). Anyway...when installing the latest bootloader, I have to choose between installing the G900F version and the G900T version. Anyone know which one I should use? Thanks!

I've just updated to XtreStoLite_ROM_v1.3.7a_XXU1ANG7.
But now I can't use Google Play or Gmail..need to logon on to Google-account.
When trying to logon it says "can't communicate with the servers"

I'm trying with this rom about last 10 days and never happend anything like that.
My phone g900h
i dont know why but device sometimes flickers and slows down the phone in fps and goes back to normal then goes away and flick comes back, i will try to reset and not use titanium backuo for a while to check.
meanwhile any tips?

Backup with Titanium to internal storage. Clear the data and cache, restore. This should fix the external card issue, assuming your sdcard is not corrupt then you would need to re-format it.
RESPONSE
HI ALL, IM using this rom on my 910h variant of the note 4 with no issues so far, SD card works, 3 mint mod, works, volume boost works. The rom is fast and smooth, the only thing not working at the moment the 4 power menu. I hope this helps some of you.

I had the same issue but only when I tried to flash the masik rom from a Stok rom, so my solution was install first any other lollipop custom rom and after a successful boot, back to recovery and install the Masik rom

my alcatel onetouch pop 7 it's trapped im boot screnn, i can acess recovery but i can't do anything else
i don't have any backup, and i don't have os installed, i acidentaly cleaned data user and cache partitions, trying to do root,
is there still something i could do to save the phone,

If you're on stock rom and you've got stock recovery, you should try my stock recovery backup given in the OP's link. This should fix your problem. IF NOT, state it here so i can further help you out.

I think xposed works with TCT devices because it works on the bloatfree rom that's based on stock (01001), however keep in mind that modules for specific devices such as Samsung or Xperia do NOT work.
Just make sure you have a backup before trying modules.
note: If you happen to use MiUI v5 you should use WSM Tools instead of xposed, or chances of miui behaving strangely might occur (error: "System has stopped working" after the device is idle for some time)
Just asked because TInted Status Bar bootloops on a modified version (7040A) for a carrier in my country but it runs all roms made for 7041X because it has the same specs..

You have wasted some hours for nothing. A simple "alcatel ot c7 recovery xda" google search would've been enough.
That said;
1). Root your device using iROOT.
2). Download Mobileuncle mtk Tools from playstore.
3). Download CWM or TWRP_recovery.img from my googledrive (link @op of my main c7 thread) and move it in root of /sdcard/. I've always used TWRP, but it's ones preference. TWRP has touch input, which is more user friendly in my opinion.
4). Open uncle tools, permit superuser access (KingUser if rooted with iROOT) and select "Flash Recovery", Uncle should find your downloaded image file automaticly. Flash it and reboot into new recovery.
You can find most of the stuff you need @ my C7 googledrive folder.
Rooting and flashing recovery will void your warranty, use them at own risk.

First is i downloaded Mobileuncle tools and in your reply you said Uncle Mobiletools and i try searching it on playstore and has no results. Firstly, i failed to mention you need to root your device before you can use uncle.
Root means that you'll be able to "open" Android and can permit root acces to apps that need to change various things to eg; /system/ files.
You can find the RomasterSu.APK inside my google drive alcatel C7 folder. Use that program to root your C7.
Just make sure that you know what you're doing when having root access because you can brick your device if you mess with system files.
Also rooting your phone voids your warranty.

I don't know the diffrences between 7040E and 7041x but since both Models run on same MKT hardware i don't think it should be any problem.

Hi, everyone... just installed the rom as you posted, and looks fine and runs faster than factory rom... as you, I have some problem trying ota`s upgrade. By the way, the CWM is speciffic for alcatel or is generic for any android phone?.... sorry for my ignorance. It`s my first post and my first root/recovery/rom install into a phone (my alcatel C7), and I`m traying to do the same to my samsung galaxy young S6310n.
Thanks again to everyone that have done possible this Miui rom (spanish language translation instead)....
The custom recoveries are device specific only, however, since most of the C7 variants and C9 uses the same hardware i dont think it's a problem flashing it on other C7 devices like the C7 (7040D, etc.)

You could've if you have made a backup with TWRP or CWM before flashing another ROM onto the device.
IF not, try the main C7 thread, or download Alcatel "Mobile Upgrade S" from their official site (or my googledrive folder) with the correct RUU (Firmware) and restore your device to stock Firmware and recovery.

Stock Backup for CWM gone?
In the folder on google drive (https://drive.google.com/folderview?...WM&usp=sharing) I don't see the stock backup for cwm.
The other link posted (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B_pc8K917q22RlJWNllGV2JLOVE/view?pli=1) doesn't work either, it just says: " Sorry, the file you have requested does not exist."
Could the creator ( @JMailuhu ) of this thread reupload the stock backup for cwm?

I'm sorry. I removed the cwm backup after i noticed it still had some sensibel personal information stored in it. And i completely forgot to re-upload a clean cwn backup. For that i needed to reinstall my ROM, and my device was already loaded with apps and stuff after i removed the file from my googledrive... i didn't bother.
Lastly, i do not own this device anymore and i don't have those files on my computer. I'm therefore unable to serve your request to reupload! I owned the 7041x for a few days before i made the switch to another device/brand.
I will remove the CWM backup section and googledrive link from the original thread asap.

system doesn't start on boot
Hi everybody from Milan, Italy, I got this error after deleting 03KevsShadowLED (the only file named similar to the guide) to avoid the led blinking for whatever connections or memory usage. I just want it to show up for notifications like normal. So it is impossible to load system without that file or have I done something wrong? On boot animation the led doesn't work as expected without the file and with all re-installed it works as I don't like to...
I'm coming from stock bob6 n9005 if it helps somehow...

Stuck at samsung logo
I followed every instruction but im stuck at the samsung logo, i tried flashing kernel separately with no luck, i'm using cwm and a sm n9005. I was on a 5.0.2 rom before this.

Hello man thax for ur room but it doesn't work for me when i flash it with cwm it stop on boot on the logo android so i change the recovery and flash TWRP recovery and flash the room again and wipe data like the screenshot that u shared for us after that i the mobile doesn't stop on the logo no it stop on the screen which i choose the language stop on it and the touches doesn't work i install the kernel again but still have the problem do u have any idea please because im really want this room and sorry my english is bad

Did you wipe/ format data? Or or is It possible to restore old data from another lollipop tw rom? For sure thats not the right way but that's the only way ( without stockkernel) to come inside

I installed arter97 kernel and works great. Viper also works!. Go to arter97 thread download 5.0.1 for n9005 then flash it. First boot took really long time like 10 min. So just wait.

Crashing on initial welcome setup
Installed and phone booted on but can't get past the initial samsung welcome setup - where you're setting up your phone and such - it keeps crashing upon the wifi screen. Got past it once but then got crashed again on next screen. Tried flashing the provided kernel FOB6 but with this one the phone didn't even boot on. Tried wiped 5 times before flashing. Still crashed.

Can i just open download mode and flash without wiping data ?
What happen after i flash the ROM ?
Will the battery life decrease or increase ?
Will Wi-Fi improved or decrease ?
Any applications will be removed after flashing the stock ROM ?

yes you must wipe before going to a custom deodexed rom from stock rom
yes you will have 300 extra fonts
private mod in our samsung devices is used to hide private stuff *you surely understand this * it breakes when a rom is deodexed ...so i have fixed it in this version

I agree with @Er. Aditya, you need to start out reading before you hop right into flashing, here is a great guide, it is setup for tmo devices, just use your files from your device.....works perfect...this thread will give you step by step info....
