Any one else seen this also happens on numbers if I used pin for lockscreen.
I've experienced this once on the pin lockscreen since upgrading to LP using @hsbadr rooted latest rom. Had to reboot to make it go away.
Anyone figure out some kind of fix for this?

Stock or custom ROM's? Give us some info please.
I had this issue come up with a custom ROM about 2 years ago, had a bad download.
If you are running stock do a hard reset.
If you have a reg editor do a scan looking for "duration" I can't remember the exact location but there is a setting that tells the phone how long to vibrate.
Did anyone find a solution for this? I have tried the stock and my own custom rom, done many hard resets, and I still have this problem. I think its hardware related, but I'm not sure...any updates?
It happened to me frequently on the newest stock ROM. I don't know whether it'll happen on this custom ROM.

I'm running the stock ROM 2.13, nothing else on there phone other than some of the basic fixes. I have done a hard reset more than 3 times and the issue is still there.
I'm having a strange issue with carbon ROM, thought I would try here since no one else has been able to help. After a clean wipe of the phone and fresh install of any nightly, and not signing in to google at start up, I am getting bootloops when I turn off the lockscreen and adjust the navbar height. Only these two things cause the bootloops. If I turn the lockscreen on or put the navbar to default height I can boot fine. I have tested this with nothing loaded onto the phone and it still happens. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix it would be helpful. Thanks.
Anyone else here has the same problem as me? For some reason I could not change my Lockscreen Security setting. I could only select None and Swipe options. I wanted to add pin lock but it does not apply. It would always revert back to None or Swipe lockscreen. I've tried both Audax ROM and MultiX ROM I even reverted back to Stock Kernel hoping to address the problem but it is still not working.
Anyone? I couldn't seem to make it work...
Disable any xposed lock screen module

Stock ROM?
Did you manage to solve the issue? I have the exact same problem than you.
Before audax I was using Cyanogenmod and the password lock screen was working.
Hi, I have a OnePlus Two which reboots to the second bootanimation when ever I try to uninstall a app. Also when I go to security in settings the settings app crash's too.
I was on oxygen OS with the same issue so I decided to clean install recrunstruction remix ROM on my phone which I did, still with the same issue. Also I had this issue in both of the Roms where as I set a password it woint let me (when I set a pin on my phone it asked me to confirm the pin which I did and it woint let me press the confirm button) I believe that this issue might had happened maybe when I fixed my bricked phone first aid kit, and after that I started to get the problem. I have thread on that too that you can visit with this link "http://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-2/help/bricked-1-2-help-please-t3326037" So please help me and thanks.
Never Mind, I Solved The Problem By Flashing The Stock OTA
I am using the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900T)
So, I got bored of CyanogenMod and started looking at what else was out there, and I ended up starting with Resurrection Remix. I was going through all of the settings and what ends up happening is using the "Quick Unlock" feature, caused my password to NEVER be right. I may be forgetful, but I literally had it set as "1234" and it wouldn't let me enter it in any way. I tired just putting it in so the feature would kick in, and nothing happened. Tried pressing the checkmark and it would tell me "You've entered your password incorrectly 1 time, please wait 20 seconds a try again" I ended up wiping a bunch, and left to Blisspop. Same exact issue. Could this be my phone? Is there a fix? I like this feature, but I can go without it. Thanks!
What does quick unlock do?
It seems that you're the only one having this issue. I've used Quick Unlock many times on CyanogenMod and ResurrectionRemix and never experienced the same problem you're having right now. If the problem persists, I suggest you shouldn't turn it on for now.

I used CyanogenMod quick unlock and it worked, but RR and Blisspop gave me issues.
ResurrectionRemix is based from CyanogenMod so I don't get how come it would give you issues. I suggest you report directly to the device developer for ResurrectionRemix.
