I bought Lenovo a6000 plus from flipkart before 1 month ago. Rooted device but now I have mic problem with it. So I want to back stock rom so I can return to flipkart. Is there any stock rom file available for lenovo a6000 plus ? or I saw lenovo a6000 stock rom thread here, that will work with a6000+ too ? any help will be appreciate.

Hey, I tried that but it's for Lenovo A6000 not the plus version. i.e. it shows 1 GB RAM and 8 GB memory. Also, the system update shows update for A6000 (Kraft-A6000) not the PLUS version (Kraft-A6000-s).

Usually, OTA updates contain <oldfirmwarever>"to"<new firmware ver> in their filename.
If there is no "to", it should be a major update, not necessariliy a stock firmware but we can use it as one.
Also, the firmware of A6000+ starts with Kraft A6000-s whereas for the standard A6000, it doesn't have the "s". So, if there is an "s" and it's 1.3 GB, it most likely is a full stock update.

From the file name i can say it is the oldest firmware of A6000 that is : S032_150327.
I did not try to supply query for A6000+ because i was busy but i can definitely say it is for A6000 because i supplied the device model from my phone's build.prob file. I doubt its a firmware image because the file is inside a zip and still did not download it to look inside as i am busy but i am thinking it is an full firmware which can be flashed via stock recovery. Do not know if this can be any useful because we can always make a nandroid.
BTW, can you please share the link so that I can check myself. You can take your imei off the url, I'll use mine.

@ManthanRB That ROM is for Lenovo A6000 as you also said. It's already available on various blogs including XDA. There is no stock ROM available for Lenovo A6000+.

I almost searched all over the internet and landed to a result that "Lenovo A6000 Plus STOCK ROM is currently not available any where" and as per it's a cheap device, highly knowlegeble Dev's not taking any concern about the device. So those of us who rooted the phone and unable get OTA have stuck with that for few more months or may be year.
****If u install Stock of A6000 in it, it will land you to wrong config of A6000+ and will show you config / specs of A6000 instead

I cannot download the TWRP recovery though, as the userscloud.com domain seems to be spam/fake only. It just redirects me to silly ads, and does not let me download at all. Maybe this domain was taken over by some unscrupulous person. Does anyone have the TWRP for lollipop hosted somewhere better? All the other files are also available on mega.nz, which works fine.

Thanks man, that worked! Now I managed to brick my phone with a failed flash, guess I'll open a new topic for that.
Due to some reasons my lenovo A6000 plus got bricked and gone into dead state
now it doesn't accepting all those OTA updates ".zip" files as they aren't having ".xml" files required for firmware download into device
all I can do is find a flashable file but not able to find it as there are a lot of spammers
with their sponsored advertisements links

firstly Installed ROM 8GB ROW available for lenovo A6000
after that flashed the "Kitkat OTA update for lenovo A6000 plus" update using bootloader (wipe out user data+partition)
and Kitkat is back on lenovo A6000 plus

For Mediatek Devices it is pretty easy because if you manage to build a ROM for a device that has its software made by the same company who did the same software for another device (i hope this sentence is clear), then you can build a ROM for both devices with just some minor changes.

I'll just reply here for the last time, it is OT, but still useful for development
When there is no kernel source code, i use the prebuilt kernel image (included with the Stock ROM), while everything else gets compiled (excluding proprietary files required to handle the hardware).

i bought phone from banggood came with offical outdated software, so i will never get update.the only rom with update is 20170621. the rom that we have here 6gb version,hope someone will provide rom 20170621 for 4gb version.

"Can you do" doesn't exist yet.
It is only the Stock ROM provided by DOOGEE directly, not something I made. You have to ask DOOGEE if you want other variants, then provide me the link.

Yup I've tried the Russian version. I've tried all four of thier rooms listed on thier Lenovo forum. All are for the PB650M all install and run perfectly with one critical fail. No sim services. No IMEI and no Baseband. Epic fail.
It appears to be an issue with the mediatek CPU. MTK devices all tend to loose thier connectivity after flash a rom. Two weeks I've tried different back up tools for Baseband, imei, radio, modems and kernels. So far nothing has worked.
It was super easy to root super easy to install twrp 3.02 and upgraded to 3.03. so far tats as far as I can get it to go. I've learned that PB650M ROMs and recovery images all install on our device. Now if I can beat the MTK issue we are in.
The hunt continues.

I maked today a TWRP on my Phab 2 650M ,after flash my Phab is not starting,the bootlogo goes on and out ,on and out. I can't go in the recovery menü. I've tested it on my pb2-650m. it works smoothly and 3x speed than stock. everything works fine except flashlight, camera (focus error) , screencast. thats all I've found. it should works on 650y also cause they both have same specs kernals and hardware. if you get error "this is for pb2-650m" , remove assert get prop lines in the updater script in rom file. then flash it. backup your current rom using twrp. have a good day.

If you installed twrp then flash sep8.5
I have same device as you have and it's bug less rom
It's much better than stock and it is noghat too!

If you Don't care about theme and some ability like this install sep8.5 lite(first link)
And if you want some stuff like edge panel floating messages and themes and these things install Secend one(sep8.5)
Both of them are bug less and completely stable and fast

You have installed twrp??
If yes download that img file then at install section select install img then look for your file and click on it then you will see boot and recovery option that you should select revovery then slide to flash
Btw download latest one from twrp.me

But you know some roms creat for some special twrp
Just prototype solved that bug on his rom(sep8.5)
Now for this Just see which twrp is preferred on its threat
It should be zonik's twrp ikd
But just check which is recommended by dev

Bro I have downloaded Sep 8.5 but this time also twrp error........I have given the screenshots below......and i have also attached the twrp version of mine.........and i have downloaded 3 twrps.....these all got error when i wanted to install.........please give me the link of correct twrp of j5 with aroma supported of the latest version........
