Hi
New to Samsung here, I want to update the G360-H to the latest Lollipop ROM but my SP haven't released it yet. Is there a way to do this manually?
Thanks

Not a chance
Let's hope they fully release Lollipop first !
Hopefully we have lollipop... hah... it is impossible we have marshmallow because Grand Prime is a passing phone
I have the 530M and now no trace of updates to Lollipop. Perhaps we update us directly Marsmallow

Nope there's no way you getting marshmallow, you've been denied lollipop 5.1.1 and you hoping for 6.0, sorry buddy it's a NO.

Dude, we know this is fake. And we know we will not getting 6.0 before 5.1.1 for FZ and H. So let's focus on 5.1.1.

i have SM-G530FZ . .....i have lollipop 5.0.2:silly::silly::silly::silly:
Hey Guys, LTE enabled Grand Prime will likely to get 5.1.1 up to Marshmallow. .and also Galaxy Core Prime LTE. .Since it has Qualcomm 410, many newer devices like J5, On7, etc. also have the same chipset and will get the update, and then for grand prime LTE because if Samsung wants to update On5, J5 to 6.0, the ROM will be ported to Grand Prime LTe and Core LTE

no it is only a dream
wherever!!!
I have it now on my G531H
No chance for marshmallow update. Devs should create cyanogen 13 rom for this
the new kingroot work VERY well for a yoga tab 3 ... NewKingrootV4.93
http://king-root.net/

I have tested it and it also have some interesting tools. Great app. Easy root.
It can delete bloatware. Does a nice clean up. no ads. I don't see no reasons to install TWRP on this tab 3 , what do you expect, to install MM6 on it ? have a good dream, or give me a link. I've been searching for 10 hours.

There is an OTA update for Marshmallow through Lenovo.
Also, latest kingroot doesn't work on it, apparently.
yeah i 'd wait to install kingroot on a yoga tab 3 with mm6... there are some bugs with the update so, wait until lenovo fix them, in about 1000 years or so... seriously though, it nice to have MM6 on the yoga3 tab and there will be a new Kingroot for sure.
You can flash the latest supersu. It works. No problem.
I am searching on internet since the last year but i didn't found the official lollipop update for galaxy tab 4 7.0 SM-T230

I'm still here in 2023 grasping at hope.
I've searched all the forums (not limited to xda) but couldn't find a way to root my new baby Samsung Galaxy Tab A SM-T355Y.
I've bought several android phones over the years but this is the first time I bought a Samsung tab and couldn't find a way to root. I guess the problem lies with the Nougat installed on my tab.
I've officially got the nougat update on my tab, here's the link to offline https://samsung-firmware.org/download/GALAXY Tab A/u591/XNZ/T355YDOU1CQI8/T355YXNZ1CQI8/
Any help/advise would be much appreciated.
How did you update your SM-T355Y To Nougat? Please Say

Check the TWRP thread. Install TWRP via Odin. Then install SuperSU/Magisk manager using TWRP. I was using SuperSU and xposed on the MM build, I'm yet to try Nougat.
